I live in the mercantile, so I cannot say much about the actual management here. But amenity wise, the Continental is really nice. Upon walking into the building, it smells like a spa. They have a really nice indoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. They also have a workout room that is never too crowded. The decor is nice and relaxing, and its overall a very clean. A very unique apartment building.

Long overdue review, but Shawn and Carolyn are absolutely incredible! They are so kind, responsive, and attentive. Definitely the best property management experience that I have ever encountered. I moved in back in 2021 and when I tell you this team did everything I can imagine from check in with me throughout the move-in process, making sure that all necessities need was done for my liking . I dont know how she manages to balance everything, but she does, and she does it flawlessly! We hope Carolyn never leaves this property cuz I may have to leave if she does . Shawn and Carolyn Thank you for everything!

I have mixed feelings about staying at the Continental. I have been here for about four years and have seen the multiple changes in ownership and management. While certain changes left more to be desired, there are staff members who work tirelessly to make sure that your comfort and satisfaction are priority. My continued residence has been greatly influenced by Carolyn. She has made sure throughout my leases that I have had my concerns taken care of. Anything as small as packages being delivered or reaching out to maintenance to bigger things like cleanliness of the general areas or guests misusing the amenities, I know that if I bring it up to her, she will make sure it is handled in a timely fashion. Ive spoken with a few other residents who agree that she is extremely caring and prides herself on going above and beyond to keep the property at a high standard. Carolyn is the reason the Continetal gets five stars.

I postponed this review for a month to make sure it would be as accurate as possible due to repair timelines within the property.Since Shaun Ross took over his AGM position at The Continental, he and Carolyn Dang have made drastic improvements in the Management to Resident relationships. This building along with The Wilson had been neglected due to Management being short-staffed post-Covid (circa 2020).With the previous reduction/transition in staff, the amenities have not been up to par as they previously were. at their best in 2018 when I first moved here.It seems Shaun, Carolyn, and the Maintenance team are doing their best, but it seems that the attention(funds) these properties need will have to come from Corporate as there will need to be funds allocated to making necessary repairs and upgrades to get amenities working 100% as they were Pre-Covid.Shaun Ross goes above and beyond to contact contractors when we have issues with elevators being down and gates malfunctioning. With his attention to detail, the gates and elevators are normally up within a day throughout the week and at a maximum of 3 days.Carolyn Dang and Shaun Ross have been some of the hardest-working individuals Ive seen with Brookfield as they make sure all resident issues are remedied immediately. I have stopped in from time to time either on my way in or out and they are always working to make this community as best it can be.In my honest opinion, without them, this property would sink faster than The Titanic.Maintenance has been decent, but its short-staffed.I wish we could get more of a presence from our GM as we would love to see bi-monthly meetings with her and get back to resident events hosted by Management to continue to build the relationship with residents of all properties as it were before Camille Hernal left.Before our new GM Staci, small issues I brought to Misty Millers attention would be handled with retaliation and condescending tones but I feel the new team strives for perfection as much as possible.Overall, Im satisfied with the properties, but I wish we could get the ball rolling on getting small issues fixed with their contractors.The team of Carolyn and Shaun are absolute Gems that Brookfield should cherish!

I been on the hunt for a new place and wanted to check out downtown Dallas so I stopped by The Continental building. The office was packed but Carolyn Dang still helped me out and made sure I didn’t get lost in the crowd. I was a little disappointed when I found out that the leasing office was really in the building next door but Carolyn was very helpful in explaining things and easy to talk. She still wanted to make sure I was taken care of since I didn’t know much about the area

We have lived here for over a year now. No major complaints. We had issues with packages a while ago but they installed an amazon hub and we have not had any issues since. The apartments themselves are very nice and comfortable. We have had two maintenance issues, both of which were fixed quickly.Some of the parking spots are VERY small which is annoying but never really that inconvenient as the parking garage doesn’t seem to be full, so there are other spots.One elevator is constantly broken down, so there are only two elevators. One of which can be reserved for move ins and move outs, so when that’s in use there is only one elevator for the rest of the residents. So it can be annoying to wait several minutes for an elevator, but in the grand scheme of things not a huge deal (to me anyway).All of the neighbors I’ve met have been friendly. There are a lot of dogs here but they all seem friendly as well and I’ve never seen one off leash so people are mindful of their pets.We would definitely live here again. Only really minor annoyances to report and no major issues.

I love the staff at The Continental!!! I have been a resident here for 3 years and Shaun and Carolyn have been the absolute best!! They get the job done, if it is within their scope and capability. I wouldnt change the staff at all. Also, Annette with the maintenance crew, goes way and beyond her job duties and pays close attention to detail.

I have been a resident of The Continental for almost two years. I love it here!! The building is quiet. The management team does whatever they can to help, and they are very kind, courteous, and friendly. The residents are friendly as well. The amenities are amazing. My favorite place outside of my unit, is the rooftop. Its so beautiful and peaceful. The maintenance team works hard & in a timely manner If, to make sure that work orders are completed. If you are looking for a place to call home without the chaos, I highly recommend The Continental !!

