    Ive been living here close to 4yrs. Ive seen a lot of managers come and go. I would like to praise Seriana shes been an awesome manager and one of my favorites here. I was truly happy to see her come back to this property. Shes been nothing but awesome since I first met her.Tyvm Company for bringing her back to this property. I look forward to her being around here🙏🏾

    This company that has bought the apartment complex, seeing this is the fourth company that has bought the place since Ive lived here. They did their best to work on work orders , the staff worked with us hard working people and those who have lived here so long. Im going to miss you. It wasnt your fault you bought a place with so many problems . When the Oasis had this place I reported my carpet coming up and falling apart , thats because when the rail had it they never replaced the carpet and painted the bath tubs and sinks, never replaced the light fixtures or towel bars,just patched holes in doors and walls and just painted over. I have noticed things I didnt see when I moved in over 6 years ago. Ive noticed the paint bubbling along the top of the edges of the ceilings , Ive noticed how I have to keep cleaning the mold off my window seals, because before I moved in they were never fixed. The owners of the Dominik did try and fix the damage that was done before they took over. Now the apartment complex has been sold again to someone new. I guess the rent will go up again. So I will probably have to look for a new place for me and my daughter. I hope they dont charge me for all these problems this place has that I have addressed with the rail, Oasis, and Dominik. I can understand they cant replace the carpet while you lived here and I know they cant fix the paint issues in the bathroom and sink or the paint peeling on the ceiling while you live here. Ive seen the Dominik work on apartments before someone move in, they gave it the old college try.

    I never rented before and I can say this being my first time renting, its been pretty good. The managers always help me when I need help and the place that I am in is actually good. I didnt have no where to go and Mrs tesa help me get into a place. Honestly, I cant say there is an complaint about it. Me staying here has been good , especially since Im not on the streets anymore and there has been nothing wrong in my apartment. The only thing I had issues with was with my AC and few things but they kindly came in and fixed what I needed to be fixed .

    I have lived at The Dominik Apts for about 5 years, and I have to say that its been a great experience. For the value, its not bad, and the ladies in the office are so nice and helpful.Update Feb 2024, Im still living at The Dominik Apts, yes the staff in the leasing office has changed, but the staff are very nice, helpful...The property management company has changed from Capstone back to Key City, and I am glad for this change because when Key City was in charge before, they really tried to keep the property up, and they are working hard now to get it back to the level of where it was when they handed it off to Capstone. The office manager, the regional manager, and the office staff are nice, helpful , honest hard working people who have had a big job handed off to them.

    Sariana and Amber make a great team! I’ve had help from both of them during my move in process and they were both so kind and sweet! My apartment is great just as they assured me it would be! Angel the maintenance guy was so nice in assisting me when he saw me struggling to bring my bed upstairs. They have great apartments and a great team! Would recommend!!

    My mom and I moved into The Rail in July this year. We have had only 1 maintenance issue that was quickly resolved! The office & maintenance staffs are courteous and helpful. The Rail has new owners and is under new management, Keisha, the new manager is very friendly and puts the best interests of residents first and foremost. We love living here and love the tropical atmosphere.

    I am so happy and pleased from my very first visit to The Rail apartments. The ladies in the office are so great and honestly they made my decision to live here that more easy. I absolutely love living here as the apartment is perfect for me, its so cute and friendly here and my dog enjoys being able to run around in their dog park. I couldnt ask for more. It has a little bit of everything here I know I made the right decision to make The Rail my place called home. Thank you all to the staff and giving me peace of mind. I am definitely happy living here.

    This is the best office staff i have ever delt with. Sariana and Amber have gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed. The maintenance crew was so kind and really know what they are doing. My apartment is spacious and a good price!! The pool is nice.

    Sierra the property manager has been working her hardest to make the Dominik a suitable living environment the past month she’s been here with Adriana on her side the leasing agent to make this a better and easy living .10/10!!!’

