    Jackie was an absolute wonder to work with in our home buying process. She was tough, dedicated, and always looking out for our best interest. She has amazing connections with many people in the industry, and because of her home inspector recommendation, we were able to catch alot of missed things on our new build home. She was with us in every part of the process, so much so, that our construction manger even made a comment about how he had never seen a realtor do a blue tape walkthrough with their client before. And usually by that far in the process, most realtors disassociate with the client. Jackie helped us buy our first home, and I’ll be sure to recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the San Antonio area. We connected with her the start of June, and moved into our home at the end of July. When given push back, Jackie pushed back harder. In a game full of big tuna, Jackie was the shark we needed.

    We have been renting a property from T2M for almost a year and a half. The team is always super kind and accommodating. We have only had a few maintenance requests and each time they are timely in helping us get it resolved. The maintenance staff is always kind when they come by for routine maintenance and inspections. We are a military family and we were PCSing to the area with short notice and the whole rental process was seamless. We appreciate T2M so much and would recommend them to anyone, especially incoming military families as they make it so much less stressful!

    In 2013 my family and I had a military move to San Antonio, TX. We rented a home for the first year. Randy was the property manager for that property. He did a great job taking care of the home we were renting. There were routine inspections, he went out of his way to make repairs which saved the home owners money, and communication was great. In 2014 we moved into a home we’d purchased. Upon moving out, Randy ensured the home was in the same great condition the homeowners left it in.Fast forward to 2015, and we received a short notice military move to Italy. Because we’d recently purchased our home, selling it wasn’t an option. Instead we decided to rent our home. We didn’t think twice about calling Randy. From our rental experience we knew he would ensure the house was well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the property management transition was. Especially since we were communicating from overseas and not in person. I was also surprised by how quickly he was able to secure a renter (literally within a week or two). From 2015-2020 we trusted Randy to manage our home/renters with no stress or worries. He took care of any issues and/or concerns our tenants had. We would always receive detailed reports of any maintenance with pictures and receipts. He was also very good at keeping up with preventative maintenance. He was always professional and provided phenomenal service.In 2020, we decided to sale our San Antonio home in preparation for retirement. Again, he made the process very easy and stress free. He took care of everything as we were out of state. He provided great advice and regular updates. We were expecting to have the house on the market for a long time due to the fact we were trying to sale in December. However, instead of a 6 month selling process, we had a full offer within a month (after very minor price changes) and a closing date within 30 days. The sale went very smooth and Randy did a great job coaching us through our first home sale. He bridged communication gaps between us and the buyers. He also stayed on top of deadlines and ensured we understood each step of the process.I would highly recommend T2M Real Estate because of my experience with Randy. I would definitely work with Randy again.

    I have been working with Randy Pereira at T2M since we moved out of our home in 2009. Since then, it has become a rental property. Randy has helped us with finding quality renters. His attention to detail is impeccable. He has been such an asset over the years. And without him, I would have been stressed trying to secure a renter while living out of state. He has been an excellent property manager and above all has really gone out of his way to help throughout the years. Recently, we decided to put our home on the market. Randy sold it in just a few weeks! We closed in a months time, and the process could not have gone any smoother. We even got multiple offers! If you need help selling your home or decide you want to have it listed as a rental, there is no one else I would recommend. They are always helpful and go above and beyond.     Jackie Hunter is without a doubt the best realtor in SATX. Seriously, there are not enough words to describe how great this lady is!Jackie is not the typical realtor who only cares about getting a check at the end of the month; she has integrity and morals, and truly cares about her clients.     I met Randy through a co-worker and from there he set me up with a great realtor, Trophia who was on top of everything. Within a couple meetings she knew exactly what I liked and what I was willing the work with. I had next to no stress trying to buy a house and when it was time to move my she was there.     My realtor was Joe Gomez. I had a great experience with him. He was always quick to respond to emails or text and was very quick to set up house viewing when asked. After searching around for a bit we found the right house for me but, we had a tough purchase ahead of us. The city of San Antonio got involved and had the seller redo alot of work to the house which caused a massive delay in closing. Joe kept me informed through out the entire process, made sure I understood everything as it was happening, and always made sure I knew my options with the house purchase. At the end of the day I ended up with a great home that was completely updated and couldnt be happier.
