I recently moved to The Case Building two weeks ago, today!! There are so many great things about living at this complex. I almost do not know where to begin, so I will start with Alyssa since she is the reason I am here. She made my move in process so quick and seamless. She is still very helpful and nothing short of amazing. Not only Alyssa, but all the staff here at the Case Building, from the cleaning staff, to the security, to the residents. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is ready to assist whenever needed. I really feel that the residents needs are top priority for the staff because they are extremely hardworking. The office is open daily which is so convenient. The cleaning staff are always cleaning up behind all residents, furry friends included! I wouldn’t be surprised if they vacuumed and mopped multiple times a day. Even outside the complex you will find cleaners power washing the entrances and picking up behind the pups at the park!! It amazes me how much detail they put into keeping the community clean, which seems to be a never ending task with downtown living. The security here is no exception. They put the safety of the residents first. You will find security posted up in the garage (even with the double gated entry for our cars’ protection)!! You will find security at the leasing desk once the office closes for the day. Officer Johnson was even kind enough to try and help me navigate the concierge locker after office hours. I had a package delivered but I had not gotten around to setting up my locker yet, so turns out my package had been sitting outside the lockers for a few days, and the residents left it untouched!! This is when I realized how trustworthy our community is. At my last apartment, my package could have been taken within the hour it was delivered. But the people here are very kind and supportive. They constantly help me navigate all the wonderful amenities here. Living with these types of people feels like a luxury within itself. And as if they were not enough, The Case Building offers many incomparable amenities. Some of my favorites are: the huge dog park with ample terrain and activities, dog grooming station conveniently placed on the side entrance for those extra muddy days, the starbucks coffee bar which I use all the time, the free and QUALITY food/monthly events the owners so generously provide, the conveniently safe delivery systems, the aesthetic mood lighting, music, and art in the halls, and many many more. It has been a such a blessing to live here, anyone will agree. Anytime I have visitors they are always impressed and inquire about moving here themselves! I have never lived in a place like The Case Building. The aura here is so authentic and safe. I would not dream of calling any other place home. This place is an answered prayer. Thank you, God and thank you to everyone here!! I hope everyone gets to experience the same Joy I feel living here!!

I had the pleasure of moving into the Case Building in Dallas in August and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that everything went smoothly. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The facilities are excellent - everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are fantastic, providing a great balance of comfort and convenience. The move-in process was seamless. The staff made sure that I had everything ready ahead of time, and on the day of the move, everything was organized and efficient. It truly felt like a stress-free transition into my new home. Overall, I highly recommend the Case Building for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live in Dallas.

I love Case! I have lived here since July 2021 in two different units and have had very few problems here. Staff is all wonderful and friendly, maintenance gets your requests done super quick, the dog park is wonderfully sized, the views are great, it is a quiet community and the apartments are very nice. I’ve always felt safe in the building with someone on site 24 hours a day! You get what you pay for here! The gym and pool are a bit small compared to most apartments but regardless they are nice.

Personally, I’ve loved living here. The city lights on the 17th floor are simply mesmerizing. The walls are nice & thick, providing a serene sense of privacy & seclusion.Upon receiving news that I got accepted into a private University in Raleigh, NC, I was both excited & mortified. I read many reviews of people feeling like they had been treated poorly/unfairly.Regardless I hoped for the best. After all the only direction to take in a tough situation is through. What I didn’t know, was that the old property manager quit, being replaced by Cristal.I found Cristal to be quite reasonable, agreeable & even empathetic with my situation. The move out inspection was quick & easy without incident. I believe that with Cristal’s leadership, The Case Building’s management has bright days ahead of it.

I waited a little before writing this review to see how consistent the quality of this place is. 7 months into our lease and the quality has not dropped. My bf and I absolutely agree that this is the best place we’ve ever lived at. The amenities are only a plus. The way they treat residents is truly where The Case Building shines.The leasing team is attentive, friendly, and always answer the phone. Special thanks to Alyssa for the communication and follow ups. ☺️ Someone is always in the front, whether it’s concierge, leasing team, or security.The maintenance staff goes above and beyond. Most of our work orders are completed the same day or within 2 days. We greatly appreciate them!I look forward to the calendar posted on the elevator that announces the multiple resident events for the month. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and if you can’t make it, there’s always the residents bar! 😉Every morning, the floors are mopped and elevators cleaned. The cleanliness throughout the building is well maintained at all times of the day. The dog park needs improvement, it’s full of dog waste every time I’ve tried to use it. I understand that this is a resident issue, people just need to pick up after their own dogs. Truthfully, it gets rowdy on weekends but by 2am it’s quiet. We can barely hear it if our doors and windows are closed. It’s not something that’s ever been an issue for us especially because of the prime location. Deep Ellum has a little bit of everything for any taste.The Case BLDG is not only a wonderful/stylish place to live, it’s a community, residents are friendly and know each other. We love it here and we hope it stays consistent. 🥰🌇🤗

