This is an amazing Home rental agency. Very friendly and helpful 😊 my daughter and I we were homeless for three months after I called off my wedding. They worked with us, and we are now starting our life anew in our town home. I love the neighborhood, It is very affordable, and quiet. They offer free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer hook up, trash services, and a lovely back yard. I work as a juvenile correctional officer, and its nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood and dependable leasing mangers.

I wanted to revise my review as a manager contacted me and explained their policy and how the mix up happened and gave me a full refund. I really appreciate them caring enough to resolve issues like this. From this interaction with a new manager it seems management is going in a good direction!———————Original one star reviewTwin City Properties showed us a place without communicating to us that the current tenants living there had not yet decided if they were going to renew or not. So after we had already applied to rent the place the tenants decided to release and we were refused a refund for the $75 per person application fee even though we were not denied. They had not approved or denied us yet and we couldnt even get a refund for a place that was essentially never available for rent. I feel scammed and I would not recommend this company.

Ive leased from twin city for about 2.5 years now. Ive had good experiences with several property managers as they all work as a team. Kriste helped me out to find the right place for me and my family. She was informative and assisted through out the process of finding a place to live. She took several extra steps and extra in helping which helped make my decision easier. Ive only had some minor maintenance needs for my apartment and once I called in the turnaround was quick. Chelsea has always communicated any issues or information that they needed to get out promptly. She also assisted greatly with finding available options for a friend of mine when they were looking for places to live. The front office staff has always been courteous and professional. I find myself spending extra time talking to the folks that are there. I honestly refer people often to twin city for a place to live at reasonable prices.

I have lived in a Twin City Properties rental for a year now. I can not say enough good about them. They are great people to rent from. They always fix what I have needed fixed in a timely manner. But this review is mainly for Joe the maintenance man. Joe is awesome!!!! I got locked out of my house last night and Joe came and rescued me. He went above and beyond. He jump an 8ft fence just to get in my back yard cause my gate was locked. After about 10 minutes Joe got into my house without damaging anything and was able to let me in. He was also great with my dog. Joe is a great maintenance man!!!!!!! Twin Cities Properties is a great company to rent from.. My 5 star review is not fake. If youre a good tenant pay your rent and dont damage their property they leave you alone, so I have no complaints about them at all. Plan to stay for a long time.

Couldnt be happier with my home and the environment! Brandi Phillips has done an outstanding job at working and making the Midtown Manners a better and brighter place. LOVE them! If you are good to them, they are good to you! I have had two separate relationships with Twin City, one as a tenant in a duplex in Bryan for two years and another as a business owner leasing an office space in a building they purchased.With my duplex any time I reported an issue they responded quickly and efficiently. One time I had a giant mutant rat reeking havoc on me and my dog in my kitchen. I was a damnzel in distress and Doug, the owner himself, became my knight in shining armor and rescued me by escorting the giant beast from my quarters!!!With the business I was renting office space from a previous owner who was very poor with taking care of maintenance, responding to requests, or keeping the building safe. As soon as Twin City bought it, Brandi Phillips informed us and got things fixed asap! Sadly after consulting with the City of Bryan, it was decided that the building be turned into residential property. Brandi quickly notified me and gave me ample time to find a new location. She even provided me with listings of options and told me she would help in any way possible to make the transition easier. Although it was not an ideal situation, it was handle the best way possible. Thank you Twin City!

I’ve been renting from TCP for 7 years so far. There have been ups and downs. I’ve seen a lot of improvement over the last couple of years, though.Cons: I don’t like the fact that they show your property months prior to your lease being up - it’s a little uncomfortable. Some (not all) of the contract work isn’t all that great - it can be sloppy and rushed, but it’s not TCP actually doing that work. Their cleaning crew that comes in prior to someone moving in misses a lot of things.Pros: Their maintenance crew responds very quickly and all the guys are very nice. There are times that maintenance is on site within an hour or so even for non-emergent things. The office staff is very nice and prompt. I usually get responses within a few hours. Many of the properties are older, but they do try to update and remodel as they can.

