I cannot say enough good things about Renee at Sunrise Realty and Property Management. She intervened for us on multiple occasions during our rental period. Towards the end of our lease, she aided us by suggesting the perfect realtor who helped us navigate the daunting housing market. We are now living in our own home - a dream come true!

When I started looking for a realtor in the Denison, I spoke to another realtor, who said they could help find me a place to rent. They never followed up. I reached out to Renee, she called me back shortly after, I gave her my requirements and bam she provided a portal and I started looking. All in one afternoon.Renee is super responsive, professional and personable. I found it easy to communicate with her and when she couldn’t view a property, she would make sure to accommodate by having her Son, also a realtor, show them to me!After a tour I left the home and had a car issue, far from home and in the dark, Renee helped me contact several people and tow companies. She stayed on the phone with me until I was safe and taken care of. Needless to say I got a good view of the neighborhood in the dark, felt safe and have since signed a lease and got the keys today... Just a little over a month and half from start to finish.All and all I had a wonderful experience and hope that my reference is helpful to those looking for a reputable and super helpful realtor.
