I would like to say Thank you to Trusted Property Management for the small details that make a huge difference. I put in a work order and they responded same day! Wow, this is almost unheard of anywhere. Then I needed my work order to be done within a certain timeframe due to my work schedule and they worked around my schedule to make it happen... WOW number two. If that was not enough, they came at the time agreed upon. For someone that was on her lunch break, this is a big deal so WOW number three. The garage door was fixed same day and they even cleaned up after themselves leaving things perfect! WOW number four. Then to add the cherry on the top, I received a call from the office asking if all was taken care of and if I needed anything else... WOW number five. YES, five star for them. Needless to say, I was pleased and grateful with the professionalism and kindness.

Trusted realty did a very good job. They were timely in their communication, advice as well as recommendation. They were very much aware of timelines and have been successful to work within that time frame for any of their of jobs. They also communicate and always are quick to pick up or return calls or at least acknowledge them which facilitates ease of communication. i would highly recommend them.

We have been tenants for the past three years under Trusted Property Management. The team is responsive, prompt, and always goes above and beyond their scope. Our fridge recently went out and Bobby ensured we were taken care of during the entire repair process. Trusted Property Management makes renting a home a great experience!

I would chose 4.5 if that were an option. We have been renting a property under this company for a few years. We have been renting for about 10 years in total and so I will say in our experience its been great to rent from a company who returns emails in a timely fashion, who is willing to work with you to handle issues and to act as the go between for resigning leases and the like. 2 incidents stand out that would stop me from giving them a 5 out of 5. We had a storm a while ago and it left a tree with some hanging branches. Unfortunately they were hanging over the driveway which could have led to some damage. Although with the storm I am sure all companies that were removing debris were busy it seemed to take even a bit longer beyond the rush before they got someone here. They actually came after the town had made a final clean up lap so it was quite a bit after the storm. Thankfully the town driver made one more run and they happened to be done. The other issue happened as we were moving out where there was some miscommunications and misunderstandings on leaving dates and the signing of an extension to get our things out. Both of these were resolved and favorably in my opinion so really just the communication in those incidents could have been better and had they been I would likely give them a 5 out of 5.

We’ve been working with Bobby at Trusted Property Management since July 2020 and it has been a great experience. We’ve been extremely fortunate to have minimal issues but each time he had the issue fixed within hours. On Halloween our garage door came off the track and Bobby had a repair company at our house less than three hours later. He has been so easy to work with and I certainly couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