My Fiance and I have been renting in College station for 6 years now and ,in my opinion, Twin City Properties ranks among the top in providing tenants the highest quality living experience. Every issue was attended to promptly and with the utmost concern. We had our A/C go out in the dead of Summer and the rush to get us Window units and the A/C fixed was unparalleled! The yard maintenance was so convenient and the employees time and time again were kind enough to move our outdoor furniture to completely mow the yard. WOW! Also, our Property Manager, Chelsea is Awesome - she was always accessible to help us with and questions or issues. I would recommended Twin City to anyone and everyone looking for a great and pet friendly place to live!

Ive been a client of TWP for three years, and have nothing but good things to say about their service. They are responsive in their repair work, and my property manager Chelsey is great to work with. I recently requested to have carpet in one of my rooms replaced, which I realize is unusual for an unoccupied house, and they inspected the carpet and worked with me to have it replaced. They also do a good job of maintaining the landscaping around their properties. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal with outstanding service on a rental property.

Great management team. Maria was the best property manager I have had. We have always had issues with other property managers in the past. She is actually the reason that we went with TCP, although it was a little more expensive than we were planning. From start to finish we knew we could trust that she would take care of us and do the right thing. She was very knowledgeable on all of her properties such as what was recently replaced and future modifications of the property. She responded very quickly, honest and personable.

My boyfriend and I have been renting an apartment through TCP since August and they have been nothing but amazing! Michael walked us through the complex before we decided to sign a lease and helped us through the entire process. He was always very professional and helpful when we had questions and concerns. Whenever there is an issue at our complex they always send someone out quickly to resolve the issue. On top of their speedy response, they keep you updated with text messages that you can respond to if you need further clarification, which I love!! They are hands down the best company I have rented through in the BCS area and couldn’t recommend them more!

Would definitely recommend. Have been living in my current place for a little over 9 months and love it. Maria asked what we needed and found us the perfect place and was able to get us moved in just a few days. We have only had to put in two maintenance requests and they were both answered and fixed within a day. As a first time renter I couldnt be happier with my experience. Not sure why some are saying the positive reviews are fake, mine definitely isnt!

I dont know what everyones talking about but I love Twin City Properties. Maintenance is quick to come out to fix problems and the groundskeepers keep our apartment complex looking nice. Ive never had anything but good experiences with the staff at the front desk of their office as well. Being able to pay our pet deposit off monthly was a really nice perk. Were still living at our apartment so I dont know how things go with move-out but I expect it to be pleasant also. Ive had nothing but good experiences with Twin City Properties.

BEST MAINTENANCE- AMAZING OFFICE STAFF.I can honestly say that this company is the best I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. The office staff is so sweet, caring and their communication is wonderful they make every step so easy and they don’t make you feel annoying for asking questions lol. They make sure you have everything you need before you move in. Overall, they really make you feel like you’re a friend and not just a resident that they collect money from. I have worked in property management for over 6 years and they have stunned me with their professionalism and friendliness.OKAY LETS TALK ABOUT MAINTENANCE- I mean all of those guys are the sweetest people, the explain everything they are doing and leave you with no questions unanswered. THEY ARE SO FAST! I put in a request and the next day they are there.I would recommend renting from this amazing company to anyone and everyone. The management is really friendly and they are easy to work with. My leasing agent is Chelsey Roberts, and shes been only helpful and extremely accommodating. The properties are somewhat deceptive. Theyre older, and you can tell, but Twin City Properties puts a lot of work into updating them, which really really pays off. My friends are jealous that I found such a hidden gem at Sonoma Terrace, and they cant believe the price either. It is tucked away, but at a really convenient location. Like I said, the apartment is older but it only adds character (I have exposed brick in my bedroom!), because the appliances are all nice and there is new flooring. Additionally, the older apartments have the advantages of having more square footage than a lot of the newer ones being built! I wish I had lived here during my undergrad too, because I would have spent the same amount of money to have literally twice as much room and I feel like the management really cares about me, and respects me, which are two feelings I NEVER felt while living with one of the other big leasing companies in town. I wont be moving again until I have to leave after graduation.

