Very good place to enjoy a concert. Restrooms are big, very clean. Access was very fast and organized. The staff is very agile. There is a bar and you can order cocktails. The parking is next to the building. We have to pay it separately.

I went for a concert and the line was wrapped around the building, I was afraid it would be crowded when I got inside. However, once inside, the building was way bigger than I expected, and it was enough room to accommodate all the concert attendees. The worker did an awesome job moving the line to get in, and despite the huge line, I only waited 10 minutes to get into the venue. The drinks were overpriced, but that was to be expected.Overall I enjoyed my experience and will be back for more events.

Me and a couple friends made last minute plans to see a DJ we like. Huge shoutout to Erica for making our night even better. She gave us suite access and we had a great view for the show. All in all it was a great experience and am excited to return. Thanks again Erica!! I hope you see this.

One of my favorite concert venues! The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. In the pit, they even hand out cups of water to keep everyone hydrated. The box office staff are incredibly helpful and amazing, and the barista Sadie at the coffee bar makes some killer espresso.

  • Review 5 (2024-05-11 - Rating: 5)

We haven’t been here since 11/7/2022 for Slaughter To Prevail (another awesome live show and experience) but this, our most recent visit on 5/3/2024 for Bad Omens (and a birthday celebration) was top class. Our first time reserving a suite and must say from the booking (Caitlin) to the staff on-site, it was an amazing experience that I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The Factory rocks, and is a great place for live shows - if you fancy the once-in-awhile upgrade, it is worth it! 🤘🏽 can’t wait to come back!

  • Review 6 (2023-03-12 - Rating: 5)

Long time bucket list to see New Order and was fulfilled at this venue 3/9/23. It was my first time to see a concert at the factory and they did not disappoint! Staff was very courteous and helpful and the concert was well organized. Lines for drinks were long but over 20 drink stations made it fairly fast! Parking was 1 block away and made it very easy to get out and to the highway! Deep Ellum is still fun as during the 90s when we partied there every weekend at 2826. Overall a great experience!

  • Review 7 (2024-05-13 - Rating: 5)

Love the option of the balcony seats, its tabletop rows with high top chairs and numbered seats. Definitely the way to go if you dont want to be standing in the GA crowd all night. We saw Bad Omens!! The upstairs also has bathrooms and a bar for easy access.

  • Review 8 (2023-09-23 - Rating: 5)

This venue rocks. Not insanely large to make it feel empty and lose the intimate concert vibe, but not so small where you cant find some space to breath. Plenty of bar space and servers to get you what you need and not have to wait, also has some non-operating bar space thats perfect to post up and chow down on some tasty brisket nachos.Oh yeah, thats right, they had a food vendor on site, which worked out perfectly because I arrived to the show later than expected and was starving. Prices were not too crazy either. The surrounding area seemed to be promising. Plenty of bars and food options to choose from.Nice sized parking garage directly behind the venue was perfect.

  • Review 9 (2024-10-21 - Rating: 5)

May not be a stadium but this place has good sound. Always having some great shows been awhile since Ive been in deep elm got to see sepultura amazing show!

  • Review 10 (2024-05-08 - Rating: 5)

Recently saw Bad Omens & I See Stars at The Factory and they were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Perfectly sized venue- packed but there was still a way for me to find a way to get a good view of the band from pretty much anywhere! Upstairs is reserved for ticket purchasers who would prefer seating if you do not want to stand amongst the crowd. This is in downtown Deep Ellum and the parking is atrocious down there for big events- so either be prepared to WALK or WAIT in a parking garage after a show!! But the venue itself was awesome!!

  • Review 11 (2024-01-14 - Rating: 5)

Another great experience at The Factory. My son and I attended the Mr. Big show on 1-13-24. Inexpensive city parking nearby. The security check at entry was thorough yet those working were professional and courteous. Beautiful facility was clean and comfortable. Those assisting with seating were friendly and helpful. Would love to return to see more hard rock and heavy metal acts in the near future.

  • Review 12 (2023-03-28 - Rating: 5)

Okay, not gonna lie, after 3 hours I had to leave because I just could not stand anymore. But the pain of standing to be 50 feet away from my favorite musician in the world was ENTIRELY worth it. The venue is small and incredibly intimate which is SO cool for bands that you really love. There was a major problem with the app to let people in and the staff was incredibly accommodating to everyone and helpful and kept their cool. Drink prices aren’t bad either and look really good.

  • Review 13 (2024-07-08 - Rating: 5)

Awesome venue, great staff and professional security, ran extremely well everywhere! Bartenders and their drinks are awesome and fairly priced - clean bathrooms and good merch set up!

  • Review 14 (2024-10-20 - Rating: 5)

Went there for the first time 10/17 for a concert and only have good things to say about it. Line looked very long but it did not take a long time to get inside. No long wait time to get food and refreshments. Staff are very professional and will take the time to make sure that your questions are answered. Even the response time to emergencies is quick as well. I 100% enjoyed my time there and encourage anyone to visit. You will not regret it.

