I’ve worked with a few property management companies, and I can tell you guys—by far, this is the best group of people I’ve worked with. I’ve never once had a bad experience with them. Mike Messier has been incredibly easy to work with and has taken great care of my property. Communication has been excellent. Having peace of mind as a landlord is a blessing, and with Mike, I’ve got that.

Very happy with everyone on this team that I have interacted with. They cost more per month that I was paying, but it has been money well spent. They handle many small tasks in-house as part of their fee, seem better at gauging reasonable market rates, and the vendors / contractors they have recommended have done excellent work at fair prices. I have confidence that the properties are being well maintained and that tenant issues are handled promptly. I have 2 duplexes = 4 tenants, and had to leave Austin in 2010. Have had 2 other property management companies since; one kept costs low by ignoring long-term maintenance that the tenant didnt report, the other outsourced everything ($114 to put mylar numbers on mailboxes!). With property taxes and insurance skyrocketing, I had started to go cash-negative -- until hiring Tx Property Manager. Now have the cash for preventative care like exterior painting that become more expensive when delayed.

Upon my initial inquiry with The Texas Property Manager, Lela was assigned as my property manager for my condo. I was beyond elated with the level of communication and professionalism I received that I renewed my services with the company for a second year. While living abroad, I feel very comfortable that my property is in trusted hands. I am kept well informed and updated on any issues with the tenants as well as with company logistics. I have received timely responses and follow throughs to any questions I have posed. As a newer landlord, I am pleased with the honesty, support, and guidance from Lela, Andrea, Kristeen, Andrew, and Danny. Top notch company, great customer service!!

Updated endorsement May 2022!Andrew and Scott represented me in selling my Texas property. It took less than 2 weeks to get an acceptable offer. Andrew was on top of everything and kept me informed on the process and steps of the sale. Since I reside in California it was instrumental that I do business with a team that I can trust. We communicated everyday which was so important to me. No regrets that I decided to hire them as the property management team back in 2018 so naturally I wanted them to be the selling agents when it was time for me to sell! The guys were such a huge help to us when we were moving. We used them for their home/apartment locating services recently, and Andrew was fantastic. He was able to get quickly get us showings to our favorite properties and their web portal for viewing homes around Austin was super convenient as well. I definitely recommend using their services!

Danny and team are very experienced in all aspects of real estate. Their staff is friendly and always on top of things. They are a full service shop whos goal is to provide the best service and value to landlords who want to take a more passive role in property management. Being investors themselves, they know the importance of balancing costs and quality and making sure everything is taken care of.

I found this property manager from google and yelp. Called and got a response from Scott within couple hours. I recently purchased a new home and have decided to work with Scott to be our PM. I couldn’t be happier with this decision, from last walk through to final closing, to renting out, Scott kept me updated as soon as he gets any information and also provide guidance on to do list as I am out of state. They found the tenant within a week, also help me arrange to buy the fans and install before they move in. Everything went smoothly with Scott and Andrew’s help, and even if I have any simple question on how to setup utilities I can reply on Scott. I am grateful and looking forward bring in my next investment property. Thank you Scott and Andrew!
