    Been using tenantcloud for about 5 years. It does everything we need and very simple learning curve unlike some others. A few minor glitches from time to time but nothing that effects us long. Customer service also gets back to you quickly

    I have used TenantCloud for the last few years. It has been a great way to self manage our 10 rental units. The ability to produce a Schedule E at tax season has paid for itself many times over! Their support team is also always quick to answer questions, concerns and/ or suggestions. The payouts have always been consistent. Lastly, its nice to have all of my tenant documents in one spot!! I have recommended TenantCloud to a lot of other investors, friends and family members in the landlord business. If you need a dependable software program to manage your rentals, I would def go with TenantCloud.

    I manage my 4 properties with TenantCloud and I love how it helps me automate and organize my entire rental business with ease! What’s my favorite is that TenantCloud support is top notch! They get back to me whenever I open up a ticket within a few hours and work with me to better streamline my business using their platform. Also, the platform helps me organize all my paperwork, vendors, maintenance tasks, and billing in one easy to use platform. Great overall experience and I am so happy I found it.

    We have been using TC for last 5 years since they starting offering apps to service property managers. We used to love the app and support is always great and quick. With new recent payment system changes, we are having lots of delays to get landlord paid and many asked us to even change to new service. We are going to keep giving our feedback to them and hopefully they will fix issues and get back to great mode. As usual their support is quick but need little more training these days with new system.

    TenantCloud is a cloud based software for landlord and tenant functions. It is a wonderful choice for people with smaller numbers of rentals. The price is affordable and it is user-friendly enough, although, It often feels as though they are trying to make improvements too quickly and customers have to catch up with the changes. Overall it is a solid choice for Landlords.

    We have been using TenantCloud for two years now to manage our 15 investment properties. It has made operation so much easier. We have gone to the system as we do not want to use the US mail system anymore. Payments are done in a timely matter with our clients, we also like the fact that it takes care of late fees for us, and lets us know when payments are late, and tabulates late payments for us. Their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend. A+ service! Our tenants like the system also.

    I had been tracking TenantCloud as a property management solution for a couple years before I decided to use it. There have been major improvements over that time and I feel that in its current state it is acceptable when used in combination with other tools. I use it exclusively for basic accounting, online payment collection, and report generation. I use other solutions for tenant applications, screening, creating/signing leases, and more advanced accounting.Customer support has been receptive of suggestions Ive made for improvements, and I hope that in time it will incorporate more quality-of-life features.The web and mobile applications dont feel snappy, but they also dont feel sluggish.If you are looking for an easy-to-use all-in-one solution for a handful of investment properties, this is probably a good place to start.

    I have been using TenantCloud since 2019 to manage all my rental properties. I started out on the free version and upgraded to the growth (now called Starter) version during the pandemic when a tenant wanted to pay rent electronically. The growth (starter) version included free ACH at the time. For the most part, the cloud-based software has been great to use. I use it for accounting, rent payments, advertising (marketing), candidate applications, electronic lease signings, maintenance tracking, and reporting (eg tax reports, profit, etc). I also use the phone app which I find sometimes I use more than my laptop, because I don’t have to get on my laptop everyday to be able to manage the rental business. There is only a couple negative items to discuss. The software has been buggy on occasion, where I have had to submit a help desk ticket via their online support helpdesk (I can’t use phone support on my plan that I am subscribed to). Recently, TenantCloud changed their payment processor and I would describe the experience as borderline “disaster”. I had to contact almost every one of my tenants due to some kind of issue. I believe I still have a tenant who still can’t add their bank account (local bank) so they pay by credit/debit card with a much larger fee. The automatic scheduled payment and next day payment was removed when going to the new payment processor (features stripped from service). They have since added automatic scheduled payments back into the software, but I am still waiting to see if next day payments will be added back. There is currently a 5-7 day ACH bank transfer delay from when a tenant pays rent through TenantCloud until it arrives in a landlord’s bank account, which is annoying considering the feature was with their old payment processor for bank transfers. Hopefully they will get the payment processing back to prime time. Overall though, TenantCloud has been a really good cloud-based web & mobile app software/service that I would recommend to individual landlords to use to manage their rental properties.

    I was strictly into flipping homes as a realtor but found myself having to take over a dozen properties that my family owns. I had zero property management experience and was in need of software to help me organize the day to day expenses. I found Tenant Cloud through a web search. They were still in their start up phase. What appealed to me most was how user friendly the software is. Also their support team was quick to reply and would spend the time necessary to explain how to use any functions or transactions that I didnt understand or know how to do. As they have grown the support interaction has become less one on one but they are still very quick to respond and thorough in their quest to make sure that every question or issue is fully resolved. I recommend this platform to all of my friend. Especially those like myself who are not natural accountants.