  • Review 15 (2024-01-01 - Rating: 5)

Went to see a concert and had an issue at the front door causing the manager to respond. The manager was extremely nice and solved the issue with professionalism. This was my second concert at the venue. The balcony is the best bet to see the band and stage. Acoustics were great. Bands including the warm ups were great. Staff all around was courteous and helpful.

  • Review 16 (2024-03-15 - Rating: 5)

Saw the Toadies here with my beautiful wife. Awesome show and we look forward to going back.I see some pretty good shows coming up. So we will probably see you soon.

  • Review 17 (2024-10-05 - Rating: 5)

My two boys (7 & 4) and I had an an amazing time at The Factory in Deep Ellum. We went for the Sepultura concert. The venue was clean (Including the bathrooms), well lit, sounded great and had a fantastic layout. More importantly, the staff was amazing. Everyone from bartenders to bracelet checkers were kind and respectful.

  • Review 18 (2023-12-24 - Rating: 4)

The place itself is pretty cool.. the wait to get in is stressful if you have issues with your knees or back. The doors didnt open until 6:30 and the concert started at 7. The line was around the building. So by the time we got in and hit the Merch table, we had totally missed the first band.

  • Review 19 (2022-11-29 - Rating: 5)

SUPER friendly staff, and plenty of room. The bathrooms were even clean as well and plenty of room as well.It would be good to implant gender neutral restrooms. But that’s okay! They’ll get there.Plenty of space to stand and balcony room as well.Lots of suites.I got lucky to go see one of my favorite groups Men I Trust along with homeshake. So much fun.

  • Review 20 (2024-10-06 - Rating: 5)

Great concert seen clutch and rival sons amd black stone cherry. This was my first time this venue and it was classy and cool.

  • Review 21 (2023-09-29 - Rating: 5)

Went here for the first time! To see motionless in white live!Loved how fast they got everyone in without skipping a beat! BE WARNED you do need your ticket and ID to enter! They have snacks but nothing that Id consider a meal. But theres tons of restaurants on this street. But they have tons of bars inside.Parking: you are in the middle of Dallas. So finding parking may be a problem so take a lyft to get in and out. (Perfered)If you want to be in the pit area, you might want to get here EARLY I mean 4hrs early for the big names.Overall good experience recommended 👌🏽

  • Review 22 (2024-07-15 - Rating: 5)

Just want to say the staff last night for the Ken Carson show was AMAZING 👏 🤩 🙌. Thank yall for being ADA Accessible and making it easy on this momma to get around and helping with everthing! Made my sons 1st concert experience PRICELESS.Also the bathrooms were Immaculate. Especially with having that maby sweaty, sticky bodies everywhere lol. Also, yall did wonderful getting the kids out with the heat exhaustion and handing out water, and keeping the crowd controlled. Yall are the real MVPs

  • Review 23 (2023-12-20 - Rating: 5)

Nice venue, acoustics were nice, bathroom(ladies at least) was clean, drinks, well for an event, were priced as expected. Will be back.Support local event and live music

  • Review 24 (2022-08-03 - Rating: 5)

Got to see an amazing line up. Senses fail, The Used, and Rise against. It was my third time at the venue and was just as amazing as the first two times. Staff was helpful and the crowd was awesome. Drinks were priced as expected, but the bartenders where quick to serve. Overall, awesome time and looking forward to the next show! 🤘

  • Review 25 (2023-05-20 - Rating: 4)

Update: Another great evening at this venue watching Helloween from a VIP seat on 2nd floor.AC is working super good here.Next time, when I come here, Ill probably bring a light jacket or something with me.We were here to see Mercyful Fate. All the staff were courteous.Nice view from upstairs balcony seat. There was even a consession stand with Nachos, BBQ sandwiches, $5 bag of popcorn, etc, and they actually took cash, which was nice.Ladies restrooms were good size, nice n clean.A couple of thing I wish were,I wish there was some better ways to manage the line for merchandise. It was unreasonably long,so we gave up and left. And, I also wish there was available parking lot directly close to this place. But, over all, we had an awesome evening!!

  • Review 26 (2024-10-21 - Rating: 5)

Love this place. Great sound, good size stage and the drinks are affordable, they have a coffee bar as well! Security is always polite and thorough. I feel safe here and always have a great time!

  • Review 27 (2024-09-21 - Rating: 5)

My girlfriend and I just saw Lamp and had an incredible experience. Everything sounded great, the staff were great, and there were a ton of places to see the band really well. If an artist you enjoy is playing here, I’d absolutely recommend you go.

  • Review 28 (2022-04-13 - Rating: 5)

Great venue to enjoy a concert. Very authentic vibes and great sound. Just an awesome spot! The situating of the floor and the bars is perfect! Definitely catch a show here!

