Visiting my aunt from out of town and noticed she had issues to take care of. One of the leasing agents , Jasmine , was very kind and patient when helping us resolve my aunt’s issues. If anyone is looking to rent in the near future, I would love to recommended Jasmine! Hope to see her as the face of management one day!! She really knows how to run rental properties smoothly.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at The Nathaniel, and I couldnt be more impressed with both the property renovations and the exceptional service provided by their leasing agent, Jasmine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a professional atmosphere. The property itself is well-maintained, with spacious, modern apartments that offer all the amenities I was looking for. The location is ideal, with convenient access to my job, local stores, and restaurants. A special shoutout to Jasmine. Her customer service was truly top-notch. She made the entire leasing process smooth and easy to navigate, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. It’s clear she genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to create a positive living experience. I will definitely be leasing here in the near future!

Weve been living here (general location) for about 10 in a half years. Since now The Nathaniels new management took over this place, they really went straight to work in fixing up this place. The staff are so friendly and are willing to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. For the first time, I never thought I would give the most highest rating for this property since we been living here. One little draw back, would be nice if the parking lots get new pavement. May come back to update rating soon (if we dont move out).

Came by the leasing office as i am interested in a one bedroom apartment. The office staff is very helpful and made me feel at home. A big shout out to Sandra, Alyssa, Amanda and Jasmine for all the help. I will definitely be moving in!

Good morning everyone I hope all is well I just moved into Nathaniel apt and I love the they have remodeled them the rent not bad for a 2 bedroom is 1,040 and for a 1 bedroom 875 my son used to live over here years ago it was rough bad then around 2012 the are under new management have high security patrol all day and all night have police patrolling to ..and the office staff or so nice if you need anything fix they coming right away so if anyone looking for something nice please come check them out you will not regret and they are waiving the deposit and application fee right now …entire staff is great Lissette, Sandra, Alyssa and Amanda are very helpful!!

Applying process went smooth no hassle . Jasmine was a big help & answered every question I had with no problems . We moving 10 hours from Alabama & Jasmine made the process easier for us . 🤎Update : WORSTTTTT apartment I’ve ever had to deal with . Unnecessary fees added on . Rat & roaches problem . Not worth over 1000 dollars . Yes they help u but pest control never showed up . Glad I moved out quicker than I did rats literally was in EVERYTHING ! Water was off half of the time . & , when it worked it was brown . Construction workers mess up ur car with paint & other stuff . Everything was painted over & they so called “ patched the holes “ but , rats went right through them . Luckily I found a better condo back in my home state . Really made my Texas experience HORRIBLE . Not to mention they talk to u before u move in but when u do move in Jasmine will never talk to u again bro wtfv. 🤣🆑

Ive been a resident at the Nathaniel Apartments (Cabo San Lucas) for 4 years and Ive seen several w/ mgmt However, the new management company has done a excellent job. I feel 98% safer!!! Im no longer seeing the homeless! I was just in the office today and Sandra and Symira was a huge help! It felt good seeing friendly faces!
