I recently moved in to a new house under their management and overall the experience was great. When we can to visit the home before moving it the house was trashed from the previous tenants but they replaced the destroyed carpets/cleaned the entire house.

Although we did not rent with the Leasing Spot, Daphne, one of their representatives, was a huge help in our rental property search in the Bryan-College Station area. Renting right before the start of the Fall semester seems to be quite the conundrum in terms of finding affordable property to rent for a single family. Daphne was a huge help in finding us suitable properties for our needs and was also very responsive to our questions and our texts. Being out of towners, she was very accommodating to our needs and provided an excellent zoom call to show a unit for us. If we find that we need to rent a new property in the Bryan College Station area in the next couple of years, we will be sure to give Daphne and the team at the Leasing Spot a call!

Daphne Ware is so fun to work with and is very responsive! Because they are a professional company, they get a lot of calls but as soon as I left a voicemail, I got a call back and within the week my fiancé and I looked at several houses (we are very picky and on a budget!!) and then found one we loved. Daphne helped up with the leasing process and made sure everything was done correctly. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
