I have rented from The Leaf Group for 2 years (Sam Bass Circle location). My experience was generally a really good one. The apartments were nice, and I never once had a bug problem.When Travis was the manager, I hardly ever received any emails/notices from their office. Not to mention he never responded to anything. I only ever spoke to him twice. Once when I moved in and once when I brought a pet into my home.Since the new management has taken over, there has been A LOT more communication going on. I would say the customer service has definitely improved. I didn’t have too many service requests, but when I did, they were resolved within a day or so.My only issue with this company is that their “accounting” is a little shady and they’ve “lost” record of payments before... more than should be acceptable. Personally I ALWAYS keep receipts and email correspondences so I never had any issue resolving those problems once I showed them those receipts. This management IS good at trying to resolve things quickly.Overall my time renting from The Leaf Group was pretty good. I probably would not leave if it weren’t for my new work commute.
