Daniel was super helpful in finding a way for TEN unrelated friends to find a brand new duplex to share! I had almost given up hope that this was even possible, but Daniel connected me with another member of his team (Cori) who was also amazing and worked through all the details and questions to make this a reality for the kids. We are so happy that Daniel reached out to us about this opportunity. He did not have to do this, but he went out of his way on a weekend to answer so many questions and help us find a wonderful option for these friends. Thank you, Daniel and Cori!

Overall a great experience working with this team! Unfortunately, we got put into a bidding war against other applicants for a house, so we ended up having to pay more for rent than the original listing. But Daniel was very helpful and patient with us - he answered all of our questions and helped us secure our spot in our dream home! I would happily work with him again.

So far, so good! After reading many horrible Property Management (PM) companies in CSTAT, the Legacy Team came highly recommended by my friend and fellow local realtor who has leased from them before personally. The listing agent, Daniel M., was very professional, helpful and honest. This was our third attempt to lease a house in the neighborhood and last experience with a different PM company resulted in a bait and switch- then ghosting. As a realtor and landlord myself, I appreciate Daniels professionalism, work ethic and communication in the securing of a property for my daughter and her friends. There was no bait and switch, apply and pay fees only not to get property even when fully qualified... straight up Good Bull business! The process on leasing was smooth and will update review again upon move in and move out.

The Legacy Team has been amazing to work with. My a/c unit was going out and the had a certified technician out within hours to diagnose and correct the problem. The truly care about their tenants and their property owners. I would highly recommend them!
