Another amazing job by Joyce Jeffrey of Summit Executive Realty. My wife and I listed our house with the expectation that it would take a couple of months for the home to sell because of our timing and the slowing real estate market. Boy were we wrong! Joyce did an amazing job of staging our home and then made sure we were listed on all of the major Realty platforms and social media outlets. The few months we rented a house from them they were always there to answer any questions we had, repairs were all made that we needed on the house. Always understanding and willing to work with us and around our schedules when we were first getting the house and leaving. Very nice and I would recommend them to anyone

Whitney Jeffrey was an awesome relator. She was extremely patient through an extended home search. She learned what we were looking for and worked to ensure those were the only type homes we viewed. She never pressured us to consider buying a home she could tell we didn’t like. When we found the right home, she did yeoman work as the seller didn’t have her own relator (sale by owner) so Whitney did the work of two under challenging circumstances. Additionally, when it looked like we would not be able to close due to outside issues, she worked with our lender and the title company to make the closing happen. We couldn’t be happier with Whitney and Summit. Our mother was so impressed with her, she picked Whitney to sell her house.

I initially was using them as property management but later decided to sell that home. I was always kept informed and I feel they gave me sound advice in helping make my home marketable. My home sold in under a month! Communication was great and always professional.