Living at The Case Building has been nothing short of outstanding. From the modern interiors to the community feel, everything has exceeded our expectations. The apartment amenities are top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier with the design and layout of our home.Our experience has been smooth all around—no issues with management, no bugs, and no noisy neighbors, all things I was cautious about before moving in. In fact, I had pretty high expectations going in, and they’ve definitely been surpassed. The building itself is solid, with concrete construction that offers great soundproofing, which is a huge plus. Having been on the other side of a poor apartment experience, the case building has been a massive quality of life improvement and cannot be understated how enjoyable the experience has been.Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to live, and we’re really happy with our decision to call The Case Building home.

My now wife had lived here since 2018. I moved to Dallas in 2021 & decided to stay here because I fell in love with the place. The staff has always been courteous. The maintenance crew is fantastic. We report a defect or problem by email and the next day, it has always been the next day, the crew is knocking on our door smiling & ready to fix whatever needs fixing. A state of the art gym where you can get a complete workout 24hrs a day!! There is a mail package concierge & your notified when you have a package. Did I mention that there is self-serve multiple flavor free coffee machine that can be accessed 24 hours a day? We are located across the street from the best BBQ spot in Dallas IMHO & many other eat spots including a couple of vegan spots if that is your twist. And If you want to get your laugh on there is a comedy club directly across the street!! Best of all for the most part... people mind their own business here but are approachable as well!! Free 7-story parking garage but if you want your own private parking space that is available too!! We are on floor 11 & our view is fabulous. We might or might not be moving on to buy a house this year... if not we will enjoy another year here in The Case Bldg in Deep Ellum!!As far as the rental prices are concerned... you get what you pay for!!!Oh yeah... I almost forgot the pool with two public bbq grills!!!

The Case Building is amazing! The staff is wonderful! Caroline is a rock star. She made the leasing process painless and answered my countless questions as I navigated the apartment leasing process for the first time in over 20 years. Management better do whatever they need to in order to keep her on staff. Maintenance is extremely prompt. As an example, I submitted a ticket for a low battery in my door lock as I was walking out for a 30min errand and the work order was complete before I got back. The building is solid as a rock with concrete ceilings, well insulated walls, etc. I rarely if ever hear my neighbors or those above/below my unit. And that view!!! If you can score a unit on the west side facing downtown youll have one of, if not the best downtown skyline views in the city. The finishes are top notch, closets are massive and are equipped with the Elfa closet system if you want to modify/add to the base configuration, and the building amenities and events are great. Yes, there is outside noise at times....comes with living in an urban environment. Youd have the same in Uptown or Victory Park. The building is 300yds from a level 1 trauma center and Deep Ellum can get rowdy at times on the weekend, so if youre sensitive to noise, go get a place in the burbs. While Ive only been here 3 months, I see no reason not to 1000% recommend The Case. One of the best values in the city for high rise urban living and all the amenities that come with that lifestyle.

The touring process was great from start to finish! We first met with Alyssa back in July and she was just so involved in our search for an apartment, as well as also constantly following up and informing us of different options! We kept pushing back our desired move-in date, which made the process a lot longer (our fault). Otherwise, we would’ve been happy to fill an application right then and there!After a few months of back and forth, to officially deciding our move-in date, we wanted to go back to the Case once more to solidify our decision and we came across James! James was just as capable, knowledgeable and we highly recommend him! He reminded us again why we were so excited to potentially move there in the first place.A few days later, we officially applied! Alyssa made the application and approval process very easy, convenient and was very informative when it came to answering any questions we may have had.We appreciate you guys so much and we cannot wait to officially move in! 😁🏡✨

14 months in and we just renewed our lease for another 12 months. Needless to say, we love it here. Weve lived in Dallas for the past 4 years (Farmers Market area, Victory Park) and this is the best spot yet. Shout out to our leasing agent Caroline. Im not sure if shes still here, but she has been very helpful ever since we moved in. Great attitude and quick to help. They take the parking garage security seriously. They implemented barrier gates and security personnel. So far, our cars havent had break-ins which is almost unavoidable living in downtown. They host a lot of great community events each month (free watermelon day, breakfast, cookies day, etc.) All elevators are always working. Other residents are always nice enough to ask which floor to scan you up the elevators as well. We love our apartments design. You get that loft aesthetic but modern enough so it doesnt look rustic and with plenty of storage.

