I resided at 404 property as a lease take over.At the time Struga was just onboarded as the property management company. However at 404, the owners were on property which made living at 404 greatWith Struga, I developed a relationship with Ms. Sylvia and she was my POC, bc she was the person that did the lease take over and my renewal. My rent payment, needs, concerns, etc was emailed to Ms Sylvia.My advice when dealing with managing companies is to have a relationship with one person in the office that way they know your living experience.I will write this, the office closes for a lunch hour where it shuts down, they do not do rotating lunches. So plan your visit accordingly.

Honestly every experience I’ve had with the ladies at the office, and maintenance has been perfect. My rent hasn’t raised much, they answer emails in a timely manner, not much to complain about!

Lived at Lonestar (owned/managed by Struga) for the past year and have absolutely zero complaints. Any problems or questions I had were seen by management and solved promptly. Moving from North Fort Worth I had high expectations but I can genuinely say that the management and Fatima, specifically, are top notch. She understands the balance between being in the background and showing presence when necessary. That’s rare but how it should be! Best living experience I’ve had so far in my 26 years. Highly recommend.

Fatima and Vulma you are absolutely amazing! If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. My family had a last minute move and they were absolutely amazing in making sure we were moved in and taken care of. We thank you for the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to living in the Dominion. A special shoutout to Fatima for helping make sure we had everything in line and worked out, and taking the time to make sure we understood everything. I appreciate you so much!

I lived at Dominion Apartments from 2020-2021 and absolutely loved my time there! It was definitely WAY better then living in my current student Apartment. The staff was always so friendly, welcoming, and worked with you when there was a problem. The maintenance guys were always quick at responding to my maintenance calls and getting the job done. These guys genuinely care about their tenants and are here to help. Im hoping to see if I can move back next year because they have given me the best experience!

I stayed with them while i was in college and i couldn’t be happier with the exceptional assistance that the staffs gave me. The staff is always happy when i walk in to pay my monthly bill. I always pay during business hour just so i can chat with them and they always make me feel welcomed. Technician crew are fast and friendly as well, showed up and fix within 30 minutes after the call. I recommended a few of my friends to stay with Struga Management and i never heard that they had negative experience either. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Friendly, outgoing, kind staff at the office! Edit: I now lease with Struga Management and they have been nothing but pleasant to me! Raquel and Sylvia are amazing and do the very best job at making you feel comfortable and welcomed in your new home with Struga Management. Maintenance are also super professional and helpful.

After two years of living in an apartment managed by struga, I can confidently say that they are the BEST property management company I have encountered in my 6 years of leasing apartments. The staff here is kind, informative, and consists of genuinely good people. If you have a problem, COMMUNICATE!! They are usually flexible and will work with you as long as you alert them to whatever is going on. The maintenance staff is also exemplary. They have promptly fixed every problem we have reported and they have always done so with a positive attitude, even on the hottest days. I would highly recommend this company. I genuinely miss this property management company now that I have moved. I cant vouch for the negative reviews on here, however I will say that most of them have probably brought it upon themselves and are lashing out. Be a good tenant and Struga will treat you as such. Five stars!!

We stayed at Cornerstone Apartment and I love the place. Area is nice, the apartment is great overall!Struga management is really helpful as well! They go above and beyond to resolve any issues you might have such as maintenance, and any other concerns. They response quicker and they’re really nice! You normally can’t find that with any other rental places.Thank you so much for everything!

My experience renting with Struga has been great! My apartment is in better condition AND is cheaper than any of the other apartments I have lived in. It’s in the perfect location for me and the management has always been very pleasant. There have been very few issues and when there was, the problem was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Struga and wish I had found them sooner! The only reason I am moving out is because I’m moving to another city.

Just moved out of Cole Place apartments after living there for 1 year, and it was great! Communicating with management was easy, maintenance was prompt, never had any issues. Highly recommend.

The people who run these apartments are so kinda and efficient. Anytime I had an issue they had someone sent out to help me immediately. If I had been planning to stay in Denton longer I would have continued to live in apartments managed by them. The apartments were priced well and felt safe.

I moved into one of Struga Management’s properties in January of 2022. My lease was until December of 2022, but due to my declining mental health, I had to break my lease and move back home to Austin. They did charge me a reletting fee, but they didn’t charge me for the remainder of my lease (which they easily could have). I’m very appreciative of their grace toward me.

Ive been a Struga resident for several years, since they bought my complex from the previous owners. The difference is huge--Struga actually cares about their residents. Management is businesslike but friendly and understanding, and the maintenance crew is the hardest working bunch in the business. Best management company in Denton.

I lived under Struga management for a year while I attended TWU. They are very nice and reasonable people! Their lone star property was exactly what I needed as a student who wanted to be walking distance from school. Zulma was especially great with helping me get into a place, and with any concerns. No tricks, no games, no shadiness. I highly recommend!

Very friendly and willing to help staff. They will go above and beyond for you to find the best option. If available, talk to Ms. Sylvia. The maintenance crew are also very nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend leasing with them.

I have never had issues.. and Sylvia has always been helpful and kind! Shes the best. If you are looking for a place to stay in Denton I recommend giving them a call and taking a look at one of their properties at least. They will work with you!!

I rent a nice apartment (2269 W OAK ST, Denton) from Struga, where it is near to the school bus stops for Newton elementary school and UNT. The apartment faces well, is clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood is safe. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk to the UNT Gym. Very important, the managers service is very good, and he often comes to repair the equipments and make pest control.I like this place. If I can come to Denton, I will rent it again.
