We recently rented from Trust Properties for the second time, and once again, the service was outstanding. Patrick and his team consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I rented with trust for a year and a half. I would definitely rent with them again. My maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. Although I was in an older and non upgraded apartment my appliances worked and any problems I had were fixed within a very reasonable time, and they accommodated my schedule. Angela is very easy to reach and speak with. When looking for a new (bigger) place I wanted to stick with them, but unfortunately nothing available fit our needs. Upon moving out they were understanding with stuff I had left outdoors and worked with me as I had to get it removed slowly. The cleaning fee after move out was reasonable and not outrageous. My only down side was when living there we got a few renovations done and I was notified with little notice. I work from home and the noise was disturbing my ability to do my job. With more notice I could’ve planned a little better, or maybe communicated more of a convenient time for me. But other than that my experience was great and I’d recommend renting with them.

The best property manager in Las Cruces hands down!! Won’t nickel and dime you on petty service fees, extremely knowledgeable in regards to real estate law, and gets things done in a timely fashion from my experience. I wouldn’t look elsewhere for property management services. Too much knowledge and experience you’re getting here, which is extremely valuable, as a bonus!!!

We lived in a Trust home for 4 years. It was the perfect home and location at the perfect price. You can really find great properties through them and Angela and Patrick were really nice and easy to work with. We had no problems with them and got almost the entirety of our deposit back when we moved out. I would highly suggest them as landlords for young professionals!

Angela Potter is awesome! She is professional, courteous, and cares about her tenants. Her and her team are extremely prompt, responsive, and no issue is too great! Cannot recommend enough, Angela and her team are an excellent property management group. Trust Properties is aptly named! Their tenant portal is excellent as well: you can pay rent, put in maintenance requests, and view documents such as your lease right from the web site or via the app available for your phone.

I had a great experience with trust properties. I rented with them for over a year, and never once had any issues. They were also very accommodating in regards to any matinence requests we had. At the end of the day its pretty simple: If you pay your rent on time, leave the property clean, and give the proper amount of notice to move out, you will receive your full deposit back just like we did. Thank You for your professionalism Angela and Patrick!

Definitely recommend Trust properties! Move in date was scheduled on a Monday and we were conveniently provided keys the weekend before which is when I am off work allowing me to move it on time. The back door was in horrible condition with not latching properly and glass practically falling out. Issue was fixed within a week of work order submission. We had to record and document photos of previous damage by ourselves, no official walk-through, which is not customary for literally every rental company Ive used but overall a seamless transition to new house, affordable and commendable.

We moved to Las Cruces in 2013 and chose to rent. At first we worked with two different property management companies that had the most horrible service we had ever experienced. In 2015, Trust Properties took over our property because the owners fired the current management company. At that time, Trust Properties came in and fixed all the issues we had. When the owners of this property defaulted on their mortgage, Angela moved mountains to get us into a new place that would accommodate our needs. She went so far as to purchase a property and renovate it so we could move in. We have been here ever sense and have been very happy. Angela and her staff have been professional and helpful over the years. Whenever we needed something fixed they were always prompt in taking care of us. Thank you Angela and the Trust team for taking such great care of us over the years.

I have been renting a home from Trust Properties since I moved to Las Cruces in 2010, Angela was of great help in renting me one of her properties and has been so kind and courteous to me as the years go by. She really is a sweet person. Repairs have been quick and have excellent service people. Cudos to Trust Properties!
