    This is a great property. Right on the the main thoroughfare! And such a homey feel as you walk in. Common areas are welcoming and very well maintained. Artwork is perfect for this eclectic property. Cant say enough about how great this place is!!

    Wonderful location less than a mile away from Texas Tech. I appreciate the multi- weekly security visits and the gated community. Along with the onsite manager. Also the lobby is very welcoming and the studios are spacious for being studios. I also appreciate the wood floors.

    *Rented at The Que for a year *This Apartment Complex is great for a first apartment, ALL BILLS PAID INCLUDING INTERNET 🛜. Great .Laundry is right down the hall on both levels . They have Gated Parking and key Fob entry . Jennifer the property manager was always on top of things , and willing to work with me when needed . I loved chillin in the lobby during my stay , I really enjoyed that as apart of the amenities at the property.Oh and they are Pet Friendly 🫶🏼

    When viewing the apartments, the staff was attentive and friendly. The manager was very attentive and was ensuring he answered all of our questions. We had read reviews of the community and most of the recent reviews were very positive- When asked about crime in the area around his community the property manager Edwin answered with ease and assurance that he has not seen any crime near the community and pointed out all the security that they had in place as a proactive measure. This community takes the safety of its residents serious as they even have security patrols in the evenings at their community. My wife and I wish we had needed a smaller apartment as we would have moved ourselves and our family to this community!! Clean and well put together community with a great friendly and professional staff. If you are just getting started and or single this is a great place to live!!!

    I moved into The Que when they first opened the place and lived here for 1.5 years. It had everything I was looking for and more from the security features of the building and parking to the convenience of a gym in the building, Walmart, Tech, and the Depot District just a short drive down the street. The apartments are cozy and up to date with the remodeling.I loved living here because of all the amenities, and price of apartments which are a bargain with all the utilities included. The Que also has a pretty stellar new property manager, he is very emphatic about his tenants no matter if he is busy, he makes time to answer all your questions and concerns and really makes that effort to go above and beyond for each individual. I wish I was still living here, I absolutely loved it!

    Quiet. Affordable. Good management.I needed to finish up school while working. My year at the Que was decent.You get what you pay for, which is a tiny room, and that is all I needed. A place to sleep.I recommend this apartment for students that are serious about saving money.Also be aware that there is no outlet within the bathroom.Overall im happy that I went with the Que, the rent was so low I ended up having a net-positive this year.

    The staff is friendly and helpful as the manager.Ive been here for awhile and enjoy the security and safety.When I get home from work i know that Im safe and can sleep well.I also love the secured parking where my car is safe.There is a small exercise room to work out.And there is a Landry room for you to use.Ive been At other appartments and dont feel like this.To me its a great place to live.Try it out and see for yourself, you need this for your family. for they too need to feel safe.Thank you for your time.Jim

    The manager, Jennifer was very nice and helpful. She is a much needed asset to these apartments. Although, its pricey for such little amenities.

    Ive never been at an apartment complex with staff that seems to care about its residents so much. Id often see food and supplies on the table for those who need it, and the restaurant next the lobby is super affordable (also run by equally kind and caring staff.)They also give everyone ample notice before alarm tests and maintenance.Laundry rooms were convenient too.Rent included all utilities (including internet!) and was affordable for me as a low-income grad school. Also very close to Techs campus.My only warnings:1) For those who may have overlooked it in their floorplan, there is a lack of lighting and stove/oven in studio layouts. Still, they had a double electric stovetop burner I was able to cook most things on, and I bought a few lamps.2) I never had anything happen to me, but Ive been told the area is sketchy. People who arent men might especially feel less safe than I did if they are walking places.3) The rooms arent super sound-proofed, so you hear things in the hallway a lot as well.

    Just moved from a small town in wyoming. Kinda a shock going to the city but this place is really really secure. Electronic entry to building and parking lot not to mention the security guard that roams (in a very visible way even outside) and security cameras! I feel completely safe. Also the landlord is really awesome. Any issue or concern worry and hes on it. I feel like this is a safe haven in the city. Would recommend!

    I honestly was very skeptical of moving in here at first because of the location, but the past few months this place has been the best discussion I’ve made. This is my first apartment that I have owned and I honestly really like it a lot . I feel safe with the gated parking and the security cameras all around and the people are very friendly. We have a great property manger and maintenance.

