Bianca was extremely helpful and patient. She addressed every concern I had and was able to put me at ease about the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone! She walked me through the available properties, informed me about the upcoming properties, made helpful suggestions, and was very attentive. She was very transparent and didnt leave me guessing and that is not something you get very often. Thank you

The whole process of renting from the property has been flawless. Ms. Bianca has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. Since the day we toured the homes we knew this is where we wanted to call home!! Awesome awesome service and professionalism

I moved to El Paso from Florida and rented sight unseen. Jennifer made the process super easy by being professional and knowledgeable. I was a little scared that the homes may not be all theyre cracked up to be, but the house was great! Erica was very helpful once I got here. I only had a couple of maintenance issues and the maintenance crew was on top of them right away. The homes are a little pricey, but definitely worth it. With the technology package you get internet, cable, alarm, doorbell cam, smart thermostat, etc. I couldnt have asked for better.

Jenny Riley the property manager has been extremely helpful, professional and so kind to my family, she has made this entire process so smooth. I would also like to mention Erika Torres for also being very helpful. The homes are absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy to have found this new community.

Amazing place to be beautiful atmosphere and the utmost hospitality given. You will fall in love with the beautiful newly constructed homes as well as with all the employees in the office. Perfect place to be!

Went in to the office for information on leasing a home. The girls at the office were very helpful and informative they gave us a tour of the property and homes. We were very impressed with how clean and presentable the property and homes were we truly are impressed

Driving by you’d never guess these homes are for rent. Really nice and looks like they are getting a huge pool and park area.