  • Review 29 (2023-04-23 - Rating: 4)

Adequate amount of clean, industrial/commercial restroom facilities, even when hosting a packed event! 😍 No having to fiddle with the malfunctioning plumbing after having waited in line for only 6 bathrooms. 😵 Theres now an adjacent parking garage, so the parking experience is more like going to a show at Toyota Music Factory vs. (Palladium)/SS Ballroom. An advantage over SouthSide BR is when they have the upstairs balcony open, but its frequently difficult to determine which event ticket upgrades specifically include balcony access. Scheduled show start/end times tend to be slightly earlier, & the venue seems to be largely decent at maintaining the schedule/set times. Prices for most events tend to be at least reasonable, depending on artist & available upgrades. Staff have generally been helpful & friendly (fr, TYSM!), as well. The only things that would make this venue even awesomer is if their official, printed/adhered-to bag policy permitted (clear or otherwise) mini-backpacks &/or hip/waist/belt-style bags/packs, & also if they had a coat/merch-check service available. Being occasionally glow/flow friendly or hosting some such sort of event would be cool, too. 💚

Fantastic concert venue! Excellent employees, we had a blast!!

  • Review 31 (2024-10-18 - Rating: 5)

This place was amazing and the ladies in the box office were a huge help making our night so special. 10/10 will come again. The space is huge and multi levels make it so much easier to see the artist

  • Review 32 (2023-12-01 - Rating: 4)

Came here for the Stayc concert a little more than a month ago. If you are going to be camping for front row for more than a few hours, bring a hat or an umbrella. If you bring an umbrella make sure to bring it back to the car before you go in because they arent allowed in. Even though the weather was in the 60s/70s the day I went, the sun was unbearable. Ive walked in triple digit weather and felt fine but standing out there with zero shade and the sun just baking you... it sucks and it dehydrates you quick (so bring water too). Venue eventually came out and provided water but it was after a few hours. There are a lot of restaurants/bars nearby you can buy beverages from. Anyways staff was super nice. I wish they gave that one woman in charge of instructing how VIP and non VIP will be separated into two lines a megaphone though to get her message across further as loads of people in the back rushed up thinking a whole new line opened up just to be sent back disappointed. Inside of the venue was also really nice. It is Deep Ellum though and there are gonna be druggies walking around here n there. Loads of cops patrolling the area though.Parking wise theres a parking garage right around the corner. If you bought a parking ticket on AXS or Ticketmaster, thats probably the garage you bought it for.

  • Review 33 (2024-11-24 - Rating: 4)

The vip staff provides impeccable service here; the only issue is the location not having valet and being in a rougher area.

  • Review 34 (2022-04-24 - Rating: 5)

I have visited and enjoy various clubs for musical events. I enjoy the cocktails. Food and suites at each of them. There is one thing that defines The Bomb Factory at Deep Ellum from the rest. Simply two words, Customer Service! Caitlin was simply superb in understanding my needs for privacy for me and my guests (due to covid19) and accommodated me quickly with all I needed. I truly appreciated her for her unique genuine care towards my special needs. I was able to enjoy the performance of Jacob Collier in a nice private suite with a private bar, bathroom and attendant. My guests enjoyed the customer service and efficiency displayed.Thank you Caitlin for showing me that Custoner Service still exists such a high level of concern. I definitely plan to attend your facility again when it holds an event we wish to see. As a member of the National Press Club of Washington DC and Founder of Get Up Radio Media, I understand the definition of customer service / loyalty, business and entertainment. ENJOY!

  • Review 35 (2022-11-29 - Rating: 5)

This place is great for live music. The building just brings its own vibe into the mix with acoustics that enhance the artists and bands. Bonus: When bigger acts play here, you can get as close to the action as youre comfortable with.

  • Review 36 (2024-10-19 - Rating: 5)

I bought tickets for the Atarashi Gakko concert at The Factory in Deep Ellum and I was concerned about my ability to stand for long periods of time due to a back condition so I was told to let them know when they scanned my tickets. I usually bring pain meds and medical devices to ease but I was not allowed to bring them in my backpack, I found out. Did not matter. The staff was absolutely amazing. I was taken to an area where not only could I sit comfortably and not have to worry about the pain, but it was also my kids 1st concert experience and the area that we were put in was mind blowingly fantastic. We got to see the show from close and although this might not seem much for some, this simple act allowed core memories to be created for my two girls. The experience was so good that I don’t know if we’ll ever top this so we will cherish this experience forever. I really wish I could remember names but everyone from the security guard, event coordinator, and the bartender, were simply the best people. This is what a venue should strive to be.

  • Review 37 (2024-10-22 - Rating: 4)

This venue has been a staple in the Dallas music scene for quite some time (name changes and all). I’ve only attended using GA which has plenty of floor space and bar access on both sides. There is also a balcony with seats but seems quite limited in capacity. My biggest complaint is how the merch line can become an issue when leaving the venue, but generally I like this place.

  • Review 38 (2022-04-06 - Rating: 4)

I have been to many shows at this venue over the years, whether this name or previous. Great sound and atmosphere. If you get a chance, the suites are really nice. Ill share a couple pictures from last nights show, Addison Grace, Tessa Violet, and Cavetown. Very inclusive show, it was nice to see staff that were so supportive as well.

  • Review 39 (2022-08-03 - Rating: 4)

Terrible sound quality, but otherwise good venue. Ive been here dozens of times and operations just gets better. When I arrived, the line was a block long, wrapping around the corner, but they got me inside within 5 minutes. Staff are efficient and they worked quickly to pass out water cups and bottles for the packed crowd. 4000 people.

