We have worked with Michael and his team since 2009! He helped us find our first house, then assisted us in selling our first home a decade later and buying a larger home for our needs, and now he is making our selling process for our second home super easy because we decided to expand our family with newborn twins! We’ve worked with many realtors to know that Michael and his team are pros. His team is fast, efficient and savvy about the Austin area. We were moving from out of state and had a very tight timeline of less than 45 days to find a place and close - over the winter holidays as well. The pressure was on! Michael helped us quickly identify and analyze potential properties based on our requirements; we did remote tours via video where he would walk through the house and show us what we needed to see to decide on properties to bid on. As we were unable to visit Texas in person before moving, we trusted Michael and his team to be our eyes and ears. The market even in December was competitive and after many offers, and several negotiations we closed and were able to move in before the new year!

Being a single mom with a full time job and having to sell a home, is as stressful as it sounds.I had an agent who gave me an estimated sale of 300,000. We bought our first home with E team. Our experience was divine. We went in scared after hearing about all of the awful first time home buying experiences our friends had. Michael was a dream come true. He walked us through every single step, explained all of the fees and other monetary issues UP FRONT. We did this before we even signed on to use him. When we went house hunting, we saw more homes than our friends using the competition did. He was patient and never pushy. He would tell us if something was off about a house .. Again very upfront about everything. When we signed our paperwork we felt great about the entire process and since then he has helped many of our friends become home owners. Not only does he have the know how, but he knows all about Austin and every area in town; Which came in handy when we were looking at a house that was actually built on the old dump(we didnt by the house btw).
