Joni Rudak from the Property Shoppe sold our house after three days on the market for thousands more than we were asking. She did a marvelous job staging, showing, and advertising for us. An absolute joy to work with! And the free moving van provided to Property Shoppe clients was a huge help when it came time to move. I highly recommend Joni and the Property Shoppe if you want fast results!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and didnt have a clue about real estate all I knew is I had a VA backed loan from military service. So I did what most people do and downloaded the realtor app and looked up a good agent thats when I saw the beautiful face of Joni and her professional look and great reviews. I gave her call and she was so very pleasant to speak with. she was very knowledgeable f the area of Tyler and she has very good taste in style and materials of a home. My wife and were not sure what we wanted exactly but Joni guided us with respect and open mind to our ideas as well. She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in the home buying process. She took us out to eat she let us Ride in her Porsche it was just a great experience and she found us the perfect home at the perfect price in the right amount of time that we were leaving our lease from our apartment. My wife and I cant thank her enough she will always be a part of our life. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home whether their first time home buyers or investors or whatever the case may be she is very knowledgeable in all areas.!

We met Jason happenstance at an open house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us several houses and answered our many questions as we are brand new to Texas. He has been excellent in communication with us and being available to show us homes. He negotiated a very good deal for us that we are very happy with. I have a relative moving to East Texas later this year and highly recommended Jason!

One and a half years later, a legal issue came up that The Property Shoppe was not involved with. Cindi Featherston-Shields and Tara Fleet stepped in when I asked and handled the issue. It was resolved to our satisfaction. Many real estate companies would have washed their hands of the issue, but not The Property Shoppe. That is customer service that far exceeded our expectations. If you want honesty, integrity, and super customer service, use the company for all of your real estate needs!
