    We have worked with Ryan and Greg as a vendor on numerous occasions and both have been great to work with. TXRE Properties is very diligent in the maintenance of their facilities. It is incredibly easy to communicate with both of them and their buildings are always well maintained.

    TXRE has been great a building owner since buying our building. their improvements have been very good for the tenants. Kolby Dickerson has been a very good representative of TXRE and a pleasure with whom to work. He made the transition to dealing with the new ownership very easy. Ryan Gilbert has been a great property manager with whom to work and I have really appreciated his responsiveness and attitude.

    Greg Hood and the folks at TXRE are great people. They take sub par buildings and restore them into not only beautiful but functional and cost efficient spaces for their tenants. Weve known TXRE for a long time and they are very hard workers and have always been diligent about maintaining very good relationships with both clients and vendors. We would recommend Greg and any TXRE property if asked.

    I am operating my business at one of TXRE properties buildings for about 9 years. They are always very responsive. I love their professional and kind heart employees (especially Greg Hood is the best engineer of all time). They also provided wonderful support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