  • Review 40 (2023-11-17 - Rating: 5)

Ive been to my fair share of concerts, and this is one of my favorite venues, Ive been here twice. Its clean and well organized, security is great, and the staff is nice. The sound is well-mixed, and the stage is high enough that you can see from virtually anywhere in the room, theres not a bad spot in the house. Most recently, I saw Stephen Sanchez with some friends, our spot was right up on the side of the stage, a little obstructed, but still great. The only issue is the area... yikes.... We were dropped off, I wouldnt have gone if I had to park and then walk back to my car at night after the concert.

  • Review 41 (2022-05-31 - Rating: 5)

I recently saw Russ in concert and the line was very very long. Once the doors opened, the line moved so quickly! Workers were very nice and work very efficiently! Security was also very kind and did all they could to ensure our safety. They were quick to respond when they were needed! I really enjoy the environment of this venue!

  • Review 42 (2022-04-15 - Rating: 5)

I had the BEST time at a concert here last night! It was my first time at this venue and I was impressed at how quick it was to get through ticket check and security. It was also so nice that they had a couple different bar areas so you didn’t have to wait in long lines. Also have to give a HUGE shoutout to Bri! She hooked it up for my friend and I and got us an amazing view of the show! Thanks Bri!

  • Review 43 (2022-09-18 - Rating: 5)

Really nice venue. For this show it was set up as standing room only. It was clean when when we got there, theres an outdoor smoking area, for the amount of people getting drinks the bartenders were very efficient and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The sound system was great. This was an all ages show and we took our daughter. The other concert goers were fun and respectful. Everyone there seemed to be there to have a great, safe time!

  • Review 44 (2022-10-23 - Rating: 4)

The only thing lacking is PARKING (hence the 4 instead of 5-Hard to achieve downtown Dallas).Nice intimate place to see bands. Great lighting & sound. Bars & restrooms downstairs and upstairs. Female-type human restrooms have many stalls-less wait time. Beer choices may vary, as is $ of bottled water (can be 12 oz for $5)

  • Review 45 (2023-06-03 - Rating: 4)

One of the best venues for EDM concerts for sure but when sold out I would definitely pay for the VIP upgrade because it can get extremely packed and hot on the floor. Definitely a great venue as well for general admission when it isn’t sold out!!! I have so much fun every time I go!! Plenty of bathroom stalls as well as several different bars to get drinks from.

  • Review 46 (2023-04-20 - Rating: 5)

Easy to park, great location, bartenders were quick and awesome. Plenty of room upstairs and down, though I prefer the floor. Lighting and sound systems were incredible unlike many other venues in the area. Perfect! **the bathroom murals were also done by a fabulous artist I went to school with. If you go, post and tag her! @allikdesign

  • Review 47 (2022-03-25 - Rating: 5)

Won tickets on ALT 103.7 to see Portugal The Man!!!!! It was amazing, and the bar makes great Long Island Ice Teas 😉 Security was very polite and helpful. Best part was meeting the band after the show. A night we will never forget!!!!

  • Review 48 (2023-03-30 - Rating: 5)

Amazing time seeing POWERWOLF there. Drinks were pricey but the Blue 💙 Margarita was the bomb. The parking garage was less than five minutes from the venue just around the corner. Highly suggest if youre catching a show there to pay the extra to park it was so worth it.

  • Review 49 (2024-08-12 - Rating: 5)

I went here to see Orbit Culture. Its been a long time since Ive seen a show here. So much has changed, for the better. The bar is nicely setup and easy to access, its also lit well enough to see in the dark. Having gone in August it was so nice that the air conditioning was so good. So good I had goose bumps a few times lol. I cant stress how thankful everyone was for the cold air. As far as the ladies room, I only went in there one time before the show and at that time it was fully stocked and very clean. The show itself was also really good made great by the sound system, it was perfect.Overall if youre going to see any show here you will not be disappointed, the only negatives for me were the drive to and from and the location. But, thats obviously going to be different for everyone. I just dont like driving in Dallas lol. Expect to have a good time in a really nice venue.

  • Review 50 (2025-02-12 - Rating: 5)

Great venue. Been to multiple shows here in different rooms, always well-managed and (relatively for a music venue) clean.

  • Review 51 (2022-07-23 - Rating: 5)

Dirty Heads & Tribal Seeds rocked the house. Great venue, polite crowd, quick bartenders. Never waited in line at the bar or the bathroom. Quick turnaround between sets. Wasn’t even that hot. Great venue, will definitely be coming back.

  • Review 52 (2024-10-16 - Rating: 5)

I added a star because they have a great booker. But solely because or a Boss Lady Katelynn, she single handedly elevated the facilitys review rating to ☆☆☆☆☆Her and the staff and servers are attentive and responsive. Production quality is ALWAYS on point. This is a larger facility with high ceilings and lot of flooring real estate for a standing room crowd. As stated, the booker for shows here is probably the best in DFW for my entertainment dollar. This is one of the best performance venues in DFW by a good margin.

