I’m so glad that I am a tenant with Traverse Property Management. Last Tuesday evening I had a pipe burst inside the walls. When I say water was everywhere I was in a major panic not knowing what to do to turn the water off from the main line. It was 5 mins before closing I was able to speak with Roger management and they were able send out a plumbers and a restoration technician to pull up carpet turn the water off from the street and place fans inside the home. It’s a week later new carpet and padding replaced. Our walls are completely dry no mildew or smells at all. I can say I am one happy tenant.

Jon and his team at Traverse Property Management was an excellent choice for me to partner with for my property lease and eventual sale. From the time I chose Traverse to manage my property for lease, to the date off sale and closing, they were pleasant group to work with. Traverse handled everything for me from finding the right renter, preparing lease documents, locating vendors for necessary maintenance to collecting and distributing payments. Traverse provides an open and transparent ledger for all transactions so I always knew my standing with receipts and disbursements. Additionally, once I chose to sell the property Jon helped me quickly find a buyer and was by my side through all real estate transactions to closing. In my opinion, Traverse is an excellent choice for all of your real estate needs.

I am investor with multiple units and hired Jon as my property manager. I could not be happier with the service he provides. I can tell that he has trusted individuals that work for him on site at the properties to check everything and let me know what needs to be fixed. I can also tell he cares a lot about your feedback about his service and makes changes based on that feedback. I also realized that he cares a lot about your bottom line as an investor and will protect your security deposits and your property like his own. Highly recommend