    I moved into The Rail Apartments in August of 2015 because I had heard talk of where this apartment complex was heading. I will be honest and address the concern of most of the negative things people say about the complex. Theres been a lot of changes with management and staffing and that can be hard on any tenants experience, but I can say that I feel like the right people are in the positions now and that The Rail is on a fast track to a high success rate. Theres going to be issues with apartment living most places you go, and with the building being an older building thats just understandable. You make have a couple issues along your stay, but they will get in a work order and have it fixed ASAP. The staff, (owner; leasing agents; management; and even maintenance) are very personable and friendly and accept opinion and open communication. The pool area is very nice whether you want to have a drink and lay out with some friends, or BBQ on their nice gas grill with family for an event. The atmosphere fits both. I am renewing my contact to stay here for another year because my experience has been great. I couldnt ask for a better situation. Knowing I have piece of mind and faith in the staff helps me feel safe. The have everything to accommodate your needs and I would recommend them to anyone! Understand that the complex is changing even as we speak to better themselves and the complex itself. Dont allow one bad comment to de-RAIL you lol. Come by and see them today!!!!

    The ladies in the office are wonderful. Lillie, Araceli, and Sariana are always nice, friendly and eager to help. In fact all of the employees are like that. We have been here for almost 5 years and dont want to go anywhere else.

    Im so happy with the New management. I have Been Here For years and they are the best team yet. My work orders are done on time and the ladies in the office are so sweet! The complex is starting to look really beautiful!! I resigned my lease thanks to the New team!!

    Much better than my previous apartments (Country Place). My wife and I love where we live and would recommend it to others.However, the internet included with the rent is only good enough for streaming YouTube, music and browsing but not fast enough for video chat or Netflix. At night, its slow enough that we lose connection altogether. The speed is slow enough that necessary tasks for school and work require using hot spot/tethering, which is not only too slow as, but also metered and costs more for going over our data limit.Secondly, were paying extra for the updated layout, which includes new appliances that still havent been installed. While I understand that its probably due to COVID related hold ups in the supply chain, the fact of the matter is that we havent gotten what weve paid for since we moved in 3 weeks ago. Additionally, our dishwasher rack is rusted and half of our stove tops work so only 1.5 of 3 basic appliances can be used.UPDATE: New appliances were eventually installed.Overall though, the Dominik is a great complex. Its staffed by fantastic, friendly and fun staff that we thoroughly enjoy and were happy to change this to 5 stars, like the Dominik truly deserves, once these are resolved! No hard feelings!

    Sariana in the office is amazing! Shes so sweet, helpful, and very professional! Its always such a joy to see her and talk! Ryan, the maintenance man, goes above and beyond to get things done! Very efficient and such a nice guy! Big thanks to them for everything they have done done I have moved in!

    I have been here 3 months and as far as I can tell, this new management company is really turning things around at the complex. The new maintenance team has been prompt with any issues that I have had come up. The management in the office has always been extremely pleasant and nice to work with as well. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially for the low prices they offer!!

    Good for the price. Moved into a newly renovated apartments with hardwood flooring and havent had any issues with bugs or anything. The place is spacious with free TV, water, trash and internet which is surprisingly fast ! (Ive had previous bad experiences with apartment provided internet. )

    Sierra was not only helpful,.She was,Highly Instrumental in the assistance of interpreting /verifying many of my Theories/ hypothesis For a book that I’ve been writing (before Donald kills us all) by incorporated those Ideas when applicable to her own which helped me compare/contrast all those similar in nature while growing up in NYC.She also provided clarification of my ideas by offering another “mental route” when discussing proverbs regarding empathy while growing up in the BRONKS NEW YORK validating These theories and hypothesis. in American culture by lending her view on world events she saved only didshe help clear up a matter regarding “my future” while living here while procuring my next best friend “

    I lived at the rail for a year, dealt soully with Trever he was amazing. The head maintance man Allen worked day and night to help with anything I needed. I recommend the rail apts to all my friends. They even do cook outs with you in the front yard. Great people there at the rail.