  • Review 53 (2024-11-30 - Rating: 5)

Had so much fun venue was so chill they let us in early so concert could go on time and even gave water through out the time to make sure everyone stayed safe and hydrated and cared for the safety of us and the group

  • Review 54 (2023-09-19 - Rating: 5)

Nice auditorium! The floor area was huge! Thank goodness I had a seat on the top, because that wasn’t it for me. Overall the vibe was nice and a great place for the Brent Faiyaz concert.

My husband and I took our kids (4&6) to see Still Woozy this weekend at The Factory. The venue was great! Ice cold air conditioning, clean bathrooms and well stocked bars. We weren’t inside for more than 10 mins when an employee named Kaitlynn approached us and told us she wanted to make sure the kids had the best time! She brought us over 6 VIP Suite bracelets and escorted us to a balcony directly over the stage! At a sold out show our kids got the best view without having to be on our shoulders. The best part was that Kaitlynn kept coming back to check on us and was just an absolutely lovely human being! The Factory is a great venue can’t wait to go back!

  • Review 58 (2022-09-25 - Rating: 5)

Went see The Mars Volta on Sept 23, 2022 and really enjoyed this venue. Got the fast pass which I wish was available at EVERY venue. It was worth every penny to just walk past all the people that have been waiting in line for hours. Time is money. The audio system was LOUD and clean. And the staff didnt stop anyone from vaping or smoking which is a first in my experience. Loved it and I hope I can go back in the future.

  • Review 59 (2022-09-23 - Rating: 5)

Saw the Mars Volta last night and had a great time. Theres public parking less then a block away under the overpass for $5! The venue was awesome, and organized. They carded us in line which I thought was efficient. Inside there were tons of bars so we never had to wait. The blue margarita was delicious, but I wish I could see prices before committing. Stepping inside was like walking into a refrigerator, I thought I would be cold but the amount of people evened it out. I was about 5 persons behind the stage barrier. I could see the security guard offering and passing out water which was a nice touch but I was a little too far away to benefit. I did eventually get overheated and dizzy and stepped out of the crowd. When I sat down on some steps for a minute a staff person and medic immediately checked on me 😳. I was fine and was embarrassed from the attention, but if I wasnt fine it was a good call for them to check. They got me a water from the bar. I appreciate all the attention to detail. If theres ever a band Im interested in I would love to come back!

  • Review 61 (2023-10-17 - Rating: 5)

We got the last row isle side balcony seats for the Fit for a King and the Devil Wears Prada show and I dont think I have ever been so comfortable at a show. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Seats were amazing. Even being all the way back we had an amazing view and the sound quality was top knotch. Literally only possible thing to complain about would be the stage lights in your eyes and that is something they have no control over so not really worth deducting any stars for.

  • Review 65 (2024-01-05 - Rating: 5)

The venue itself was cool. The artist did show up a little late. But nonetheless it was an awesome show. Bar prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Took my daughter to her first concert at The Factory last night. We originally purchased standing room only tickets. While there we met the amazing Kaitlyn (sp?) who works with The Factory. She gave us free upgraded VIP passes and we were able to enjoy the concert from the best “seats” in the house! Thank you Kaitlyn and The Factory for making my daughter’s first concert a night to remember!

  • Review 67 (2023-10-25 - Rating: 5)

Phenomenal music venue, no overlapping audio, powerful bass, overall great acoustics. Most shows have pit only seating, which makes for intense, but fun shows. Being in Deep Ellum there is plenty around to eat/drink. Honestly my favorite music venue in DFW. I am sad that they renamed it from “The Bomb Factory” though, it had so much more character.

  • Review 68 (2022-05-16 - Rating: 4)

I love coming to this venue for concerts and have worked as a lead makeup artist/ stylist for annual fashion shows for many years! We recently saw Steve Aoki last week and the show was a great time, comfortable, cool and the staff is always so kind and professional. The line for merch was quick as well. We saw New Order last night and it was a total different story! Everyone in our group commented how there were too many people and it seemed like it was packed beyond capacity. The line to get in was around the building and the rain didn’t help. Once inside, You could barely move to the point you could feel everyone’s body heat and the air was hot and “thick”!! I know that’s how GA is for concerts but this was on another level. I’ve never seen this venue this packed and uncomfortable. I didn’t even want to attempt to buy merch because the line was insane and not moving. My friend’s wife stood in line for over 25 min. New Order is an iconic band and probably their last tour so I think they oversold, at least that’s what it seemed like. We saw New Order at The Palladium Ballroom and it wasn’t this crazy, uncomfortable and claustrophobic.

Went for JBLZE so I may be biased by the amazing show, but this is such an awesome venue. plenty of bar options and bathroom well kept. Balcony had great view and staff was nice and helpful. They even had the game on the TVs so that you didnt miss it when at the show. 100% will keep looking for shows here.

Saw Goth Babe last night and it was so much fun! The line moved quickly and efficiently. Tia was the best and so helpful! It was nice to have seats on the balcony in suites and have our own bar and bathroom!! Definitely will go back to this venue

This is a good size venue to attend a concert. Been visiting this venue for several concerts over the years. The size is not too overwhelming. They do have full bar upstairs and downstairs but not much for food choices. Will continue to come back for more events in future.

