My husband and I rented from Sturkie for almost 3 1/2 years, it was our first house together. We decided to stay there until we bought our first home and we couldn’t have asked for better landlords! Miss Helen was wonderful, if we ever had any issues- and there were maybe 2 the entire time but they were on top of it immediately. I appreciate them so much for the time we spent in that house and would 1000% recommend them- and do!!

Ive rented from sturkie for about 3 years now. Ive never had an issue with them. Every maintenance problem, theyve fixed. Ive been a couple time late on rent and theyre nice to work with as long as you communicate. Very nice office staff, understanding of life getting in the way. and new jobs, etc. Just talk to them and they will work with you. Nothing but good to say about them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Helen is the sweetest, most attentive property manager I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Even while being short staffed on maintenance workers she still does her best to meet all my needs! I love my house, my neighborhood and my experience with this company has been nothing but great. The renting process was super easy and they were more than accommodating during the moving process. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you Helen for always being so happy and attentive to all my needs! If you’re looking to rent check them out for sure!!

I seriously love Sturkie Properties. I have been in my house for almost 8 years now. Actually first rented from the Brothers back in 2012. They dont come knocking, nor being nosey. Ive been late on my rent multiple times, but Mrs Helen has had my back each and everytime. They have a job to do, so a complaint isnt gonna help. Especially when they bend over backwards to give any AND I DO MEAN ANYBODY A PLACE TO LIVE!!!

I have been renting from them for 5 years. I cant speak for other homes or for other renters but as for myself, all I can say is this: Helen has always been there for us when weve needed her. She does her best to get maintenance to fix any issues. They just recently bought me all brand new flooring for our living room & dining room. Helen has always treated my family & I with the utmost respect & understands what we tell/ask of her. I also understand that they all have a higher authority they must deal with & that isnt always easy. But I can promise that if you are a decent human being, show kindness always, & be respectful - many blessings & respect come back to you.

Went in to see about renting a house. The staff was very nice & helpful. Made you feel welcome & work with you however they can. I like that. They have my business. 🙂
