Our large family gathered in Austin for Thanksgiving, and we were thrilled to find a downtown home that fit all our needs. The spacious table accommodated our entire group, and the kitchen was perfect for multiple cooks to prepare our festive meals. There were enough beds for everyone, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Its worth noting that extra services like early or late check-ins come with significant fees. With family members arriving from various parts of the country, we had to spend time in restaurants and malls with our bags until the 4 PM check-in, which was not ideal.Our host was very responsive, but some concerns couldnt be fully addressed. Despite minor glitches, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is an excellent choice for large groups wanting to be within a short Uber ride of almost everything in Austin. We made wonderful memories and would recommend this home for its spaciousness, location, and overall comfort.

Awesome house in Austin, very clean, cozy and had many amenities!! Walking distance to restaurants, food trucks and coffee. We came in for the Kentucky/Texas football game, didn’t get the result we wanted but spending time with friends was priceless! Ames was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Can’t wait for another trip!

It was insanely clean, and that was so refreshing. There was no clutter. The entire space was tastefully decorated. I loved how cozy it felt. It was very quiet at night, and the temperature of the place was adjustable to my needs. Parking was also convenient, I liked that I had a reserved parking space right outside within eyesight. It allowed me to see my car from the home’s window. It felt very safe. The hosts were very responsive to my needs, and helpful to me anytime I reached out. I honestly wish I could just move in and stay forever! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

The place where we stayed was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and felt like home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the full kitchen worked beautifully, especially since I had kids with me who treat me like their personal chef! The location was perfect, with easy access to food, bars, and even a pharmacy. Communication with Ames was excellent, check-in was smooth, and we had no complaints at all. If we’re ever in Austin again, we’d definitely book this place without second thoughts. Highly recommended!

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my condo in Austin. When I learned I had to move for my job I didnt want to entirely leave. Turning my place into a Short Term Rental is a way for me to keep a piece of my heart in Texas. I can stay in my home anytime I want. I just have to book like everyone else. The online system they utilize makes it super easy for owners to track income and bookings. They also handle maintenance or basically anything your home needs while you are away. Highly recommend. Keep it weird. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at one of the STR homes! It was cozy and accurately shown in the photos. Our group especially loved having morning and evening coffee chats on the covered patio or around the kitchen island. Best of all, the hosts were kind and helpful! Responses were quick and they gave great suggestions for things to do. We felt right at home here and hope to return again someday!

We were a group of 5 and stayed 3 nights. The place is just as in pictures. Very well stocked. Really good quality bed linens, pillows, towels etc. Kitchen is fully equipped. Host is very responsive and answered to messages almost immediately. Very good location. Close to downtown and shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and we loved the cock-a doodle do that we could hear occasionally probably from the neighbor’s yard. The only thing I would take off a few points is the squeaky beds and the king bed more than the smaller one. It squeaks even with a movement of a foot and I am a petite person. Just annoying more than a bother. I am sure it is something the host can take care of to make it to a full “excellent” rating. We will definitely look into staying here again.

I had a great experience staying at one of their properties. The place was very clean and free of clutter. The location was quiet and yet very conveniently located in the heart of Austin. The sheets and towels were clean and, in my opinion, of the quality Ive had at good hotels. We had a wonderful short stay in this place. The location is perfect if you are visiting UT Austin, just a walking distance from it. The best part is the availability of a free parking space which is very uncommon in this area. It is clean and enough space for a party of 5- or 6. I will definitely use this place again next time we visit my daughter who is attending UT Austin.

Jon was a fantastic host!!!! The house in Austin was a perfect size for our group and the location was great for access to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, downtown Austin, and the University of Texas. We brought our group in for the the UGA/UT game and could not have been more pleased with our stay!Jon was extremely quick with his responses to all of our questions. Also, the check-in, check-out process was seamless! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the patio area out back for afternoon dinner.Room enough for my husband & I plus our son on the fold out couch. Perfect place to stay in Austin! Lots to do around the area and amazing home! Extremely clean and very well thought out decor and amenities! The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need. They have portable speakers all over the home for music! The master bedroom is absolutely amazing. Two balconies upstairs with peaceful views. Host is very responsive as well! One of my cousins forgot his watch and ring in the home and the host found the items to get them back to us!Overall, fantastic experience!