    Officially been a year as a resident now. The Que Apartment continues to get better and better. New landlord fixed many major and minor problems, always seeing awesome improvement. Apartments are really good budget, Gym is sanitary, parking lot is gated and security present for the community. I like this place so much more now, Thank yall!

    I was hesitant about the location at first but with key-fob access only parking and building access and all the apartment entrances located indoors makes me feel very secure. My neighbor and I just renewed our leases for another year last month. Everything is newly remodeled, super clean, and pre-approval-signing lease-move in was super fast. Apartment management company has also been great above average which is hardly the case at the other properties I am familiar with in Lubbock. Won’t be disappointed 🙃

    This place is a very comfortable place to live, maintenance is always taken care of within a more than reasonable amount of time. The environment is great and the manager lives on site and is very helpful. If your looking for your first apartment or are a college student trying to save money on dorms, this place is very affordable and comfortable to live in.

    The Manager gets this done quickly and without a hassle. No mice bugs mold or ants etc...(Its Clean). The actually apartments are cozy and As a single parent i feel extremely safe here. Very little noise problems and good WiFi/internet. (Its free). One of the better apartments in Lubbock and its only a few blocks from lots of points of interest.

    Ive been here for a while now and I can say this is a great place to be. The property manager lives on-site and is super friendly. Personally Ive never had any issues where I had to call him, but those that have say hes quick to help. As far as the apartments themselves- thick walls and respectful neighbors, all bills are payd (including pretty good internet), never had an issue with the A.C., the keyless entry system makes the building safe, the dual deadbolts make the rooms secure, theres a courtyard with chairs and a grill, computers to use, a couple indoor sitting areas, and gated parking. You get more than you pay for here. Its worth checking out for sure

    The Que has turned out to be more than I could have ever asked for! Im new to the area and wanted my own, comfortable, quiet, reasonably priced place; and The Que has not disappointed. An added bonus is their management. Nick goes above and beyond for his tenants (he even assisted me in carring my mattress all the way from my car to my room - very few would do that! Im extremely happy here and would suggest living at this complex to anyone.

    I looked at all apartments in Lubbock for the most secure complexes. THE QUE has one Resident key fob entrance, property (inside/outside) video surveillance, and a gated secure parking area. Plus, a Security Guard that is patrolling every PM. Very good peace of mind for the tenants here at THE QUE.

    I just ended my year lease at the Que, and I gotta recommend it to the google community. Greg, the property manager, is a very attentive guy and he goes to no end to solve any problems that may arise. Very safe and secure building, and very quiet. Great place to stay!

    I have really enjoyed living here. 1 payment for everything makes it easy not to worry about electric bills and such. The nieghbors are great. It secure and quiet. The activies the manager comes up with are unique and fun.

    I was having an issue with receiving my deposit. Upon texting the Que, Morgan patiently listened to the problem and remained in communication with me over the next couple of days as they tried to solve the situation. I was impressed by Morgan’s willingness to resolve my situation and by their follow through to ensure that I was informed as soon as the problem was fixed. Appreciate the time and energy it took to fix this issue for me and the stress it took off my back.

    Very quick to respond to issues, office staff is receptive to requests. Management lives on site, which is a HUGE plus. Community is quiet and very respectful of one another. Close to campus, but still far enough that we dont get too many parties.

    So I lived here for a year and moved because of 1) life circumstances and 2) the kitchen is so small here that I cant comfortably do dishes.HOWEVER, you dont know how good you have it until you dont have it anymore. I have terrible allergies to the air in Lubbock here and I never have them the whole year while living at the Que. Who knew that it was because of their fortress like security including air. (I thought I just suddenly dont have allergies anymore)electricity, water, internet is included here. I really like this place.Downside is its kind of ugly around it, and theres no pool. Also when neighbors decided to argue or be loud in the hallway, it Echos LOUD. But everything else is secondary other than your health. AmIright?Also, the Ques printer is exceptional. Although it doesnt have color printing, you have what you need. it prints pretty fast. Its the type that print double sided without you having to manually flip the page and insert it back to the printer. Again, you dont know how good you have it until you don t have it :(.I urge people that move here to really invest in furniture that is functional, small and make you happy. Dont skim on that because you already getting a great deal in the rent. Make it so the apartment works and everything else will flow!btw I parked outside the gate for a year and was fine. I just have a regular car though nothing too fancy.

    Great place to stay and VERY safe at any time of day. Free internet thats good quality so what else can you ask for? Plus the Manager treates you fairly and considerate, hes great. Also its close to Texas Tech.\=°~°=/ ista best.
