I live here and its maintained very well. Also very quiet. Dogs are not allowed to be outside in cages or yards, therefore no dogs barking day or night. Its a very nice park surrounded by fields and trees. Really convenient to everything. -

I give it 4stars only for the reason of not liking a small yard use to huge yards and land however the mobile homes on the lot are well kept up and lawns are as well -
