I have rented out multiple units with Tree Realtor, they are good at selecting high quality tenants. The negative reviews on here are from potential tenants who didn’t qualify and were rightly rejected. The current residents who are complaining about repairs not getting done are blaming the wrong party, they should be writing reviews against the Landlord not the Property Manager.

My husband and I were previous homeowners in the north Dallas area that relocated for a job opportunity. Renting a home before buying in the area seemed like our best option. We were so nervous about renting but Tree Realty really made the experience a favorable one. There were things that came up in the home that needed repair (as they do in all homes) and everyone in the office was responsive and quick to handle the requests. Upon moving out they were very considerate of our pets and made the showings for the home easy and stress free. We enjoyed the home and worked hard to care for it which resulted in us getting our entire deposit back. I would definitely recommend Tree Realty.
