I read so many negative reviews about this company before renting our house. But we loved the house so much that we decided to go with it and hope for the best. I don’t regret it for a second. There hasn’t been a single issue with this house that they haven’t immediately jumped to correct for us. And there hasn’t been much as this house has been amazing. We are currently having to move due to a job relocation for myself and school transfer for my daughter. They were instantly understanding and even congratulatory of our new opportunities. We moved here as myself being a newly single woman, and my daughter from an apartment where she was left without air conditioning for 4 months in the dead of summer. Everything about our experience with Tra Dor has been seamless and easy and an absolute pleasure to work with. They truly gave security to two single women trying to figure this whole life thing out.

I lived in Tra Dor units from 2001 to 2012 it is very nice. Wholesome environment for everyone.

First and foremost, please ignore the two reviews above this one! I have lived at Milbrooke Apartments for five years now. And there has been three managers during this time period. And so for Ms. Lisa Read Williams has been the most helpful, honest and considerate thus for. Their are several tenants that have disabilities that live here. Ive never known her look down on or speak ill of them in any way. I mean really think about it... if she was such a terrible manager why would so many tenants still be here and surely there would be a lot more negative complaints than these two. Ms. Williams is always at the office or on the grounds doing something. She has never not been here doing the hours she has been assigned to work. If she isnt here it definitely is for a good reason and she does make sure that we (the tenants) are aware that she will not be at work that day. And as for Cheryl Dixon, Ive never know her to be a liar either. Lets keep in mind that its easy to tell a LIE than it is to tell the TRUTH! It is utterly ridiculous the way people act towards others when they cant have things their way...this isnt Burger King....its real life! But as they say, misery loves company.
