    I worked with Michelle on leasing a little duplex in Keller and am beyond pleased with the ease and speed everything went. From showing the property, to the background check and filling out the lease it was smooth and easy. 2 months after I moved in we had a freeze and a pipe burst, their maintenance team came out and made the repairs at 3 pm on Christmas eve! I have and will continue to recommend Trend to all my friends and family!

    Me and my family absolutely loved the house we stayed in, beautiful property and amazing heated salt pool. It was great to swim in even with it being Colder outside than some would prefer because it was heated. A good feature is the safety fence around the pool that is good for keeping pets and small children out. Pool is very well maintained as is the rest of the house. Dealing with this team was also a very smooth experience, they are very straightforward and honest. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

    I have been renting from Trend for years now and have never had any issues with the owner or the property manager. They fix things when I turn in my paperwork for it and my owner even let us go month to month until we decided to extend our lease. I imagine a lot of those one star review complainers didn’t read any of the paperwork nor do their due diligence on how applications for rental property works. The process is no different than an apartment application and they don’t give the money back either. This company is by far more professional than an apartment complex office. Thank you to the whole team!

    Trend Property Management has professionally managed my rental home for about 13 years. I’ve heard of so many mismanagement horror stories from other property owners in the Tarrant County area. I am thankful for Trend Property Management and the years of service they have provided me. Maintenance and repair issues are always quickly addressed, the staff are easily accessible via email or phone, and statements always arrive in a timely manner. If I have one criticism, the company should hire more contractors to cover the higher demand. As I previously mentioned, maintenance and repair issues reported by tenants are quickly addressed. Repair and maintenance requests from owners tend to take a while before they are addressed.

    Last year I was living in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 kids. My lease was up in Feb 2021 and I knew I wanted to rent a house so I began my search in December 2020 with a realtor. I looked at SO many houses, I even had to compromise on my search potentially moving my kids out of their school district. Finally Feb 202 and I still had not found anything so I decided to switch to month to month (expensive AF) and search on my own. The stars aligned because I found a gem, a property being managed by Trend P&M. I worked with Michele (an absolute angel) and explained my horrid home search situation and how I was going to have to pay month to month. Within 2 days I was approved for the home, had my deposits paid and had a HOME for my babies. The home was so well maintained, and since living here Ive had to submit two minor maintenance requests which were immediately resolved the next day. So long as I rent, I will continue to use Trend P&M and hopefully work with Michele. This has been the best possible experience I could ask for.

    I have used this company to manage a rental property in Texas since 2007, when it was brand new. I am totally satisfied with the staff, the systems they have in place for finding good tenants, for dealing with repairs and maintenance and for efficient bookkeeping and transferring of funds to me. Because of their efforts, this property -though farther away than any of the others- is one of my best investments.A recent example of their great service: my extremely experienced assigned property manager supervised each detail of a move-out and make ready, gave me a detailed rent survey, obtained best prices for new flooring, obtained extensive information on three sets of applicants in order for me to pick the best, handling lease documents, deposits, etc seamlessly. Thank you, Michele!Update - Because I had trouble accessing their monthly reports in a new format, (with the limited computer skills of a typical 80 year old), they now mail me customized accountings each month! That is the kind of personal service that is rare these days.

    When we hired Trend Property & Management last March, it was following two awful experiences with other property management companies. One had stolen a sizable amount of money from us, which we are in the final stages of recovering, and the other treated neither their owners nor tenants as customers. Needless to say, we were a bit jaded about property management firms and wondered if there was a decent one to be found in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex! Well, there is..Trend Property & Management! We were referred to them by one of their property owners. The company has been everything she said it was, and that happened because they have an exceptional team. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Juli, Michele and Kay over the last 10 months, and each have been knowledgeable, responsive and a joy to work with! I have not personally interacted with members of the maintenance teambut have been pleased with their efficiency in quickly turning aroundour properties for rent. Even though the outcomes have been a teameffort, I would be remiss if I did not give a special acknowledgementand thank you to Juli. She has been the face of Trend for us. Shewas the one we interviewed when we were looking for a new company, and has been the person we interfaced with most over the past year as she filled three vacancies with quality tenants. She has provided stellaradvice, always patiently responds to my questions and is reassuring when tenant issues arise. Trend is by far the best property management company I have ever worked with!

    We have been with Trend for 10 years and they are amazing. Anytime I call we get service within 1-5 Days. If it’s an emergency it’s the next day. We get communication from them if there are any changes to our rent which only happens when your lease is up. They email or call you right back and they are so friendly. Michelle has always been very kind and anyone she sends to my house is professional and does a great job.

    Our first interaction with Trend was when we bought a rental property three years ago. Juli Palmer-Norris was our agent. She was very patient with all our questions and walked us through the whole process. After that Trend has helped us buy a few other rental properties. They are also the management company that manages our rentals. They do an excellent job of it, from cleaning and fixing a rental when its vacated to renting it out. Juli keeps us updated at all times and we never have a problem reaching her when we need help. Michelle and David at Trend have also been very helpful in the past.I would recommend Trend Property & Management for any real estate transactions.

    We had a great experience with Trend Property and Michele Stokan. We rented from them for 3 years and we never had any issues. When we had AC or plumbing issues they sent out professionals that came out within hours and they were great to work with. There are times when no one is available to answer the phone but they always returned calls or emails. I wish we could have found another house to rent from them but I would definitely recommend them and use them if we need another rental in the future.

    Brokers and investors are continually contacting me to make offers on my property. They probably assume that owning property in Texas is a burden on me because I live in California; but its not. And frankly, one of the main reasons its not a burden and Im not iterested in selling is because of Trend Property & Management.Trend keeps my property leased and in good repair. They keep me up-to-date with financial records and current market data when needed so I can maximize my investment. I have found their preferred vendors and maintenance pros to be efficient and more than competitive with their pricing.My agent Juli has always been prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with.     We have been tenants on a property through this company. Its not very often you have nothing but great things to say about a comapny. Michelle has been our point of contact and from day one she has been up front, honest, and extremely enjoyable to work with.Of course its an older property, but has been renovated and has been a great home for our family. With older homes there have been maintenance issues that arise, but everytime we had any type of issue or concern Michelle and her team were on top of it.I have nothing bad or negative to say about being a tenant, and would continue my relationship with Trend PM but we have decided to start a new chapter in life with some full time 5th wheel living and traveling 😁I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a trustworthy property management company to lease/rent through.
