I have been a tenant under Texas Realty for the last three years on Walnut Street, and it has been an amazing experience. Maintenance issues are always addressed promptly, regardless of the cost. The online services are user-friendly, and communication is conducted through email and text.I want to extend my gratitude to the owner with whom I have been renting for 12 years. If I were planning to stay in the area, I would have likely continued renting, especially with some updates needed for the unit. Overall, everything has been positive. This team is amazing!!!! Not only did we sell our house super fast, it was the easiest process because of our realtor. We bought a new construction which is always stressful, but again our realtor went above and beyond and made it simple for us. She is highly knowledgeable in working with both Landlords to help lease out and mange their properties, and also helps Renters find and get approved for the house that meets their family’s needs. They also provide an awesome 3D virtual tour of homes for sale that is great for helping both the seller and buyers.
