Many people give bad reviews and it makes me wonder how was your approach when contacting them. I always do everything in writing so we have proof of what transpired and what was said this way I have a way to back up my allegations. Bashing a business is one thing but I feel that a lot of this could be avoided if you follow the chain of command and address issues professionallyI have no complaints at all and have done business with percilla for many years and usually handle everything with a professional approach. We always find a solution and make everything work for everyone.Kindest regards!!

I’m amazed by their horrible words. Strategic Properties Inc has been, at least for me, since day one . Always are very helpful they pick up the phone every time I call and fix for the most part same day. I have nothing bad to say to me the staff is very friendly and professional. I have been renting for 7 yrs the only reason i moved out i just purchased a home 2025. Thank you Strategic Properties Inc.

The best moved in in November 2023 to a beautiful 3 bedroom home love the fact that I am able to zelle my rent and dont have to worry about getting a money order every month, had one issue with one of my restrooms called in for maintenance had a handyman here next morning and was able to fix the issue. Great customer service.