My husband and I needed a place during home repairs. The cute and clean Casa place was nearby and reasonably priced. The great location near north Burnet Road pubs and restaurants, as well as our home, made it very appealing. Little touches like fluffy pillows, good beds (a King and a Queen) with cotton blend sheets (no microfiber!), extra bedding, and two full bathrooms with showers and tubs made our stay very comfortable. Little touches like the full Brita pitcher in the refridgerator were nice. The older property showed some external wear and tear, but that just made it feel like Austin in the 70s and 80s. Ames was very responsive to any requests or concerns. The pool in the inner courtyard would make this an even more inviting place in warm weather.

We stayed at this airbnb for ACL weekend 1 and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walking distance to cute coffee shops, restaurants and breweries and always able to find scooters to ride to ACL entrances (could have walked too but it was hot). Ames was always quick to respond and so kind. Place was clean and kitchen had all the essentials. There was also plenty of free parking which is a luxury when staying close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very very much! The location is spectacular. Walkable to both Downtown locations, as well as East 6th. Peaceful spot, even though its well-located!The house looks just like the pictures - with the kitchen and master bathroom being standouts (as well as the backyard!). However, the entire place is well laid out and comes furnished w/ whatever one might need during a stay! This house is perfect for anything from a quick solo getaway into the city, all the way to a group of friends hanging out for a stay!I would absolutely return back! Everything from the friendliness of the hosts all the way to the enjoyment of the house made my time absolutely great. Would recommend to anyone. 5 out of 5!

We went years managing our own STR to make more money monthly- but we were having to keep 48 hours in between bookings in order to have time to clean and prep, so while we werent paying management fees, we were leaving money on the table with vacancy. We hired STR Management and our occupancy went up significantly because of their efficiency. We are actually making more money this year, even after paying the management fee! They take care of everything, applied for our license, pay our hotel taxes, literally everything!!! I highly recommend.

This Airbnb was really nice, comfortable and conveniently located near downtown/UT Austin. Fully stocked w basic necessities. And on the property it has a restaurant, a healthy juice/smoothie place, a yoga studio, (still under construction ) and in the middle has a courtyard w tables and chairs.The location is great too. Has a Mexican food truck right next door on one side and the other side has a coffee place that’s open 24hrs. It serves sandwiches and pastries as well. And across the street there’s a diner, a juice place, a mini market. Next to the food truck is shell gas station.Owner is very pleasant with excellent communication. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed in an Airbnb managed by STR Austin. The location was amazing! Close to downtown, but outside of the noise and chaos. Easy to find. Pictured exactly as it is. The home was spotless clean! Amenities were there and it was easy to find everything we needed. We loved the little extras, like spices and coffee, which was great until we could get to the store. Elizabeth also gave us the option to purchase an early arrival or late departure, well in advance, which is helpful if you need to plan. They also had amazing suggestions and example guest itinerary to seek out the best of Austin, if you aren’t a planner. The only thing I can say that is not perfect, the location has a second unit which overlaps the back bedroom. We could hear the people walking around or talking, but only in that back bedroom. You can’t hear clear conversations, just muffled speech. Make sure light sleepers don’t sleep there, but I feel like I read that somewhere before staying. I would still rate the location and hosts 5 stars!! Our group loved it! Mahalo

We had the great pleasure of calling the North ATX Retreat w Open Concept Layout + Backyard managed by STR Management home for a week. There is not one bad thing I can say about this property. The property was clean upon arrival and looked just like the photos. This house was a great value with the space and so much better than staying in a hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the water was hot. Not to mention having a washer and dryer to use. We did not do a lot if cooking, but the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Plenty of streaming services are available to watch and the Wi-Fi was strong as I worked a few days from the house. And a nice big refrigerator for all your goodies. I felt we were about 10 to 15 minutes from lots of local Austin attractions. Finally, the communication with the property owners was superb! What a great find and we hope you will enjoy this property TR Management as much as we did.

All the home comforts and little touches like a filled jug of filtered water when we arrived. The manager was responsive when getting in touch and nothing seemed too much trouble. 807 Blanco is amazing place right in the heart of Clarksville. The hosts couldnt possibly make things easier, with very fast and clear communication, access to the building and to the property through keypad codes, and all necessary amenities. There is a huge Whole Foods nearby (the flagship Whole Foods, actually), and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and stores. I was there for work and was able to take inexpensive Ubers to downtown or walk (approx 25 minutes to the Omni hotel, where I had meetings). The neighborhood is lovely. There are lots of nice details in the apartment, like freshly made ice, filtered water in the fridge and a darker makeup towel. I am looking forward to staying here again soon.
