    Ive never met anyone from the Steven reality group but I have rented from them for 1 year now. I do believe well stay in the house we are in for another year mostly because its just less of a hassle then starting the whole process over again. They are very quick on repairs. If anything needs fixed they are on it ASAP. Their customer service or front line team might not be in the US and everything is by the book when you need something from them. Not very personable at all. We wanted to move out of this house when our lease is up and into a different property they own but we would have to do the entire application process with all the fees and deposits and screenings as if we havent been with them a year already. They eat you alive in monthly fees but they do lay these out in the begining. We havent had a bad experience at all but I cant say I would recommend them to someone looking for a personal experience. Theyre all business so to plenty of tenants this could be more Appealing

    I spoke with Vicky today about a concern I’ve had for a couple months and I was able to have it resolved within minutes with no problems. Every time I speak with Stevens, they always do the most to resolve any issues and I’m always left satisfied.

    Just wanted to say had 2 issues with the last storm one they had someone here in the storm and took care of it and the other which had to wait not due to them but weather had to break and that is now taking care of also... Have been with them as a tenant for little over 2 years and have zero issues w service very pleased with how quickly they respond...

    I have lived in my apartment home for 9 months now and have had no problems with the professionalism and attentiveness I have received from anyone at Stevens Realty. Whenever I have had a question or concern, or a repair to be made they have gotten back to me very quickly and handled the situation to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next home.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked me through the necessary paperwork with my lack of computer skills. When the rental was unfortunately found to not safely fit our needs the staff was helpful getting us a refund for the rental. The only problem was having to contact short term rental through the contact number used by rental staff. This would result in a long hold time on the phone.

    We had a great stay in Lawton at a townhouse. It was nice to go sightseeing and come back to a home setting and just relax. Nice little backyard with a privacy fence, will be back to stay again.

    Place was clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very convenient location for National Guard graduation. Host was friendly and helpful. Going back again and it will be my third time. Beats a hotel room. Always had a problem with getting in with key code. But they were always quick to respond to help me out.

    I lived here for 7 years to find out I was being scammed out my money by their management in the office their management told me I wasn’t going to be tooking to court After I seen the paper on my door saying I owed money I paid all my bills on time never been late the day I had court for this management didn’t show up for court and when I went home I went to the office to talk to management and we had handled it outside of court I paid in the office what I owed I went to the court house later down the road because their management put I got evicted from unpaid bills and that’s wasn’t true at all the court house had told me it’s was release of judgement and that’ it’s showed it’s was paid and that none of its should’ve been on my credit report and every since that it’s been hard for me and my family to get a place to live we been homeless and we’re expecting a baby all because their management has been committing fraud and I wouldn’t have known until I did some research and I loved living over there it’s quiet and peaceful it’s clean and I wouldn’t mind living back over there now their no management and when I send the documents to prove that it’s paid they tell me they don’t have it or see the documents I have been coming out my pocket to send these documents or to fax them over and they still say they haven’t received it Soo I would love to come back to these apartments I loved living over there but not if they going keep having people committing crimes to their tenants
