Spring 2025 Update:Ive been a resident of one of the Blue Ribbon properties for over 3 years and plan on staying with them until I graduate. My first year here Ill admit communication was difficult, however, over there years things have definitely improved! Blue Ribbon is excellent with communication now and their whole staff is super responsive. As a resident, Taylor and Lynn are always working to keep me informed, and I appreciate that. I also like the new maintanence portal, its easy to use and helps me keep track of any ongoing fixes. (Ie. Last fall there was a leak in my home and Blue ribbon got the leak repair, new drywall, and new paint all finished within a week.)

All I hear is good things about the team here, and I would attribute that to the unsung heroes in their bookkeeping department. Their work is important to the day-to-day operation of this successful business. The Titanic was an amazing vessel and a lot of people were accredited for the semi-successful journey it made, ultimately ending in the depths of the northern Atlantic Ocean, but those who should have been praised were the below-deck crew. Without their tireless efforts to keep the ship running, and on course full steam ahead, the Titanic would not have made it as far as it did. They were the first to die, and the first to be forgotten. Stephanie and the rest of the bookkeeping crew keep this business running strong, and on course for bigger and better things in the Brazos Valley. To the bookkeeping staff and all other below deck teams of this business, thank you for what you are doing. Keep up the good work.

Maintenance requests are quick to be assigned and fixed - we recently had an issue with our lighting over the weekend, and Antwon Brooks came by first thing Monday morning to fix it, which was awesome! The office has also been very quick to get lease documents turned around and answer any questions. To this point I have not had any issues with or complaints about Blue Ribbon!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with finding an apartment here in college station. Theresa (realtor) was the reason why I had a great experience, she took the time to show me and my roommate a perfect apartment and she showed us an apartment before the remodeling was done and was promised to make it look like a previous apartment that she showed us the first time. She even kept me up to date with the remodeling of the apartment and how everything was looking and made sure we liked everything about it. Gotta give props to the remodeling crew! I saw how the apartment looked before and they did wonderful with the remodeling. As for maintanance it only took a day for them to come and fix a few things which was wonderful!. Will definitely refer :)

They have always proven to be approachable, professional and extraordinarily courteous.There are a lot of property management companies out there, but what you sometimes find is they are only in a rush to have you sign a lease and hope to not hear from you again. If you are searching for a place to lease for you or your child, do yourself a favor and see these folks.While I do not have experience with Real Estate BCS when buying a home, if their leasing and management staff is any indication then I would think they are just as professional. If I were searching for a new home or have a property that you need managed, I would not hesitate to contact them

Working with BCS Real Estate has been fantastic. Finding a home to rent in college station can be overwhelming at times and my fear was that realtors would take advantage of my roommates and I being college students. This was a reality with other agency, but not with BCS Real Estate. I have to credit our good experience to Theresa, our realtor. She made sure that we got all the information we needed and is always very prompt in getting back to my roommates and I.
