    I used Terra as property manager for a single-family rental home for almost 20 years and was quite satisfied with their services in renting and maintaining my home. Recently I made the decision to sell that house, and they also took on the duties of rehabbing the house for a potential sale, recommending a realtor, and making last minute repairs once a buyer was found. I highly appreciate all that they have done for me!

    I have had a great experience with Terra Residential managing my first rental property. They walked me through all the steps from the idea of renting, getting the property ready, market analysis, listing, marketing, and finally getting it rented. The portal for owners is really easy to use, most information about what’s been going on with the property is right there along with statements. Terra communication is very assertive, they don’t reach out for things they can resolve, so there is no unnecessary churn back and forward. They take care of business. I’m happy with them and plan to continue doing business for a long term

    I worked with Terra Residential for over10 years. First as property owner neighboring a property they were managing. For the last 5 Β½ years they managed my property for me. They always kept the tenants taken care of as well as taking care of my property and notifying me with any situation. The records they kept and sent me were of the highest quality. They were very professional and personable at the same time. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. I would give them 5 stars +.

    I have used Terra for several years now to manage my rental property. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I am out of state and found that they have done an excellent job screening potential tenants, collecting rents and providing me with a monthly detailed report, and carry out my desires regarding the shape I want my houses kept in.     I have used Terra as my property manager since the MID EIGHTIES when I purchased 3 investment properties.     Tenant experience with Terra was excellent. They were always responsive to work orders, hired good subs to fix issues, and used RentTrack to autopay rent. Seamless and professional, and they were easy to work with on the front end of the lease and similar when the lease was up. Highly recommend if you are looking for property management. I worked with James Dominy and Sarah Magee, both responsive and professional.

    This company has been managing our two Houston area properties since 2006 and we are extremely satisfied with the whole operation and with everyone that we have had to talk to about our property issues. We have received excellent recommendations, for example, how to handle rent increases and renter requests. The financial statements are easy to access and understand. Tax records arrive in a timely manner and we are very appreciative to have them managing for us.

    Very nice and friendly. Regina and Rebecca respond to every email and fast as they can and answer any and every question you may have.     Many times, people take time to make complaints when things go wrong. But, they dont take the same quality time to stop and give compliments. As very new residents working with Terra Residential, Inc., my husband and I have experienced GREAT customer service, particularly from Sarah Talakoub. She is always readily available to answer questions and provide professional service. She has been very prompt in returning e-mails and calls, and has been a godsend in helping with our repair requests/issues. Moving is not a fun thing to do (although we really like our new area).
