This place is a mini resort. Maria is the Best! Everyone here loves her. She is the true welcome wagon. Ashley is very busy, but on top of things and friendly. Angel the maintenance guy, He is busy and so very kind, but has responded to my needs in a timely manner. I am Still patiently waiting for my Bathroom to be renovated due to a leak occurring in this apartment before my moving in. Although, I think this issue could have been fixed in a more timely manner.The other gentleman here is always mopping and cleaning the floors, public bathrooms and public areas and rooms.This gentleman is also Very friendly. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the pool is always sparkling and clean. My Family and Friends are so pleased with this beautiful place and I look forward to being a resident here for many years to come. Thank You, Melody

Ive lived at The Overlook at Plum Creek in Kyle for 11 years. Its been a great experience. I love having a community thats a short distance from everything I need. Its quiet and and the neighborhood is wonderful.

I asked for some new flooring laminate flooring for my bedroom and it has been done today I didnt have to wait that long and everybody was very pleasant and Im very pleased Ive been living here since 2015 and have absolutely no problem with Overlook at Plum Creek my rent is well worth it thank you

Michael, manager, is the best manager we have had since Anna. He is trying his best to bring us back to what we used to have in activi-ties not to mention decor.

The person who was helping me was very good. I put my name on the wait list. I’m really hoping something comes available soon. Overlook is great. Have alot of entertains and get together sand games. I really can see myself in this community

A beautiful place for grandparents to live and love life! Only ever visited the one apartment unit, but it seems to do the trick! Its always clean, and have regular community wide events and even competitions, ie outdoor Christmas light/decorating, Easter etc. Super close to ATX and makes the folks happy. 5 stars all day. Love my Mamaw! ❤ 😍 💖
