While looking for a new place to rent in San Antonio I had the pleasure of running across Terra Realty! First house I was interested in I booked a tour. I wanted to explore other options, and Jillian Irby the sweet Real estate agent I was working with, was more than accommodating! She found three other homes for rent in the area and within my price range to tour all in the same day! My partner and I fell in love with the last property we were shown, and decided to go though with the application process. Jillian was so helpful, hard working, and accommodating though the whole thing! She was so easy to contact, and always had such a fun yet professional way of communicating. If you’re looking for a good home to rent, and awesome people to work with to get there look no further!! Thank you Terra Realty and Jillian to helping my partner and I find our new home!

I am about to sign my 3rd lease next month and I am excited to do so!! Terra has been great ever step of the way. From the presentation to the home from when I moved in to any issues I’ve had since. I rent and it’s not a really a new house. Yes I have had plumbing issues but Terra approves workers quickly and without question. I’ve had my a/c go out, it was an old unit, and it was approved quickly. Brand new unit in and out!! I have no issues with Terra Reality from beginning to now!!!

I was a tenant for from 2017-2021 We were very happy with our rent agreement, for the amount of space, rooms, and rent we had a great deal with front yard and backyard with a garage! whenever we had issues they were fixed in a timely manner, unfortunately our pipes busted flooding out our house Terra allowed us to break out lease due to situation and gave us our deposit back, Sissy was my contact and I felt she did her job and considering the situation we were dealt with properly.

After renting from Terra Reality the past six years I have to compliment them on an overall pleasant experience. They are easy to work with and have been very responsive to any and all maintenance issues that weve had over the years. A special thank you to Sissy Meyer (Property Manager) whom has been extremely helpful in what all we may or may not need to take care before we leave, due to being such a long term tenant.I would highly recommend this management company!

Always my go to company. Many properties to choose from to fit your budget . As a Realtor I send my clients there for 22 years and they all have a get experience i always have delt with Gina (22years) and Sally (6years) they will help when majority cant. Just start there.

Terra Realty is a great company. From day one ive been satisfied. I havent had any issues. Renewing my lease was a breeze, making payments online is so easy and Gina is a great property manager. I have always had any question answered directly by her or Scott. They are both friendly and helpful. Terra is great, cant recommend them enough!

Mu husband and I have rented from Terra Realty & Management Group for almost 2 years now (in August). Anytime we have had a maintenance issue or needed anything at all, they have been very responsive and the issues have been corrected and/or repaired in a very timely manner. And, our manager, Bobby is great and has always taken care of us!

We have rented from Terra Reality for 1 1/2 years and have had nothing but a great experience. The limited issues that weve had with our duplex have been dealt with professionally, and most importantly in a timely manner! Our manager Bobby in particular has been incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Terra Reality will without a doubt be the last stop for us before we buy a house!

There should be a WARNING whenever anyone is reading the REVIEW BOARD for the Terra Realty & Management Group or any other Management Groups. You will read complaints as well as appreciation either from the property owners or the tenants.There is NO Management Group anywhere that will be able to satisfy everyone either the property owners or the tenants 100% all the time.Sure, everyone whether property owners or tenants are entitled to their own opinions whether it is good or bad when they write their reviews. But who do you believe?How about a word of advice to the prospective tenants, rather than judging how good or bad Terra Realty & Management Group is performing by only reading the reviews especially those bad ones, ask for references from the existing tenants of the property units you are planning to submit your rental applications and see for yourself how other existing tenants are being served? Should there be any problems or concerns, how soon were they be taken care of within reason and normal procedures? Mind you, there will be problems or concerns big or small from anyone about any rental properties.If Terra Realty & Management Group is doing a GOOD job with the existing tenants, as prospective tenants you dont need to read any more reviews.As for my review as a property owner, Id give Terra Realty & Management Group a Grade A, especially after all the EXTRA time and effort spent in taking care of the heavy damages to various properties after a recent BAD and TERRIBLE weather. I have worked with Terra Realty and Management for over ten years. They manage several rental properties for me, and they have always been responsive, fast, and honest. The communication is clear and frequent, and if I ever need anything, they get right back to me. Also, I never get complaints from tenants, and that is always a good thing! I would give Greg, Scott, and their team my highest rating.

I have lived on one of their properties since 2010. You have a propertt manager that is assigned. Our property manager Sissy is amazing. She has always been super helpful, accommodating and gets things done when needed with the house.

They take care of my needs and continue to be there for me every step of the way. I have trust in them to do what is best for all parties, and they act quick and effectively to take care of each and every problem. I appreciate them very much.
