I have lived here since August of 2024. I absolutely love it here. Its quiet and clean. The new maintenance man works hard to keep the grounds clean, and the dumpster area is the cleanest it has been in a while. They have gone through a few office personal but being the newest Leasing Coordinator (2 weeks now), I can tell you that if they arent doing what is needed for the property and the residents, they dont keep you for long. I have always looked at the change in office staff as a positive, not a negative because it shows me that they have high expectations, and they want people that take pride in the work and actually do their jobs. We dont have any plans to leave anytime soon. This has been one of the best places we have lived. My kids both go to the high school and it makes it great for them to freely walk to and from school or to walk over to watch a friend play in a game or something of that nature. My kids have been so happy since moving in here.

Briteny the complex manager has been in office about a month and doing her best to make positive changes. The complex has suffered since opening but we have not had anyone that cared until her.
