Ive been a resident here for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it here. I love all the updates and remodeling that has taken place. The neighbors are friendly and not to mention this area is super pet friendly! My dog Tod will run to the leasing office to greet all the staff and maintenance staff for his afternoon pets and treats! Super friendly staff! I always recommend Ultris Island Park to anyone who is looking to rent!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist in anyway they can. I stayed at Ultris Island Park for 6 months and would highly recommend it to others. Outstanding Staff!!! Thanks Mrs. Debbie, Sidny and Kylie, you made my stay at Ultris Island Park amazing!!!

Superstar manager Debbie came out at 5:54am to turn off the fire alarm and went with the firemen door-to-door to ensure all residents were safe. Thats above and beyond. Thank you, Debbie, for living on-site and providing a secure environment 24hrs a day! Also, she removed a sprinkler that was spraying my car. Couldnt be happier!!

I am not a resident yet; however, I wanted to leave a 1st impression review for Ms. Sidney & the property.I’ve found that people will leave a review when they are dissatisfied, but hesitate to list the good… so, I read most reviews knowing the ratings are usually lower than to be expected in reality.Leasing Office: Clean, decorated for the holidays, and smelled amazing. My wife and I were instantly greeted upon entering by Ms Sidney. She asked us to wait as she finished with her previous customers. We didn’t have an appointment, but didn’t have to wait long (approximately 5-10 mins).Ms. Sidney: Highly professional, attentive, an excellent listener, and knowledgeable regarding complex offers. She had several signs already neatly posted, that were informative and up-to-date. Her customer service was superb! She anticipated our needs/desires and provided us with information we needed prior to us even knowing we’d want it. She sold us on wanting to live here prior to us ever viewing the property. All I could imagine was our potential issues being promptly resolved with detail and care if ever an occurrence.Property: We then toured the property/apartment, and this pretty much sealed the deal. The scene was picturesque from a magazine or a love movie. Willow trees surround a centralized pond with a lake just steps away. Very clean/quiet. Playground and benches to sit. Not a crowded area. Gated community is a plus! The apartment was just as nice with granite counters and a garden tub. Very clean and spacious for the the size we desired. Pricing was fair and cheaper than smaller/less attractive units already viewed.We left knowing this would be our next home. Thank you Ms. Sidney for the exceptional service and tour. You are special, and I hope your company knows the value you add to their enterprise!

Absolutely love living here! We’ve lived in a 3B 2B apartment for about 2 years now, and have recently decided to move to a 2B 2B, and the staff has been absolutely amazing with helping us do so!If there’s ever an issue, they do their absolute best to help, and they’re very understanding and sweet ladies! Cynthia has grown to be my favorite! 😬 But we look forward to living here 2+ more years! Thank you ladies for making us feel at home!

Staff was absolutely wonderful, I cannot speak highly enough about how professional Debra, Cynthia, and Angel are. Any issue I had was addressed and fixed promptly by the maintenance staff, almost always within a few hours. I lived there for about six months before buying a house and they were extremely helpful and flexible about my move out date; no fees, extra payments, etc. - just go talk to them and you wont have any problems. I never had anything broken into or stolen from my first floor apartment and the unit was in very good shape. Complex is kept in good condition and the community is friendly. Most negative reviews online have either been addressed already or are mainly the fault of the tenant and not the staff; if you go talk to anyone in the front office they will do everything they can to take care of your concerns. I highly recommend Ultris Island Park and their staff.

I have been living in this complex for over 10 months. Previously, I gave 3 star review but now the managing team did better on keeping the apartment clean and neat. So I am editing review with 4 star and reasons.Frequent lawn and garden cares. Recent road work to fill cracks and bumps in parking areas. They said power cleaning team would come to clean spider webs over stairs and hallway walls.Overall, I am satisfied with this apartment.

I loved living here. Everyone here, from management to maintenance, made us feel right at home! When my husbands company moved us, I got a real wake up call. I had become so accustomed to being treated so well that we’re miserable at the new place! I highly recommend Ultris Island Park!

They are very friendly, extremely helpful and professional. I moved all the way from Northern California and Angel was such a blessing! Also, it’s so beautiful here! Highly recommend moving in if you’re thinking about it :)

The staff are very helpful and the apartments and amenities are nice. Im not a big fan of carpets and the gym is pretty small, but you cant beat the lake views and access.

Nice apartments. Lived at Ultris for about 18 months in total. Only problem I had was when the AC went out and they fixed it the next day. I would stay there again.

I lived here in 2015 it was a great place I would move back there if I moved back to Shreveport Louisiana, I wish they would show pictures of the Apartments since they were painted otherwise update the pictures lol
