    Tower Property Management was amazing. We contacted multiple companies and decided to go with Tower Property Mgmt and were happy we did. Whenever I called, someone always was available to answer the phone. I had a team dedicated to our property so it was always easy to reach someone. They vetted out tenant and he was amazing. The house was immaculate at the end of the lease. We will use Tower Property Mgmt team if we ever need a management company for future rental needs.

    I’ve worked with Tower for years as their pest control provider in this area. I’ve never seen a company so invested in their properties and meeting a tenant’s needs. I’ve worked with approximately 12 management companies and Tower ranks first for responsiveness, care, and protection for its residents and owners.Given that I’ve worked with them, perhaps my review is biased. I want to reiterate that they care for their tenants’ and owners’ needs. When I make a recommendation for something I can’t handle (mostly structural because houses age as we do) they respond promptly.The negative reviews could be one offs. Perhaps someone’s coffee was too black or their grass not green enough. The fact remains that Tower does a phenomenal job at caring for their properties.

    Appreciate all the help Abigail (TPMs leasing team) provided in leasing our condo. Its a tough rental market and we leaned on her for pricing and vetting potential tenants.     Outstanding rental services. Initially I was going to sell my house shortly after my first tenants lease was up. After I hired Towers Property Management to manage my rental, their service was so good that I decided to continue renting out my house for 4 more years thereafter. I had lived in 3 places during the duration they managed my property. I lived in Kansas City for 1 year, Kuwait for 2.5 years and Wichita for 1/2 a year. Never once did I have anything to worry about with them managing my property. The company is extremely responsive. If there is an issue, they will be on the phone with you in less than a day and resolve it quickly. They have the portal which not only made renting easier for the tenant but also for the landlord. And they carry out thorough background checks on their tenants. My tenants were NEVER late on paying the rent, the company always managed the rental deposit fairly, and I always had the peace of mind of never having to worry about having bad tenants. In addition, I have dealt with several Property Management companies located in Kansas City, Austin, and Wichita. This company is hands down the best of all the ones I have conducted business with. In addition, John the owner of the business, would always go the extra mile to get any issue resolved quickly. An excellent company.

    Ive been a tenant for 3 years now and have had nothing but the best service from Tower. They have responded quickly to my maintenance calls, including sending someone out in the middle of the night for roof issues, they communicate with me early and often concerning weather changes or office closures, and they have a wonderful staff who are so kind. Also, love the giveaways and the ways they make sure their tenants feel appreciated!

She is an outstanding representative!!Tower Property Management also has excellent communication and has made the process of moving-in easy. From their fast responses, availability to address concerns, and their portal, it has been a breeze. They also have a complimentary concierge service to assist with setting up utilities, internet, lawn care, etc. I dread that part of a move but that stress has been completely removed for us through Connect 360.     This by far was my smoothest transaction. I have dealt with management companies that literally will not even return a phone call, and if they do it is a week later and the property is already under contract. I have also heard from properties oh, we just havent updated our listings. It is absolutely terrible. I am beyond pleased to say Abigail was a true champion. Every SINGLE time I reached out to her she answered, and allowed me to seamlessly navigate my client to her new home BEFORE IT WAS ON THE MARKET! I know that wont always be the case, but to say that I am impressed would be an under statement... she actually had to wait on me! 100% I would recommend Abigail and hope to work with her and Tower Property Management in the future!

    Abigail and Sandra respond SO quickly to emails - its shocking. Ive been impressed with how responsive they have been alongside my leasing and move-in journey. They are friendly, so its been a positive experience working with them. In the past, I would move into a unit and the leasing staff just disappeared. Thats not the case here because they makes sure youre all set up and good to go. Highly recommend!

    We moved into our rental house the Sunday after the massive snow storm that happened in February in Austin. The move in was a bit stressful because we were moving across the country and didnt have much time to play with as far as moving out of our old place and moving into this home. Add to this the storm which prevented a lot of the make ready getting done because there was no water, people couldnt get anywhere and then everything got backlogged. So I was a little nervous at first because Tower Props were overwhelmed (for good reason and like everyone else was) with the number of requests coming in from all of their tenants and new ones including us and they were a little slow to respond. But once they made it through their backlog they have been amazing! I dont fault them for anything happened with our move-in because it was a crazy time that was out of their control. Theyve handled everything promptly and have been so kind. James Duncan, the client care coordinator, is phenomenal! I am so happy we are renting from them and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a rental or anyone looking for a property management company for their rental property. They are awesome!

I spoke with several companies before choosing them and its because:1) Their rate is extremely fair compared to the market rate for managing a property right now, or just having a realtor find a tenant for you, but not actually manage it.2) This is business - and they know the market, and how were going to be strategic about it in the future.2) Super responsive throughout process of getting my property ready to rent, start to finish.     My partner and I just started renting a house for our first time a couple of months ago and James Duncan has been our Client Care Coordinator since we moved in. Any time I’ve had a question (I’ve had a lot since I’ve lived in apartments my whole life) or needed anything, James has been there to help me out. His level of professionalism and timely responses is extraordinary. I’ve been accustomed to submitting requests and having to wait days to get a response and sometimes not ever getting one with previous property management companies. Not with James! I always have peace of mind knowing that I will get a response the same day, sometimes within the hour. Even this week, we submitted a service request and the next day we had someone fixing the issue we had. James always makes sure we’re taken care of. He’s a great asset to Tower Property Management!

After finding a realtor I applied for a home, from there Abigail and James from Tower Property helped with the rest.     Wanted to share our experience with the Tower team and send a big thank you for their tireless work as property managers.Our duplex was a challenging property to begin with and then a huge wrench was thrown into the situation after tenants on one side signed the lease and then backed out. The incredible Tower team remained calm under pressure and did not get deterred. The property was re marketed and released in a crunch without losing a single days rent. All this while dealing with an existing tenant on the other side of the duplex who was hell bent on making our lives difficult.Its great to have a property management group that will go to these lengths for their clients. It is also impressive to see an organization where the employees help each other out behind the scenes in order to make things happen.My wife and I always say that Property Management is the most underappreciated segment within real estate investment and having a group like Tower on our side has been the secret ingredient in building long term value.

    Have been a tenant in a town home for over a year with TPM managing the lease. Good to work with, prompt with maint request scheduling and support. Tenant portal is easy to use. Overall very positive experience so far with nothing to indicate it would change.