Living at the Case has been a great experience so far. The maintenance staff are great, Oliver has been especially helpful. The building is constantly being cleaned daily, which is great considering the amount of pets that live in the building. The gym is nice and new, which is a plus! There are a dozen restaurants/bars in a short walking distance, which was a nice surprise. The only issue I would say is that the front desk staff could be friendlier, however, Bianca was helpful in explaining the application process during my transition here.

Ive been at the Case for a few months now and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to move into a more lively area. The community itself is surprisingly quiet and very well maintained. The hallways are clean, maintenance is speedy with fixes, and I rarely, if ever hear anything from my neighbors when I am in my apartment.The interior of the apartments are very well thought out. Every time I bring a friend into my apartment for the first time they go crazy with complements about the finishes and overall vibe of the apartment. Everything from the backsplashes, to the accent lighting on the ceiling blend together perfectly. Two of my favorite apartment amenities are the automatic light sensors in the closet (never knew how much I needed this until I had it haha) and the speakers that are built into the living room ceiling.In my opinion the area isnt too loud, but this will definitely be a matter of personal preference, so Id definitely suggest familiarizing yourself with Deep Ellum before making a final decision. It can get very busy at night (though not necessarily loud because of where the building is located), but during the week its honestly pretty quiet and empty. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars.Regarding the staff, I havent had much opportunity to interact with a lot of the members of the team, but Ive worked mostly with Gisela, and she has been as efficient as they come. I havent had to wait more than a day to get a question answered or have an issue resolved. Im definitely one of those people who will call the front office about any and every question/potential issue I have, but she has been nothing but professional as my primary point of contact. She definitely has an if you cant figure it out, Ill handle it for you personally personality, which is a pleasant change from the youre on your own vibe that a lot of people often give residents at some other complexes. I know some people think you shouldnt praise someone for doing whats in their job description, but when someone is batting 100% in getting issues resolved then I think thats well worth mentioning.Naomi has also been top notch. She will greet you with a warm smile and is always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything that comes up. Before moving in I called her what had to be times in an hour (Im def the guy who always think of an extra question after hanging up the phone), and she never missed a beat in resolving any questions I had. A large part of the job for the staff is to make residents feel comfortable and at home, and she definitely embodies what it means to do just that.I hate to be that person who just leaves a good review and puts no cons, but Ive honestly been impressed with how much I like my space here, especially since its easy to feel boxed in working remotely.

Living at the Case has been a great experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, maintenance is always on top of work orders, and the building is constantly being cleaned. The gym is rarely busy which is a plus! Their monthly events are also a nice treat. Highly suggest if you need to be close to downtown for school/work.

I love living in the Case Building. The staff is so kind and helpful, and they are always having different events at the building so you can meet other residents. Maintenance is always super quick and knowledgeable as well. There are amazing amenities that are well kept and easy to access. I love how close it is to so many amazing restaurants, stores, and bars. It is also an extremely safe building with 24/7 security. The apartment has updated finishes, nice appliances, and a balcony. I would definitely recommend this building!

I moved into the Case Building in late November 2021, and I just renewed my lease because i love it here. The best part of the Case is the Staff, the Front desk peeps are the best, HUGE shoutout to Naomi and Gisela, they have both been very helpful and curtious on multiple occansions, always fast to respond. Case staff is constantly staying active in community and improving every month IMO. The gym is pretty nice, 2 stories, not too busy, mailing system is easy as well. The crowd here is pleasent, pet friendly. but most of all, THESE VIEWSS!!!