Love this venue! Great prices for tix and easily accessible for my roommate that is in wheelchair.

  • Review 80 (2024-05-27 - Rating: 5)

This venue was perfect for this event! Plenty of seating, wasn’t ridiculously hot and smelling and crammed. The place easily well cleaned and nice big bathrooms. The food was t terrible either. Was a great first experience overall for my daughter’s 14th birthday present! Would definitely come back!

  • Review 81 (2023-05-27 - Rating: 5)

Really fun! Went to see the backseat lovers and even though the line was wrapped around multiple buildings staff got us through well. Great area for food before a concert.

  • Review 82 (2023-05-04 - Rating: 4)

Sticky floors, haha, but thats what makes this place great. With Deep Ellum live venue closures on the rise, I was glad to be back in the throng of fans for a great show. Bartenders were excellent, and security was chill but present.

  • Review 83 (2024-04-17 - Rating: 4)

Nice size venue. Prefer theater size shows vs stadium shows. I got there little late so there was virtually no line, assuming they did a speedy job of getting people in the door. The beer options were very limited but it was cool that they had a coffee stand and snack foods too. Didnt eat anything but nice to know there was something.

  • Review 84 (2024-05-04 - Rating: 5)

This place is great! Caitlin, Bailey, Austin and Zach were absolutely fantastic. I came here for a concert and they were so nice, they were very caring, and the venue was very clean and organized. Definitely much better than a lot of venues I have been to in other states and I will definitely come here again!!

Had a great time at the Black Pumas show but must admit it was kinda unsettling with all the people on the floor (general admission is standing room only). We were packed in there like sardines! Great acoustics but wish they allowed fewer people inside. It seems dangerous and although we were there well in advance of the shows beginning, I couldnt see anyone on stage because every 6-7 ft patron in the place was standing in front of me! (Im only 5 tall.) It was still a fun night...

  • Review 91 (2022-10-04 - Rating: 4)

Great show at a cool venue! The staff was professional and nice. The show was standing room only and they did have a disabled section set up. Unfortunately that section was to the side of the stage with a poor view. The disabled section was equall but not fair to those that were there.

  • Review 92 (2024-04-13 - Rating: 5)

Honestly the factory may be the best or at least one of the best music venues in dfw post-renovations. this place has insane production for lighting, set design, video and sound almost like festival level. bars are everywhere which is honestly so great. bathrooms are always well maintained and outdoor patio + upstairs view is just a cherry on top 🙌🏽

I was attending the Kublai Khan concert on 05/26/24. My friend was injured in the pit and we had to leave early after he was assessed by paramedics. As a result I completely forgot to close my tab and collect my card.I emailed staff and was contacted by Scott Lonski with The Factory. He said he had the card at the box office and I can pick it up any day when there is a show. Well, my schedule made that very difficult. I am a police officer and work night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM. Every day they were having a show for the next month I had either work during the show times or had an engagement. My friend had tried to go pick up the card for me and his car broke down. I was running out of options and was concerned I was just going to have to cancel it at that point.Scott offered to personally and securely mail me the card as an exception to their typical pickup rule, because of the repeated complicated schedule issues I was having on getting it picked up. It arrived and it is now In my wallet.Scott was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help a customer in need when he absolutely did not need to. He and I communicated via email back and forth through each change in plans and was courteous the entire way. While it was stressful for me because I needed a debit card for some upcoming events, he made sure it was taken care of and gave me peace of mind.Thank you Scott! Not only do y’all have some of the best concert experiences I’ve seen, but some of the best customer experiences as well. God bless and take care. I’ll see y’all again very soon.

  • Review 94 (2024-05-01 - Rating: 5)

Easy parking around the area and still a close walk. Once inside the venue is very wide and open which makes it easier to have a good spot before your band starts playing. Easy to get drinks or go to restroom. Great place

This wasn’t my first time at The Factory, but after our experience at Still Woozy, it’s a fact that it will not be our last! Me and my boyfriend have attended a few shows at this venue, another being Zeds Dead (Deadbeats Dallas) and had nothing less than an amazing experience! Most recently though, my boyfriend’s sister, her husband and their 2 kiddos came down for the Still Woozy show! It didn’t take us but 5 mins to walk into the venue and we were greeted by a staff member who’s goal was to make our experience even better. My (might as well be) sister in laws kids were by far the youngest in the crowd and to maximize their experience specifically, they upgraded all our tickets to a vip balcony suit with easily the best view in the house!! They checked up on us to make sure we were solid, and I honestly can’t thank y’all enough for the unforgettable experience!

I have been to this venue for quite a few concerts but last night was by far the best experience I have ever had. My friends and I went to see motionless in white and we had a kid with us. The manager and the rest of the staff were super sweet and kind. Even though they had a lot going on they would check in on us and to make sure my friends kid was doing okay. I just want to say thank you for the great experience and my friends kid had a blast at her first concert!

Been here a few times. The balcony seating is an amazing view of the stage and the crowd. Fast pass entry is worth it. The VIP area is great if you buy the VIP packages. Lines for entry can start forming by 10am some days. So definitely plan on either showing up early or standing in a long line.

