    Swedes is always on point! The customer service as well as their properties are great. The pictures of this property definitely matched upon arrival, which is a huge PLUS! I would definitely recommend others to check out their website and book a reservation! You will not be disappointed.I absolutely love everything about this property (Salt & Lime), because it has a high-end, luxurious feel to it. From the kitchen to the master bathroom, everything is so beautifully designed. Its like our home away from home.

    We rented a beach house through Swedes Realty for our Crystal Beach vacation a week after the hurricane. They had amazing communication during the clean up process. Though a day late, we were able to go on with our vacation. We were refunded the day that we lost due to power outages. We had such a great experience renting through them!

    Weve been renting through Swedes for our annual beach get away for 3 years now and they have been great. The house we rented the first 2 years sold after we signed up for this year (and just 2 months before the trip) and I got a call from Swedes as they worked hard to find us another house...and the 2nd house was even better.I got to the property before everyone so I could set up (and we had golf carts being delivered) and there was a smoke detector battery dying. I called swedes and within an hour they had someone at the house fixing it.They offer sheets (for an upcharge), but we only live 2 hours away so we just bring our own.Check-in and out is easy too.

    Rented Annettes Funautical Fantasea. First the negatives: Listing has Shared Pool in description, but in fact is not available from 2023+ seasons to renters. Fold-out couches were uncomfortable for grandson. Charcoal Grill was covered in white mold inside, filled with moldy ashes and very dirty. We cleaned it up and left it better than we found it. Positives: nice property close to the beach. Neighbors were very friendly. Home was well-maintained. Staff at Swedes was very friendly to us. All questions answered, and gave us info for the area. This is our third time renting with Swedes and all of our experiences have been good.

    My family has rented from Swedes Real Estate for several years now. We have had no problems what so ever. We enjoy the selection of cabins and knowing the agents will work with us to find the cabin that will accommodate all our needs.     We have rented from Swedes Real Estate for the last 15 years. We have a large girls weekend in September. We also go once or twice a year just to get away. The staff at Swedes have always been helpful and very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately some of our favorite houses were lost to IKE. Mothers Day and Crab Fest is a fun getaway also. My husbands last visit to Crystal Beach was Mothers Day 2013. What a time we had.Love Swedes and will continue to rent from then for years to come.

    Our family has rented from Swedes almost every summer since we lost our home at Crystal Beach due to Hurricane Ike. They have always done an amazing job of helping us to locate a home near where our family beach home was previously. The home selections are amazing and always clean with plenty of amenities for a very comfortable stay. We have made some unforgettable family memories at the lovely beach homes we have rented through Swedes. I truly cherish our summer family vacations with our extended family made possible through Swedes. While I wish we still had our family home at Crystal Beach, I can truly say being able to rent the fantastic homes Swedes offers is the next best thing.

    I have used Swedes to rent a house on Crystal Beach for the past three years. They are wonderful people and easy to work with. My wife and I have stayed in the Captain Morgan the first year, and the Sunset Peach the last two years. They have great properties and very good rates. We love the people and the community of the Bolivar. We will see you again next year.

    I have rented from Swedes Real Estate for more than 20 years—just recommended them to a family friend. The staff is friendly and helpful, from a smaller place to something that can hold multiple families, they can personalize your rental to meet your needs. We will be on Bolivar peninsula over July 4th this year at a Swedes rental (house we have rented several times before). Can’t wait!

    Ive rented from Swedes twice. Once , summer of 2015 2nd row house from beach front. Customer Service was above and beyond my expectations. We split cost among 3 families and Swedes had no problem assisting. House was absolutely perfect. Exactly what was advertised on website. Did not disappointed. Second time I called and put a deposit on a home for New Years 2016 and then an extenuating circumstance occurred and Swedes was very understanding and was able to refund most of my money. Renting again summer 2017. Two thumbs up for me.

    We were just there at “ once upon a time “ an absolutely beautiful beach row house. We had a very comfortable stay, the beds were very nice and I slept like a baby. The kitchen is spacious with a amazing island. I couldn’t have been more pleased !We always use Swedes and have for many, many years. I highly recommend them !Can’t wait to go back. And some day I plan on living there 😉

    My family has been renting from Swedes Real Estate for over 40 years. We come to Bolivar Peninsula at least once a year, sometimes 3-4 times per year. The owner and staff have always been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We have had minor issues over the years, but the issues were always taken care of in one way or another. I would never use another real estate company. If I ever move to Bolivar Peninsula, I want to come work at Swedes!!! They are wonderful!!

    I work for a huge Airline...I fly free, I have discounts available for cruises, resorts, hotels and cars, but nothing beats a cozy beach house on Bolivar!     Swedes is incredible! We recently stayed at The Pesky Pelican in May and although it rained on us most of the week, we had a fantastic time! This particular house is brand new and was incredibly spacious to accommodate our extended family. We rent from them ever single year, its tradition! Couldnt ask for a better and more friendly real estate/rental company!

    I didnt want to leave. Beautiful home on the beach. So relaxing and Swedes staff kept me informed and were so friendly. Check in and out was so easy. The stairs to the house was a major workout. We called in for wifi log in failure and the IT was at our door in no time. Really cool guy too. I would book with Swedes again.

    We had a problem this year with a rental and they immediately (within minutes) found us another home that was better than what we had rented. Not to say they will be able to do that in most cases but it sure was the right thing to do. Absolutely first class customer service even though they are trying to take care of hundreds of people any given week. The home was clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful time. GREAT JOB SWEDES!

    ****update*** After many phone calls and speaking with the right people, the Manager called me back and made things correct. I really just wanted to move the RSVP and she was able to make that happen. Thanks maam for making it correct so my husband can go to his friends funeral with out worry.Terrible service heartless group of people , we did VRBO through them. 4 days prior my husbands best friend died and his funeral is during the trip. They will not move the dates or refund the trip or work with us at all. I am so disappointed with this company especially. VRBO will not refund either through there insurance because we do not have a death certificate, and will need to order one.

    SWEDES IS THE BEST. I HAVE STAYED WITH THEM IN PAST ALOT BUT MOVED OUT OFSTATE AND JTS WAS JUST AS NICE AS BEFORE. THE PRICE WAS RESONABLE AND THEYET ME HAVE MY MOMS MEMORIAL SERVICE THERE. IT WAS SO VERY NICE . I GIVE THEM 5 PLUS STARS. I WILL BE BACK. ON THE ROCKS IS JUST A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE.
