My mother recently moved into one of The Leaf Groups property and I am so pleased on how quick we where abel to get my mother a place to call home. We had the pleasure of working with Debbie she took the time to show us the properties that where in my mothers budget and answered all the questions we had. We are pleased with the customer service provided to us and loved that Debbie speaks spanish and can help my mother out anytime she has a question without us having to translate for her.

I have only been a tenant for a short time, and I was worried about requesting maintenance, but the process was super easy, and they took care of my issue 100%. Sierra was my contact, and she was friendly and scheduled the maintenance completely around my schedule. The person dispatched to do the work was fast, clean and professional. I’ve been living at one of their properties for almost 3 years, and they have been amazing at quickly responding to any questions and maintenance needs I have had. They communicate changes to building codes, AC filter changes, plumbing repairs, etc. The building itself has been taken care of regularly giving it curb appeal. I’ve been happy thus far :)

I just had a maintenance issue with my shower and instead of making me wait for a week, or making me feel like it wasn’t a big deal, I talked to a really helpful lady, Sierra, and she had someone over same day to fix it. She was so nice, and helpful, and she really knew what she was talking about. Like she asked me the right questions to figure out what exactly was wrong so when the people came, they would already have all the stuff to fix it. the maintenance crew brought all the stuff, said we had identified the right problem, and they’re fixing it. they are also really respectful and nice. FIVE STARS. THANK YOU SIERRA FOR BEING ABOVE COMPETENT! Give this girl A RAISE!!!

We had a large mirror that needed to be replaced. We had put in a maintenance request and as usual, within a few hours the Leaf group had responded and ordered the mirror on the spot. As soon as the mirror arrived, they set the quickest possible appointment and followed up to make sure that all went well. This type of service is the pattern of excellence that we have become accustomed to dealing with the Leaf Group.

My grandma has a hard time getting around. Sometimes she doesn’t notice things. The last time I paid her a visit, I noticed she had some issues going on around her place. I made a call and Sierra was who I spoke to. It definitely felt like she cared and was there to help us out. I’m really thankful our issues were taken care of so easily. Thanks a bunch. I have been at my resistance four years now and since having leaf group I’ve been very pleased! The staff is quick to communicate back to me and in a very kind manner. I also have had to use maintenance several times and they always respond super quick! My most recent maintenance guy that came was Dustin, and he was professional and courteous. I definitely feel like they have my back anytime I need something. I’m very glad to be living where I am, thank you leaf group!!

Weve had a lease with the Leaf Group for 2 years now. Unfortunately, the property has decided to sell so we are having to move. Julia has been OUTSTANDING for us! I cant say enough about them. During covid we had trouble paying a few times and they worked with us so much. Throughout weve had a few maintenance requests and theyve taken care of them VERY promptly. I honestly cant say enough about Julia. She deserves a raise, pat on the back, and all the the great things! Such a great experience with them.

Ive recently moved into an apartment managed by the leaf group despite all of the negative reviews. So far it has been a good experience. They might not be the easiest to get a hold of, or the most prompt, but they have yet to say they were going to do something and not do it. They have an easy system set up to pay and make maintenance requests online. I recently put in a request and had a very nice worker come and fix everything that we had wrong with our unit. He was quick and also did a good job. I will update later, but so far I think they are doing a good job.

I have been living at Lakeside for three years now. This past weekend I reached out to the office to report a maintenance issue and the manager Beatrice was super helpful and I appreciated her quick response. She then followed up on Monday to make sure the repairs were completed. Every time I reach out to the office she is always polite and I feel confident that she will address my concerns right away. I will be renewing my lease and recommend everyone. Shout out to Bea!! Thank you.

I’ve had such an overwhelmingly positive experience with The Leaf Group!! I needed to be in a new apartment in a short amount of time and Max with The Leaf Group went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get in by my deadline. I was always able to get ahold of and get answers from him when I needed them. The personalized experience didn’t stop when we moved in and Max has continued to be a great outlet for any questions and concerns. They made moving homes such an easier experience.

Rikki Norris Croft and Christopher Hill at The Leaf Group are absolutely amazing. So glad to have them as our property managers. Chris has ALWAYS stood out to me, my roommate, and our neighbors for his quick responsiveness to our maintenance requests and is always on top of his stuff! Super proactive and courteous to all the tenants. In our opinion, hes been carrying the team at Avana for a while.We were only recently introduced to Rikki who is newer to the Leaf Group. In the past month weve been communicating with her, she has proved to be extremely customer-satisfaction oriented and is truly striving to tenant satisfaction. On top of that shes an absolute delight and has a such an amazing energy about her!

Ashisha was a lot of help when it came getting my townhouse. She is very responsive when it comes to asking questions via text or email. I absolutely love my new apartment. My neighbors are really cool and we are fortunate to all get along. She has been very responsive to texts. I am usually one to leave negative reviews and neglect the positive reviews, but seeing how many stars they are lacking and knowing how pleased I am with my experience I felt like this was called for. She was polite, showed up on time for touring, and I couldn’t of asked for more. Thanks again Ashisha! Use Leaf Group!

Sad to see low reviews because my husband and I have had the opposite experience with the leaf group. Jeremy and his assistant Amber have been helpful, attentive, professional and show concern with any and all requests or questions we’ve had with our rental property. Our move in was extremely smooth, and Jeremy typically responds to my texts within an hour and addresses the said problem. We’re very happy at Walden and love our home. Can’t speak highly enough about it!

We recently worked with Grey Richey to find an apartment in South Austin and I cant begin to explain how great he was! He took a couple hours a day to reach out to multiple complexes and he even took an afternoon on his own to drive around to a few that he couldnt get a hold of. He made sure every single one of our requests was filled at the apartment before he had us go look at it, which saved us hours and hours of driving around. He knows the pros/cons of almost every apartment and made sure we were put in a great, safe place for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Grey to anyone looking for an apartment in South Austin.

I can only speak for VIP Apartments. Despite rising prices, the location and quality of housing is really good. Maintenance efforts are normally fast and effective. Upper level management care about treating people well, but the daily staff members are difficult to contact and not always courteous.

The representative Lauren at the Leaf group was a breath of fresh air with her communication and responsiveness with myself and my client. The winter storm caused some challenges with my clients move in, she quickly responded and updated the situation like he was already a tenant and met our needs all the while running the show with several properties in distress. I would put Lauren at the top as an industry leader for sure. Ill show her properties any time.

Fast, easy, and convenient!Max was beyond helpful with the entire process. From the initial meet up to getting my keys and moving in. When we first met up to see the unit, Max got to the complex early, courteously guided me through the unit and answered all my questions thoroughly. As if that wasnt enough, Max was very helpful with getting applications and other important documents to me and getting answers back to me promptly. He made sure from the beginning that I had a way to get in contact with him in case of anything.If you are looking for somewhere to live in Austin, make sure to get in contact with Max, he is a great guy, with amazing work ethic, and extremely helpful.

I have dealt with this Management Team of Leaf Group for a while. Every time I’ve asked for maintenance on any items on the property Russell comes and repairs all items needing repair. He always does an excellent job! He’s very proficient, accurate on his decision on how to repair any item. He even cleans up after he completes the repair. He takes the time to explain to you exactly what he has done. Then asks if you have any questions. “This to me is true service.”Also, I’m thankful for Ms Julia Gomez. Ms. Julia who has done an excellent job as receiving all of my request for maintenance and have done it very graciously and with professional behavior.