So, I have been to this venue over many years and owners, and have never experienced the care I just received by them. I had an issue with with some tickets and it got handled perfectly! Bailey, who I am assuming is a manager, is by far their best asset. She was friendly, immediately understood my dilemma, and took care of it! She ROCKS!!

  • Review 104 (2021-11-23 - Rating: 5)

Extremely accommodating! The manager found a place for my pregnant wife to enjoy the show off her feet. Staff was wonderful, drink selection was great, venue was clean and plenty of bathrooms.

  • Review 105 (2023-10-07 - Rating: 5)

Pretty nice venue for a concert. Good acoustics and lights. The bar is very accessible from pretty much everywhere. The only real complaint that I have is that the LED lights that line the balconies are pretty bright and never turn off or anything and it does mess up some of the immersion with the lights and the band’s show.

  • Review 106 (2023-11-14 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 112 (2023-05-12 - Rating: 4)

Great venue! The sound is incredible and all the staff we interacted with were great, especially the security. Parking is available close and there are great dining options in the area. My only qualm is with the offering of fast passes to skip the line for those able & willing to pay extra. As a die hard fan who camped out a few hours to go for front row in the standing room, it was a little disheartening when fast pass holders showed up minutes before the show and were all let in before us and were able to secure better spots. I most definitely understand such an offering on the part of the venue, but perhaps admitting the fast pass and regular lines simultaneously would have seemed a little more of a happy medium. Will still most definitely be back here, we still had a wonderful time!

Our son is a non-verbal music-lover with autism and also suffers from mild cerebral palsy, so he uses a wheel chair. Navigating live shows can be extra tricky when you add-in all of the disability pieces of the puzzle.Twice this year (first time with Portugal. The Man) the Factory team member, Caitlin, has gone above & beyond to see that Odin has an epic & as comfortable as possible experience. We always have some anxiety leading up to the event bc so many things can go “wrong”—last night after we got our tix settled, the big door opened for Odin to be wheeled in and we started to tear up when we saw it was Caitlin again to help us!Thank you deeply for this experience. We will keep coming back bc your inclusion practices are top notch. Odin had a most excellent time. Thank you, The Factory, Caitlin & The Mars Volta xoxoThe Frost Family

This place is in a decent location. It’s in Deep Ellum but it is on Canton which makes the traffic and parking a bit easier to navigate. It’s a huge open space and the staff were all Rock Stars. I was at a themed party so they decorated well and the band was really good. I didn’t watch anything but I was happy with my drinks!

  • Review 126 (2023-03-02 - Rating: 4)

Pretty nice venue. Its a standing room pit with a balcony surrounding the pit. Bathrooms are well maintained and bar access is pretty decent. The sound of the venue is probably a 7/10. Not the best Ive heard, but could be a lot worse. There is very little character to the venue pretty much just a black box besides the stage design of the artist.

  • Review 127 (2024-07-23 - Rating: 5)

Realized I left my card at the bar after the Ken Carson show. Thanks to Scott and Tiyas quick communication, I was able to get it back without a hitch!!! Great service.

  • Review 128 (2023-03-11 - Rating: 4)

Nice venue for a small concert. I went to the Emotional Oranges concert and they provided everything needed for a great concert. I ordered Coke and they gave me a large cup of it, which usually places only give you a cup of it thats the size of a mixed drink. My only complaint would be that the floors were a bit sticky. That being said, the bathrooms were very clean so that was a positive.

I really loved this place as a venue for a concert. I didnt know what to expect when I saw Elle King; since this was my first time going. My friend and I had a great experience. There were two bars at the venue with friendly bartenders and anywhere you stood you can see the stage. I so prefer venues like the Factory over an arena!! Cant wait to see another concert there.

Great venue. The bar is fully stocked and the bartender was amazing. The sound system was amazing for small concerts. Can accommodate 2,000 folks. Gallery seating is well laid out to give a great view of the stage

  • Review 134 (2023-03-20 - Rating: 4)

It has a cool ambiance, but the seating areas are weird. We have been twice where 1st floor was GA and 2nd floor was seats. We were in GA for a sold-out concert, and it was not exactly fun. They oversold tickets, everyone was getting crushed just trying to get In all the ticket holders and the stage is so deep and high up that you couldnt see much. Worse was watching most of it through the phones of people in front of me🤦‍♀️ the concert started really late because so many tickets were sold they couldnt even get everyone in for the start time2nd time I went the concert wasnt sold out but fairly full, we had left balcony tickets fairly close to the stage and 100% if I go back to this venue that is where I will be again! Also the bar is really, really expensive. My hubs got 2 mix drinks and paid $54... I didnt even know til I saw the charge.Bathrooms were fairly clean and stocked. Most staff were very friendly and knowledgeable

  • Review 140 (2023-08-31 - Rating: 4)

Sound was great, drinks a little expensive. I thought it was odd bartenders held onto credit cards vs swiping and handing back and closing out at end of night. Added a little confusion to everyone getting the right card back. Took a second to find mine with all the cards, but all good. Everyone was friendly. Venue felt safe and I will say it again sound was great for JPEGMAFIA & Danny Brown. Thanks!

