My wife and I were looking for a house for rent unfurnished, she found Kathy at Sunrise who took very good care of us.She showed us several houses that suited our needs and found the one we are still in over a year later, she has been more than willing to be the link between the homeowner and us.Its been a pleasure working with Kathy and Sunrise Leasing& Management Inc.Steven & Karen Stefanko

Sunrise Leasing & Management has been ABSOLUTELY terrific to my family and I. Mrs. Kathy and her entire team are always there whenever you need them to assist. The staff is very responsive to your needs/requests and highly professional. During my time seeking a new residence, they made the process super easy and pleasant. I now have a home which I love. I would highly recommend Sunrise Leasing to anyone searching to rent or purchase in the area. Mrs. Kathy and her team wont let you down!

I meet Kathy in 2018 I was looking to lease my moms house for her since she was going to live with my for medical reasons. I quickly felt at ease with Kathy helping me through the process. Within the next 8 months we purchased two additional rental homes and Kathy has been a pleasure to work with on each rental property. Her and her team are always willing to help and go the extra mile to do what they can to ensure a not only good experience but a great experience! They are a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend Sunrise Leasing to anyone!

I met Kathy, owner of Sunrise Leasing & Management, in 2002 when I opted to secure a home to rent versus a townhome. I was about to become a gramma! Upon meeting Kathy, I was struck by her kindness and professionalism and we immediately connected in a business and personal friendship spanning 19 years to present. In all the years that I rented from Kathy/Sunrise Leasing (2002 to 2018), I never once experienced any problems with maintenance once I reported a problem and repairs due to Hurricane Rita in 2005 were handled very professionally. I feel very blessed that I found Kathy/Sunrise Leasing upon moving to Texas ... I surely do not feel I could have found any better. Not only did I find an excellent property management company but also a friend for life. That doesnt happen very often.

**Update**- Weve been working with Kathy for 10 years now. Still 5 stars!Ill write a review, after all weve been using them for years now! For around 5 years weve had Kathy handle a majority of our rental work for two houses. Shes always been friendly, prompt, professional, and weve ended up with great tenants whove also enjoyed the experience.Ive tried a couple other companies in the past with poor results (and lost time and money for it). Sunrise is the way to go for whatever your need is.

I have enjoyed leasing several times from Sunrise. Kathy and here staff are friendly and just good people. There are a lot of bad property companies out there be careful. Sunrise has got to be one of the best in the area!!

Sunrise has managed my rent house for about 30 years. Yes it costs me a little for service but it is worth it. They manage repairs, background checks, etc. At the end of the year, I have the information I need for tax reports.