I live at The Case Building in Deep Ellum, and I couldn’t be happier. The neighborhood is awesome, with tons of things to do and great places to eat—all just a short walk away. Everything and everyone I love is close by, which makes it the perfect spot. If you dont want to leave The Case has its very own bar for guests and residents where they frequently host happy hour!The building itself is gorgeous, and the staff here have been amazing since I moved in. From the front desk to maintenance to security, everyone is on top of their game, making sure we’re taken care of, safe, and that the building stays clean. The office staff also goes all out, planning fun events like pool parties, giving away delicious food (the good stuff, not the cheap kind), and even offering cool prizes.I actually found The Case Building by chance. After a bad experience with another place, I was feeling pretty down about moving. But while leaving a nearby Tom Thumb, I looked up and saw The Case Building. A quick check of their website and Instagram had me sold. Within less than five days, I toured a studio unit and moved in—it was the easiest move-in process I’ve ever had.I absolutely love my cozy studio. It’s got a modern vibe with cool exposed brick walls that make it a beautiful sight every time I walk in. Plus, the built-in Sonos speaker is a nice touch—turning every day into a mini-concert. And the view of Fair Park from my patio is so calming. The neighbors are super friendly, and it feels like one big family. As someone who’s not originally from Texas, this is the first place that has truly felt like home, and I’m thankful every time I walk into my unit.Why should you move here? This is by far the best building I have ever lived in especially night and day from other buildings in Dallas. The staff and management continue to exceed expectations and keeping residence. Safe in the building nice and clean which makes for a great environment. I love living here the only building That I’ve enjoyed living in aside from the building I lived in well residing in Manhattan . The front desk security is very similar in their procedures to that of New York City, which is essential for safety. For that, I am grateful. If You are on the fence about choosing this apartment here is your deciding factor just do it!

I have lived here for a little under a year but my girlfriend has been living here closer to 3 years and it has been such a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely nice and maintenance is prompt with fixing any issues with our apartment. It is walking distance to a lot of venues and central to everything in Dallas which is nice. The community is also amazing and really take an effort to get to know their neighbors.

It took me some time to arrive here; Im always intentional with feedback. My time here at The Case Building has been exceptional. There simply is no other property like it and occupancy rate is a reflection of that. Its conveniently located to social life, cuisine, and entertainment venues. The management staff. The environmental technicians and maintenance team. All have earned my respect for making me feel appreciated and welcomed here. Theyve worked to continuously address any concerns with access, safety, and community activities. As long as Westdale continues to set and exceed the standard in luxury apartment living, The Case Building community will continue to thrive.

Caroline is simply one of the best leasing agents in the area! She’s super friendly, very thorough, responsive and timely. All that said, this was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable leasing experiences I’ve had thus far.I’ve lived in The Case Building for less than a month, but so far the experience has been great. All of the residents and office staff are friendly, the amenities great, and the apartments beautiful.

I’ve been living at Case Bldg for a couple months and love it so far! The units, including appliances, finishes and views of downtown are top notch. I love the gym and pool and my dog loves the park and treats they have at the front desk. The location is great, as there is always fun to do or see nearby. The staff is always putting on different events at the building, like yoga, paint and sip, pie nights and happy hour! The building is secure and food drop off and packages are too. I very recently moved here from the north east. So I can only review my application experience and initial thoughts. This was my first apartment out of college and the process was seamless. The leasing agent was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Love the amenities.Update:after one month here, my last rating holds true.the building is regularly cleaned, there are plenty of community focused events, and the amenities are great.Can’t beat that view either.

The building is amazing- built well with concrete between the floors, ceiling lighting, sonos speakers in every unit, awesome gym, spacious parking garage with cameras. You really feel like you live at an exclusive resort. Not to forget the free coffee machine with so many different flavors. Caroline has been the MVP for this whole leasing process- communicative, funny, responsive, and quick! She is definitely an awesome person and someone you would want on your team! After 3 months of living here it has been amazing!

I moved in here about 3ish years ago and when at first the staff was interesting but then they absolutely popped off with a team that is so so so amazing. Caroline, Bianca, Jason, Cristal. They are soooo kind, fair, work their butts off and always wanted to do what was best for me or whoever living. The only reason I am leaving is because I am getting married and moving to the burbs, nonethless if you are thinking about a place to stay I highly recommend living here. It feels safe, beautiful, and lots of coffee shops and lil spots around town. 10/10 recommend. ALSO I have to say, their cleaning team are the sweetest people Ive ever met, and now that I say that, their maintenance team was always so so amazing too. Thank you Case Building Team :) will miss you!

