My case was not common and quite complex: during the divorce, I granted my ex-husband the house and was still staying on the mortgage, which he stopped paying for in the hope of bank foreclosing on the property and his obligations of buying me out be annulled. After I paid out the debt to the bank to save my credit score and foreclosed on the property myself, I found out my ex-husband was renting the house and was collecting rent from them all this time. Moreover, after I became the new owner and got back on the title, figured out what was happening with the house, and notified the tenants, they refused to leave, sigh generous cash for a key contract, had criminal activity in the house, were extremely rude,e and using chat GPT and claiming their right to stay in the house for 90 days because of the foreclosure. Allen from Texas Eviction was spending nights going through the federal and state law to ensure our filing for eviction to the court is crystal clear and 90 days does not apply. He was patient and respectful and did his due diligence. I took possession of the house right before Christmas, the most significant gift I could ask for that year. I want to thank Allen and Karenna for navigating this complex matter. They take a flat fee, which, believe me, will save you so much money from attorneys just dragging your case to get as much money from you as possible, but it does not eliminate the high quality of their work. I want to thank them for their hard work. Keep protecting the rights of people and the properties theyve been working so hard for.

Allen specifically handled my eviction matter and was always responsive to my many questions and concerns. Allen and his team have saved the day! We had a nightmare tenant and a court system that refused to help. Allen was able to help us with all of the proper procedures and paperwork. They know the ins and outs and help everyone involved understand everything as it goes. I couldnt ask for better communication or help and, at the end a friend. I wouldnt hesitate to refer any one who has any sort of eviction needs to Allen and his team. They are hands down the best in the business and after trying to deal with things yourself you will understand why these guys are a necessary measure for anyone in the rental industry. I hope I dont need them again, but when I do I know they are the right people for the job. Thank you again for everything you do!!

Allen is AMAZING!!! My partner found Allen and what a blessing. We were having a very difficult and exhausting experience with some tenants. Initially, we considered handling the eviction process ourselves but thought it would be better to remove ourselves from the process and let an expert handle it. Best decision ever. Allen was thorough in his explanations and suggestions. He handled all communication with the tenants in very detailed and professional emails and letters. We received an eviction judgment and Allen then made additional recommendations that we never wouldve considered ourselves. He works so hard and his communication is top notch. Do yourself and hire his team, its worth every penny and more!

Evictions are never a fun experience but Texas Eviction Team made the process simple and painless. They filed all of the paperwork and took care of all the court appearances. In the end they got my property back to my possession and ended a 4 month nightmare for us. They were professional, efficient and informative. They always picked up my calls or answered my emails with any questions I had throughout the whole process. I hope I never have to use them again but would highly recommend them across the board.