  • Review 141 (2023-03-13 - Rating: 5)

Responsibly ran venue— gave out water bottles to those who needed it after an audience member fainted. People without masks were turned away and were asked to get one from a convenience store nearby.

  • Review 144 (2022-10-11 - Rating: 5)

Decent drinks, good acoustics, they did their best to move people quickly into the venue but probably should have started earlier considering the length of the line! Concert started late as a result. (But thats not on venue, see below)Sightlines are not great, so expect to either try to crowd the front, move off to the side (and lose audio quality), or just not see if youre short.

Drove here from Houston go see Kesha. Parking was easy to find near the venue. The venue was great, staff had everything well organized. Was surprised how large the space was. Drinks are pricy but definitely worth it. Would definitely travel here to see another one of my favorite artists here again.

If you want to see a show in Deep Ellum, this is the place to go. I recently went to a concert here and felt completely safe. There was security outside, at the front and back of the building, and a nice parking garage next door. As for inside, the seating and acoustics were great. The bathrooms were nice too. I would definitely go to a show here again.

We had an incredible time thanks to Caitlin and Jessica. We went to see The Used and Senses Fail and neither disappointed. The venue is incredible. The staff was awesome. From the team checking tickets, security, and the bartenders. Everyone was friendly and that is obviously a reflection of their leadership. We will certainly be back. Thanks again Caitlin!

Ive only been here once on 9)24/23 but I had an amazing time. Of course that had a lot to do with the bands I saw there but as far as space and amenities that was great too. They had a coffee bar, several actual bars and even a food bar which was unexpected .

  • Review 150 (2023-10-04 - Rating: 4)

The venue was very spacious for the number of people there for Sleep Token and offered food, drink, and even coffee there. The lines felt somewhat disorganized though and clogged up some of the busiest areas there. Overall though, a good experience.

  • Review 151 (2023-08-13 - Rating: 5)

Solid venue to see a band. Small club venues like this will always be a favorite over the larger ones, because there really wasn’t a bad view. Easily accessible bar, clean restrooms, lots of staff, would go there again.

  • Review 153 (2023-03-18 - Rating: 4)

I love the venue, it is very clean and there is not a bad spit in the house. I love the groups Ive seen there, but it feels immensely unsafe. I didnt mind it when my friends and I went, but my girlfriend and I went for a date night concert and she was scared approaching the venue. Hiring police to patrol the area around the venue I think would go a long way in adding a measure of safety.

We brought our 10 year old to see his first show-Dance Gavin Dance tonight and we were standing in the back up top where he couldn’t see much. A lady who worked there came up to us and said she wanted him to see the show and let him stand next to the VIP section where he had a clear view of the show with no one in front of him. That was the highlight of his night! Thank you for doing something so small, that he will think about for so many years!

Husband and I went to see Streetlight Manifesto (Ska) here. Husbands first time and my first in over 20 years to this venue. Its a large open venue with a balcony area, so its pretty easy to see the stage from almost anywhere. The sound system was really good and the stage lighting wasnt blindingly bright. There was plenty of room for dancing and security didnt seem to hassle folks for surfing and moshing. The bathrooms are big enough to accommodate a large crowd. After the show, I only waited a few seconds for a stall to open up - no long lines!Besides VIP seating, there are benches around the venue for the lower classes to rest a bit.The smoking area is easy to access and was large enough that we nasty smokers werent packed in.Husband was slightly annoyed that they dont sell PBR or Lone Star beers.Beer and bottled water prices are on the higher end ($8 for a Coors light 16oz and $5 for Dasani water)They use metal detectors, but security isnt too much hassle (they didnt pat everyone down or dig through pockets/bags) even for a crowd of spiky chained punks.Since its Deep Ellum, of course the parking in the area is ridiculously priced, but thats become expected and no fault of the venue.

My work hosted a christmas party here. Its a nice spacious venue. The sound travels well to the second story from the stage. The speakeasy is a nice getaway from the noise. Theres a few bars positioned throughout the front and back rooms so youll always be refreshed. Overall, its a cool space.

Enjoyable time in an intimate setting. The space was very decorated if not a bit dark. The restroom was a little hard to locate if you are new to the space as I was. The entertainment had a fabulous performance. The parking was generous in the garage just behind the location. But filled up quickly as the night went on.

The venue itself is excellent. Great acoustics, great ventilation, and great staff. The area the venue is in, however, is disappointing. Parking is awful, traffic is awful, and they need to seriously invest in the area. If going to a show here, please just use an Uber and dont bother with parking. VIP parking was a 15-20 minute walk through Deep Ellum, such a rip off.

Large venue. Plenty of space and several bars. Large, clean restrooms with attendant. Wheel chair accessible. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back for more shows!

The concert I was here for got moved to The Studio. It was a much more intimate experience than I had anticipated, which ended up being a good thing. I love that The Factory books metal shows and appreciate going to see concerts here.

Wish there was more seating. Im old, and it would be nice to sit down. Drinks are crazy expensive, just like any other venue. Ridiculously high but bartenders are friendly.