I have rented four apartments with three different property management companies, Ive never been happy with any of them. As a matter of fact one screwed me so badly that I ended up getting sued for damages that I didnt do. I say all that to elude to the fact I was scorned with renting all together.Renting from Twin cities properties changed my perception on property management, they have it down!! If you treat your tenants like humans and not a rent payment they will get google when they move out and promote you for the good you do + recommend you to anyone who is renting in BCS.When things were broken, they fixed them. My fence wasnt secure enough for my dogs, one call and two days later they came out and fixed it. I had some plumbing issues when we moved in, they fixed that within a day.When we moved out I wasnt expecting to get any of my $2000 deposit back as thats never happened before regardless of how much I clean, I got a check in the mail 26 days after moving out.If your moving to BCS and need a place to rent go with Twin Cities, if they have a wait list get on it and wait!! Ask for Chelsea she really takes care of her tenants needs!Amazingly great company and even more so personable company!!

I have leased with Twin City for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about them, their staff, and the value they offer in this area. As a renter in this town it can be difficult to find affordable living that isnt centered around the university, but Twin City is the answer. They have nice houses and duplexes that are spacious, have yards, allow pets and at a reasonable price. When I moved in last year I needed a 1br1ba for me and my three dogs with a yard on short notice, not a an easy task, but they came through for me and got me moved in within two weeks. Now things have changed and I need more space, so I reached out to my property manager Kriste and she was so accommodating! She was able to find me a larger unit in the same neighborhood and got me switched into a new lease within a week!

I am a hair stylist and was in search of an office space for myself. I was looking for something small and intimate for just myself and whomever’s hair I would be doing. I came across Twin City Properties . When I called about the space, the young lady (Rachael)was so nice on the phone. She made it very easy and comfortable to talk to. She let me know that the space that I was interested in was only office space and that it didn’t have any plumbing in the units. She encouraged me to ask and see if they would put some plumbing in the office space so I could use it to put a shampoo bowl and sink in the unit. I was in shock because all of the other Realator’s that I called about office suites told me no , that it’s only for office space. She gave me hope😃 I then asked Michael and he said that he could make it happen. I was on cloud 9😂. They got the plumbing done rather quickly. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance addresses your issues right away. I felt appreciated when I got a Birthday email and Christmas card from the staff. You won’t be sorry to lease from Twin City Properties. I highly recommend them.

I have been renting from Twin City properties for a little over a year now. They made getting everything set up and moving in very easy and painless. Our A/C went out one summer and they quickly responded to the issue, sent out an A/C repair man and ever a couple A/C window units to keep us cool. When they found out it was broken and needed a new one we had everything replaced in fixed within days. They always respond very quickly to emails and try to help you out. My wife and I recently had to move to VA and our current property manager, Kriste, has been very helpful with our situation.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve had amazing help from all of TCP so far. My current apartment complex seems to be getting worse every day, despite being a “luxury” community. They don’t pick up the phones or answer emails or deal with repairs well, even in emergencies. TCP, especially Racheall Gray, has made the process of finding exactly what I want very easy and simple. Racheall has kept me updated on every step I’ve had to go through, and has been such an advocate on my behalf with my current management. The place I’m moving to this summer is very nice and an incredible value. I’m so excited!

This may be a little long, but hear me out. Twin City Properties, or TCP, is a wonderful company that suits the needs a of a wide range of people. My wife and I are college students who have been living in Midtown Manor for over a year now. We live in a diverse community that includes young families, retirees, and so on. (TL;DR below)More about the company itself:-They are kind, helpful, understanding, and (perhaps most importantly) they are transparent. Not once have we felt blindsided by TCP. Several of their employees are also tenants, which I think is a good indication.-Their office staff is capable and trustworthy, and you can reach them very easily if needed. If you have questions they cant answer, they will find out for you.-They know what they are looking for in a tenant. You will never have any trouble from them if you respect their property. If any issues arise, they have generous business hours and are easy to speak with.-Their maintenance and grounds crews are punctual and genuinely kind. This is particularly important for students; if you have an avoidable maintenance issue, they will not only fix it quickly but are willing to teach you what can be done in the future out of a sincere desire to help. This has been our experience with every employee weve seen. You can request maintenance assistance at any time using the tenant web portal, or call them after hours for emergencies.-Speaking of the web portal, tenants can go online to pay bills whenever they want, view their account balance, and view the account history. There is no convenience fee for e-checks, but there is one for cards. If you like, you can set up automatic payments and email reminders for rent as well. It is straightforward, and the layout is clean and simple.-Own pets, but worry about affording pet deposits? Ask them about payment plans. We were allowed to split ours across several months.-The owners take great personal pride in the quality of their properties. Many of the properties are older buildings that have been renovated, with their exterior grounds cleaned up and made healthy.TL;DR- TCP is a kind and respectful company that focuses on the integrity of their word and the quality of their tenants experiences. If we, as fresh-faced know-nothing students, can live here without being preyed upon, I really think anyone can expect to trust them. 10/10 would rent again.

