I have been with Texas Homes Realty since 2007. I have 2 houses that are managed with Jackie and her team. The team is great I have dealt with everyone in the office and always have gotten issues resolved when they have occurred. I have worked with Mark on getting one of my rentals fixed up and back on the market as soon as possible and he was great to work with and worked quickly to get it done. Great staff and easy to work with and always responsive.

I connected with Texas Home Realty in September 2013 for a house I fell in Love with. I applied for the home to lease and was notified within 24 hours that I was approved to lease this home. When I did my initial walk through, the things that I needed fixed or replaced was taken care of very promptly. All the staff were very professional and friendly, they treat me more like family than a tenant. I know Texas Home Realty has hundreds of clients, but they know me by name and that shows me that they take the time to get to know you and that makes me feel very important.Texas Home Realty is an honest establishment, choosing them for buyer or rental needs is a safe and smart choice. Everyone is great, but I work very closely with Donna Jones, she is absolutely amazing, funny too. I am extremely satisfied with Texas Home Realty....they made my dreams come true!!

When my husband and I lived in California, we were advised that the best place to buy investment property was the Houston area. Having only pictures to guide us, since we didnt visit any of them, we decided to buy 4 properties through Jackies team at TX Homes Realty. Pretty risky move, but they had come highly recommended by someone we trusted, so we took the plunge. That was 3 years ago, and now we are very pleased with the result of our investments. They take care of all maintenance and repairs, finding tenants, collecting rent, and sending monthly statements through the Promas Central online system. At the end of the year, we get an annual summary on each property that details all the income and expenses, which is really handy at tax time. I would wholeheartedly recommend TX Homes Realty to anyone. Their team is very friendly and responsive. Even if you are looking for a new home for yourself, you will be shown dozens of options in your price range by a realtor who sincerely wants to find you just what you are looking for. We love them!

I employed Texas Homes Realty and Property management to assist in a very difficult situation where our rental residence had been abused and nearly destroyed by our renter who had refused to vacate the property. As out-of-State owners, we desperately needed local expertise and were blessed to find Texas Homes R & PM. Im from Sydney, Australia and have never set foot in the USA. I bought two investment properties from Texas Homes Realty back in 2010 via email and the internet without personally inspecting them. Jackie and her team are very helpful and certainly manage the two properties professionally without any issues. Whenever I email any questions or request any paperwork for tax or reporting, they respond very promptly. They certainly have my trust and confidence. I truly look forward to the newsletters and Christmas card that comes with everyones personal signature each and every year.I plan on purchasing a house soon and think about how much I am going to miss the relationship we have built over the years.
