Throughout our home search, we faced plenty of nonresponsive agents and property management companies, to the point where it was difficult to schedule any showings. Once we connected with her, Miesha Maiden was responsive, helpful, and honest, and we had several showings scheduled soon after. We could tell that she had our best interests at heart and was genuinely looking to find us the best home to meet our needs.

Going forward I will be relying on Sunshine Realty for all my real estate needs. Before discovering sunshine I had previously hired another local property management firm. What sets sunshine apart from my previous experience is that you get a sense youre joining a family, theyre easy to communicate with, and have a process in place to ensure that assets are being properly maintained.With Sunshine, I get a sense that my long term real estate goals are equally important as managing my rental property. Amanda has been great with helping me strategize towards my goal of building my rental portfolio. Regarding the great communication, their staff takes the time to make sure my concerns are understood and addressed. They also provide regular updates and have a nice portal for tracking property management cash flow. As part of their process to ensure my rental is properly maintained they provided my tenants with hose bibs to prepare for a potential freeze. In addition they perform quarterly checks and its been a breeze so far dealing with maintenance issues as theyve come up.

The time and effort that she put in to find our next home showed me and my family that we were beyond just a client but we were like family. I will refer Bre to other family members and friends for their next real estate needs. By all means I would definitely use her services again.