I absolutely LOVE living at the Continental! It’s so convenient to my job, nice restaurants, and fun places to visit. The staff is friendly. My apartment is spacious and has an amazing kitchen. The rooftop view is to die for and having access to the other 3 close properties/amenities is awesome. They plan fun events for residents like paint night and yoga classes. State of the art gym equipment, sauna, and steam room. I would absolutely recommend that anyone live here.

We went on a tour of every apartment in Dallas, but came up empty handed. After getting an appointment to tour the Wilson we immediately signed a lease and moved in. The staff is friendly, Quenton is the agent we used. He literally showed us every apartment with the floor plan we loved on every floor. He allowed us to come measure for new furniture. He has been great getting us settled in. Living here the building is clean always (our cleaning team is second to none & amazing people) and the common areas are always great for socializing. Im looking forward to a long time here.

Ive lived at this property since 2018 and have seen numerous positive changes including the addition of Staci Hasman our new GM. Since her joining Brookfield in the last few months,the properties have been cleaner and amenities are getting back to working order as the were pre-Covid. The addition of Shaun Ross,Carolyn Dang and the new Maintenance Team is what these properties needed this whole time. I cant be any happier with this new team as theyve went above and beyond to make sure the needs of every resident has been met. The new Management and Maintenance staff should be proud of how they were able to turn these properties around in such a short amount of time!

These reviews are ridiculous!!!! Ive lived here since September and I love it!!! There was a company pool party yesterday that was freakin awesome!! Complimentary drinks food. Casino games and we were welcomed to bring guests!!! What?!! Are you kidding me!! Managers a nice, maintenance crew is even nicer.. Love it here! I dont plan on leaving until Im ready to purchase a condo!!!

Best place to live! I greatly appreciate our fabulous manager Ms. Shatoya Moore and our Residence Coordinator Ms. Aundria Hicks and our! These exceptional ladies work hard to present the residents with the most delightful events from yoga to romantic dinners to painting with a twist! Casino holiday party was a very fun evening! Thank you for all your efforts to make Mercantile Place the best place to live! Im here to stay!

I have to leave cause of a job opportunity otherwise would have never left this place. I am going to come back again. I have never in my life lived in a place better than Merc. The staff is super friendly, the place is squeaky clean, the service requests are personally attended to. Most importantly the cleanliness of the unit is just to die for. I am going to miss living here so much :(..i have to come back..

Ive lived here several months and have positive things to say (its worth noting that management is new as of 2017). Unfortunately, I got to know management better during an incident in which a pretty significant water leak occurred in my unit. I can say they did everything in their power to rectify the situation and make it right. These things happen and managements response to these events indicate the kind of company they are. Would definitely recommend.

I moved into The Wilson building last June. Best place ive ever lived. Old rustic but cery nice refurbished apartments. You have access to all the amenities to not only The Wilson but three other complexes as well. The Mercantilea pool is most likely the best in all downtown. I have roof top views, lounges and grilling stations from all four locations.The entire staff from the GM down to cleaning crew are overly friendly and willimg to accomadate any request and be helpful with making sure any queations you have are answered. Any service request are answered within 24 hours.Alfredo, thw front desk manager at the Merc makes sure he knows your name and give you almost immediate attention anytime you approach the desk.Again, best apartments with overboard amenities and service in all of downtown or the metroplex for that matter.

I really enjoy living here at the Continental . Maintenance responds in a timely manor, the office people are really nice especially Mario he really do cares about the residence here super nice and trys to help you when needed. Mario is always smiling you never see him in a bad mood or act like you bothering him to much. Overall Mr. Mario is one of the best im glad that i moved here.

We are the happy residents of The Merc. It was a difficult decision for us to move to busy downtown dallas but thanks to our leasing manager Quenton who made the transition much easy and smooth by making sure that all our needs are met. The apartments are spacious and well designed. Once you enter the building complex you would find yourself in world of luxury with state of art pool, fitness centre and modern lounges. The fun events organized by Aundria & her team is a great way to bond with folks of similiar interest. A special shoutout to the Paint night and yoga day! Made a good decision to be here, would be signing the lease renewal soon.

I am living in The Merc since August. We almost had a cross country move from delaware to texas. The leasing manager Arnett Quenton not only showed us the selected apartment virtually but patiently helped us in every step of the process. He made this difficult transition easy n seamless. Since the day we have entered our apartment, I cant stop raving about the perks of being in this community- stringent security systems, state of art lounges, fitness centre, pool and jaccuzi; it is truely one stop shop. The mercantile daily digest and the regular events at building makes this place a delight to live in. Glad to call this place my HOME!

I love my new place here, Im so glad I chose to live here over the other places i viewed, I think we have the best amenities the spa is a big plus and they keep everything clean thanks cleaning crew👍👍 Alfredo is a great person whos always very helpful. Brionna is amazing is amazing and also very helpful her smile will brighten up your day🌞. Everyones very friendly and nice. If you are looking for a nice place to live downtown this is the place. This is a great apartment to live in theres literally nothing wrong security is nice polite and respectful along with every other staff member and everything is exactly what I paid for theres complimentary saunas hot tubs and movie theater rooms, these people who have given bad reviews are either just super bitchy millionaires or just retarded and left their door open for someone to rob them or something Ive been here 6 months and Im very happy with everything so far.