I have never been so impressed with an apartment building before. The ascetics of the building is what originally drew me into wanting to take a tour. I love the fact that the building is upscale yet approachable at the same time. The art in the common areas is striking and impressive. The building management takes the time to organize fun events each throughout each month and it creates an opportune environment to make new friends in the building especially if you are new to Dallas. As for the actual apartments, they are spacious with plenty of storage, and luxurious. Subtle details such as the different wall textures throughout the unit and an artistic back splash in the kitchen and living room area give the units character and charm. I also love that every single unit has a balcony so that I can relax outside with out leaving my home and take in the view of the neighborhood. Whenever I have an issue maintenance has always been extremely responsive and resolved my issue in 24 hours. The building staff is always friendly, helpful and makes me happy that I chose The Case Building for my home here in Dallas.

In a part of Dallas that turns from foodie paradise in the day to Gotham City at night, The Case Building is a diamond in the rough. There is no other building in Deep Ellum that so easily helps you forget where you are.The urban looks of graffiti on the exterior and edgy artwork inside are fun, but disguise a very upscale and safe environment.Management is incredible. They really value you as a resident and are very friendly. Maintenance requests are fulfilled faster here than anywhere else I’ve been. The building is very clean and the cleaners are always hard at work.The security is very good. Key fob entry’s and double gated resident garages. Night security, and even police officers monitoring the garages.The amenities are excellent. A great pool area with grills, fire pits, and lounging areas. A bar inside with a pool table, office spaces, a well equipped gym that is typically not busy. In building dry cleaning services, and I’m sure I’m forgetting more.The rooms are great, the building is mostly concrete so it not only has a stylish modern look, it makes it nearly impossible to hear your neighbors. Walls are not paper thin and noise is well contained and has never been a concern (although you’ll live right by an ER and a Police station and you can’t quite silence that, you get used to it though).We didn’t have any pets, but the dogs are super friendly and it’s fun to see them on your elevator rides. Owners respect the shared spaces and clean up after their pets which has been a problem at other places but not here.Prices are super good probably due to location, but again this building is very safe and it’s actually super fun and convenient to live here. You’re close to everything!I highly recommend the Case Building.

Overall, the Case Building has been a solid place to live. Yes, like any Dallas apartment it comes with its warts (e.g., an annoying neighbor here and there, intermittent elevator issues, plenty of noise outside due to location in Deep Ellum)...but what stands out to me about this building is the dedication to service and the amazing demeanor of the staff.In particular, Victoria has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Shes attentive, helpful, and always brings a positive attitude to her interactions with tenants. Shes always found a solution when Ive presented a problem, and she deserves recognition for her willingness to go above and beyond. I also want to shout out Caroline for being extremely helpful at all times, especially when I sent packages to the Case Building accidentally after moving away! Best staff ever!Also, I will say that the gym here is a real standout in the Dallas apartment landscape: dedicated yoga/biking space, a good assortment and number of machines, solid cardio options (including assault bike and assault treadmill), and other great ancillary equipment (TRX, etc.)

I have a full downtown view and am in walking distance of many awesome bars and restaurants in Deep Ellum.The only thing I would point out is that the building is next to an emergency room, so if you dont like the city feel when considering a new living situation, you might not like the sounds of sirens all the time. UPDATE** I finally decided to move out of the Case building, but only due to work. If you’re teetering the line between moving in and looking elsewhere, I’d say move in! I never had an issue at this building. Never heard my neighbors, never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved super quickly, and the building was always kept clean. They are on top of it. Plus the office staff is just amazing. You won’t regret itI cannot say enough good things about The Case Building. The leasing staff is phenomenal, they truly know each resident and create an environment that cannot be matched. There has never been a complex that can beat the team at this place! The community at the building is also very close knit, everyone is friendly and says hello and Im constantly meeting knew people at their downstairs bar! ( Yes, theres an amazing bar where so many residents come down to unwind and have fun! ) The community is very dog friendly, theres even a puppy washing station inside, complete with air dryers... not to mention the two huge dog parks for your pup to roam around in. Plus who doesnt want to live near the heart of Deep Ellum? This place is so close to everything I hardly ever move my car .

