I would definitely recommend TLJ Rentals! They managed my property and I have not had any issues with them. Also, my prior property manager Maria was great. Anabel Wong is the new property manager that took over and she had been a real pleasure to work with. She’s very professional and detail when it comes to providing owner information.

Ive had some issues with other property managers that have worked at this company that were very rude and unprofessional. However, working With Anabel has been a great experience. Shes the only one that has kept us (tenants) and owner of the property informed and is on top of any concerns/questions we might have. Shes been attentitive and considerate. I recommend her!

I leased property 14368 Valley Light CT from TLJ rentals for a duration of three years. The property boasts stunning aesthetics and ample space, making it ideal for families. The property manager, Maria and Annabel, demonstrated exceptional performance by consistently and promptly addressing all of our work requests. Their responses were consistently received within 48 hours or less, and the work orders were always promptly completed. We were provided with the contact information for the yard maintenance professional to ensure that the property always maintains a well-kept appearance. This property is aesthetically pleasing, and it is managed by exceptional individuals.