Alex Sezer was the leasing agent for me. I explained to Alex what I wanted, the area I wanted to relocate, which was close to my place of employment. I had looked at so many places that I was getting very discouraged. I had a timeline and it was approaching very soon.Alex showed me the neighborhood where he was having some duplexes remodeled. I approved the location and once he showed me the inside of a remodeled one, it was a done deal in my mind. There wasnt anything more I need to be comfortable in my future home.Alex is very professional, personable, honest and knowledgeable. He is always responsive to my needs and will contact me immediately to let me know when a representative will come out to my place to see how they can help me.Twin City Properties always keep their tenants informed with bad weather conditions and communicate all pertinent information that would benefit the tenant.I can highly recommend Alex Sezer to be your leasing agent. I moved to Bryan in March 2018 from Oklahoma. I had to move very quickly to start my new job and was unable to be in Texas to look for a place to live. The entire crew at TCP were so helpful, Skyped with me to see places, and even arranged for me to move in at 9pm on a Saturday night. The service was above and beyond. The duplex I live in is beautiful, pet friendly and my neighbor that I share the duplex with is amazing. Theyve fixed any issues Ive had within 24 hours. Im sadly having to move out at the end of my lease, just to be closer to work and have more space. As a plus, they walk you through the entire moving in process, essentially reading your lease to you and walking you through activitating all of your utilities. We have been with TCP for 3 1/2 years. I have never had such a positive experience with the maintenance aspect of renting a place. Any maintenance request is always dealt with extremely quickly, mostly within 24 hours. One time I logged a request through the online system before business hours, and by 9:05 my doorbell rang! Yesterday I especially appreciated the immediate response to my mentioning an issue with hot water. Not only did I hear back from the head of maintenance, Rosa, but also from Enoc, our property manager, both assuring me that someone had been sent out right away to fix the problem. And fixed it was. Rosa even followed up with a personal call to me today to confirm that the problem had been solved. I very much appreciated their quick, thorough, and personal response. This is the kind of thing that enables me to recommend TCP to anyone I know looking for a place to rent.

I have rented with TCP on 2 different location. One being a house on Travis Street the next our current apartment at Sonoma Terrace.The Travis Street house had heating issues and took forever to figure out what was wrong with it. The maintenance did come out and give us space heaters till they were able to fix it. the floor had rolling hills due to foundation shifting. Lived there 1yr and renewed the lease for a 2nd. Unfortunately I moved out during my second in with my boyfriend to Sonoma Terrace.We have no lived together at Sonoma Terrace for almost 4yrs and we will be renewing for another 2yrs!! Hands down the best apartments Ive lived in. Maintenance has responded to requests within 48hrs depending on the nature of the problem. Only downside is that the building has shifted and our windows no longer lock. Not a huge deal since we are on the second floor. Our door has shifted as well (typical Texas issue) still works fine just has some light peaking through.TCP must have a reasonable turnover rate because we are now on our 3rd property manager for Sanoma Terrace in 4yrs.

Had an issue where the water in the tub started running and wouldn’t stop. It was a Saturday, so I called the emergency maintenance line and they advised me to turn the hot water at the water heater off and wait for a tech to come on Monday since it wasn’t technically an emergency. I wasn’t pleased to wait, but realized (and was thankful) that because the water was draining in the tub, and since I got the stream down to a drip, the issue really wasn’t an emergency. The tech I spoke to on the phone assured me he’d be over Monday morning to address the issue.On Monday morning, Joe C showed up to fix the leak. He immediately set to work and had to leave to get parts a couple of times. He had to call in a helping hand at one point, and between the two of them, they came to a solution and resolved the problem. Joe made sure to show me what he had done to fix the issue and to show me that the problem was solved. He was very kind and patiently answered my questions. Was grateful to have him respond to my issue promptly and that he was able to resolve it in one visit.