This is, by far the most gorgeous building lve ever lived in, nothing even compares. Since its so new, weve been fortunate not to run into any issues with appliances, furnishing, or anything else that needed repair. The amenities are incredible and its a perfect distance away from the Deep Ellum noise/ activity -- just enough to ensure that you dont have bar/club goers at your front door, but its only a 5-10 min walk if you want to be in the thick of it.I particularly like to call attention to the staff (specifically Naomi, Gisela, Sami & the maintenance/cleaning staff) who have been terrific.They are cordial, prompt, professional, and the level of care/concern that they have and show tenants is light years beyond any building lve ever lived in. It truly takes the experience of living in a luxury building to the next level.My one qualm is the parking garage. The spaces are very narrow, theres limited guest parking, and there is a high potential for incident there. Other than that, I highly recommend.

The front desk has a tendency of not communicating necessary information to residents, for example: the garage door breaking making it impossible for residents to get into the garage to park their car & get home; street closures for the Dallas marathon that make it impossible to leave or enter the building by car for a 24hr period; early office closures due to meetings with no concierge officer available. These are just a few examples. The staff is very nice, most of the time but definitely need to communicate better and more often.

Theres always someone there to help you wit whatever troubles or questions you need. Our building comes with a BarCode on your keychain that gives you discounts all over the neighborhood for diff restaurants, shops etc for new residents. If you need someone to help you - Ask for VICTORIA GONZALEZ. She helped me with everything I needed to start the process of moving in. Shes serious about helping people get into their new homes as quickly as possible. She was there for me since the day I requested the walk through. She helped with allll the paperwork, allll my questions. Her responses are quick & direct. Nothing goes unturned when youre in her care. She made everything very easy. I saw someone commented that people should look at living downtown due to cheaper pricing but in my opinion I have lived downtown and I would rather pay an extra couple hundred dollars a month living at The Case. I have never lived in a community where I hang out with other residents let alone a good majority of the building on a regular basis. everyone is really cool and super friendly. Lots of things to like about living here, mainly the fact youre right in the heart of Deep Ellum, but also its mainly brand new apartments that, while expensive, are overall pretty nice for the cost. Management has been pretty good and are always nice when you need to work with them. THE PROBLEM ive run into is that they have set up what i can only assume is the cheapest rent payment portal available to them. Their Portal doesnt allow the option to autopay your balance each month on the first, instead it will only allow you to enter a specific amount to autopay (this would be fine except that your balance fluctuates month to month due to various fees) which means that youll either underpay, or overpay each month. I tried to just make sure i paid manually the first of each month but twice i was travelling and got my payment in on the 4th (deadline is the 3rd) - this was forgiven once, but only once, and then was charged Late Fees. So overall, good place, good people but the main way i engage with them (paying rent) is insanely complicated, inefficient, and is starting to cost me money.

Just finished my first year at the Case and this was the first time since I’ve been renting where I didn’t even think to find a new place. Any issues get fixed quickly and with no trouble. The staff is friendly and helpful and all the amenities are great. Yea it’s loud on the weekends but it’s right in the middle of city so it’s expected. I’m excited for another year at the Case.

This place is great. The location is perfect and the amenities provided and care from the office and security staff is amazing. Victoria in particular was friendly, effective, and particularly helpful. She happily answered all of our questions, cared for our specific needs, made helpful calls on our behalf, showed me how to use things when I needed it, and just provided great helpful friendly service. Ive been here for a few months and I absolutely love it! I moved here to Deep Ellum to be near all the the area has to offer....culture, music, good food...plus a high rise with a bar right downstairs!!! You dont move to Deep Ellum to complain about the atmosphere. You move to Deep Ellum to embrace the atmosphere & Im so glad that I did. I also love the staff here & my veteran neighbors!!

I moved into the Case recently and I absolutely love it. Alyssa was so very sweet when I first came in to tour, and helped me so much in getting everything situated for the apartment. She has been so helpful and kind. James and Bianca have both been amazing as well in helping with my transition from out of state. I absolutely love my apartment, and there are so many neat events for residents here. Maintenance is timely and efficient as well if needed. So far, my experience has been incredible! I am thankful to Alyssa for all she has done for me here so far!

Maintenance staff is super nice and always quick to help, cleaning crew in the mornings are super sweet and always saying good morning!! Out lights went out due to the storm and at first I was skeptical but management kept us updated and were quick to let us know when the power was back on, to Bianca the lease manager sorry I sent you an angry email. Thank you for responding quickly, please give this girl a raise!!
