Brianna and Georgia made it easy to move in and have been great to work with. Especially after a terrible experience at our last apartment. We love our apartment and all of the amenities. It feels very luxurious to live here! -

Tracie was such a breath of fresh air. I never felt rushed even though I had so many questions. Chris, the maintenance guy was funny and friendly. Everyone was nice. The grocery store at the property got me. Love love love. -

Love this place so far. Love the amenities. The floorplans and designs. The staff. The location. All wonderful. So far since the building is brand new Ive had a few minor issues (microwave and a toilet leak) but they got them taken care of the same day in I put in a request. Maintenance is top notch and so is office staff. Highly recommend. Cant wait to see what the future holds. P.S. Love the grab and go market. Convenient. -

I was having trouble looking for somewhere around Seguin to move in and Tracie O helped me out so much by giving me a great deal for a great apartment. Truly one of the easiest moving experiences Iβve ever had and would recommend to all. -

Just moved to the this apartment complex and I have to say this was the most fast and amazing experience, the property management team has been very prompt with answering all my questions and the process has been easy and smooth, most of all the customer service has been amazing, they are very friendly and communicative, 10 out 10 recommend!