    TenantCloud has been excellent for our business. We have acquired 12 properties over the past 6 years we are managing 7 using TenantCloud. We placed 4 great tenants using their listings and application process which was a fantastic experience. We have also transitioned 3 other tenants from other project managers to TenantCloud. The process was very smooth and it is saving us a lot by not paying PMs to fill properties and pay PM fees. Plus just not having to manage the managers.

    TenantCloud has helped me find tenants, screen tenants, find maintenance professionals and collect rent for 5 years! Its been a great tool for my small portfolio and cannot imagine doing business without it. Compared to other providers, it is a great value for the $$$ and I highly recommend it.

    TenantCloud has been a great resource for our property management company. They provide all of the features we need to run the long term rentals in our area. They also have a great support team who typically responds in less than an hour to any problems or suggestions you may have. I would recommend TenantCloud to others looking for a property management software.

    TenantCloud beats RentRedi and all other property management platforms Ive tried. I like their tenant options for paying with credit card/bank account, setting up automatic payments, and especially customizing a contract with places for online signatures and initialing. They automatically can apply a late fee of your choosing which was another selling point. Less work for me. The fact that they provide a listing site and syndicate to Rentler has made it super useful too (although I still post on FB marketplace separately). There are just a few quirks with how contracts end that Im not a fan of right now... weird things can happen if you schedule auto-rent increases on a tenant before they renew their contract. But Im sure theyll figure out those bugs sometime.

    My rental companies have used TenantCloud since 2019 for multiple rental units. They are truly an all-in-one solution with easy-to-use user interface for rental business, including payment system, messaging, lease setup, tenant background check, accounting, and especially super responsive customer service. I think their monthly cost is one of the lowest in the industry. The software evolves and gets better and better every day.Recently, they required each LLC to have 1 separate account, and this is very inconvenient to us. Do they know that most of rental units are set up to have different LLCs for liability purposes? Now we have to have one account for each rental unit and this significantly added up the cost for us.

    TC has streamlined our rental property activities. They make it super easy to advertise the property across popular real estate sites, receive applications, perform background checks on new tenants. It is also easy for new tenants to set up their own portal to pay rent. Late fees are calculated and charged automatically. Rent increases is just a push of a button. Customer service is for the most part responsive.

    Tenant cloud has been great to log payments for service pros and rent. I love that it charges rent automatically and allows tenants to pay with their checking account. Saves me the hassle of managing through venmo or checks.

    Value that outweighs the price. We operate about 30 rentals and use Tenant Cloud exclusively to manage front-line bookkeeping, applications, background checks and maintenance requests. We also use their leasing website in conjunction with advertising on other platforms which has worked well. Highly recommended for small to medium sized landlords!

    Love the user interface of this platform which has improved alot in the last 5 years. I would like to give it a full star rating in the future after I see additional features added I.e.1. condition report built in to TC so we can easily compare wear and tear during a tenants stay.2. Applications- give users the option to customise questions and options to best suit different needs.In addition to that, I do find that the system does lag on a daily basis, so improving the server being used to be faster would be highly recommended.

    I have been using the service for 60 days and it is very user friendly for both myself as a landlord and the tenants. I really like the equipment/maintenance function so I can track the appliances and have all their serial numbers/photos ready to go. The lease function and ability to increase or decrease rent is great. My only complaint is that I wish there were options to tailor the marketing/listing, applications and units more for commerical. While I can check off that they are commerical, the software is really a residential product.

    This software has been great for all of our rental properties and the management of our self storage facility. It took a little while to get used to but now it feels intuitive! Highly recommend using this software for all of your rental property needs :)

    TenantCloud is very easy to use, list vacant units, invite applicants to apply online and screen applicants.They always work on improving and making it more useful.The support team are very helpful. Overall, I am happy with choosing TenantCloud.

    Ive been a happy user for over a year. I especially like their payments engine that allows me to collect rent paper-free. I tried other solutions including Buildium, but they dont allow small property owners to collect rent through ACH. TenantCloud does.

    It is really great software. It provides landlords and property managers with up to 75 units for free, it has easy accounting, free marketing website, inprogram messenger, cloud storage, customizable Income/Expense reports, maintenance requests, online rental applications, automated ACH Payments from tenants and they keep adding new stuff once a month or like that. Its great that that software is web-based, so I am able to access it anywhere. I also like how easy it is to use and navigate.
