    Been renting with Sterling for more than a year now and have not had any issues. Only had two or three service requests, and they were resolved in short order. Sterling is good at communicating with their tenants and the service people are polite and helpful. However, woukd like the ability to pay rent online without having to use Bill Pay at my bank. We live far from Sterlings office and its a haul driving out there to drop off a check. Would recommend this property manager.

    We lived in Mustang Valley Villas for a little over 2 years and had to relocate d/t military. However, this was an awesome experience living there and this company was awesome throughout the entire process, great place for military families, this company is very understanding and helpful. They always assisted us in the best way possible, maintenance was good, and community was great! Homes are well taken care of and they’re not one of those properties that try to keep your deposit lol if you were a good resident and kept up with your home, they were more than reasonable on the amount of deposit returned to us.

    The inspection went really well. And the Gentleman was extremely professional. He asked a lot of questions and answered questions for us that he could. We have been residents here since Dec. or Nov. of 2016, and have had issues with our stove atleast 2 or 3 times a year. Is there any way we can get our stove replaced. Also some residents have hardwood floors instead of carpet. Can we get that as well. The light fixture by our garage flickers lot. Can we get that fixed as well. The neighborhood is great and the people are awesome. We do have some neighbors that play their music to loud during school nights but not very often. We have gap between our front door frame and the front door. It has been puttered up a few times but do to the change of weather it doesnt last. Thank you for your time and patience.

It appears that you may be experiencing buyers remorse. However, its important to clarify a few points:*Security Deposits: A security deposit is standard practice in the rental industry to secure a property for a tenant. Its a common understanding that once a deposit is placed, the property is no longer available to other potential renters.*Property Viewings: You viewed the property prior to submitting the deposit, and you were satisfied with its condition. Additionally, you requested and were granted access to the property three more times the following week.*Rental Availability: Unfortunately, we didnt have any other properties in Edmond available for $1200 at that time.I believe your review is unfair and inaccurate. Its unfortunate that youve chosen to express your dissatisfaction in this manner. But looking at your file, you seem to have a track record of only leaving negative reviews.I hope you find suitable housing that meets your needs.

    My move-in was really smooth. Service calls have happened in a timely manner. Everyone has been patient with my questions. The annual inspection went quickly and the gentleman was very nice. I like the neighborhood and I’m grateful for the lawn service.

    Just moved in at the revv and we are already loving it. Handicap accessible units are difficult to find and most aren’t ADA friendly at all. However, that is not the case at all here. Every door way is extremely wide making it easy to navigate. All the appliances are wheelchair-user friendly as well as the sink and roll-up bar. If you’re in a wheelchair, you will understand what I’m saying. I saved the best for last, which is the bathroom. I can drive my power chair completely into the bathroom without fear of scraping walls and not having enough room around the toilet and sink. The roll-in shower is the best by far. The days of having my shoulders popped out of socket from being transferred to a tub are over. Honey-moon stage could wear off, but I doubt it. These people are a God send to me.

    Debra and Elizabeth made getting into our leased home a breeze! Sterling Property Management is a great company! They are head and shoulders above others we came across in our search for a home. Normally everything is great with a company until a problem arises. Sterling Property Management turned out to be even better than we expected! We had a small issue after moving in, contacted their maintenance group, and the same day they had someone out to resolve our problem! You cant beat that!We visited 10-15 homes and duplexes trying to find one that we could feel good living in. Most other places were not clean, the walls had holes in them, or there were glaring maintenance issues that just were not addressed. When we visited this home it literally looked like it was brand new. Every wall was free of holes, bathrooms were spotless, carpets were cleaned, and it felt ready to be lived in.We are extremely pleased with Sterling Properties and the home we are leasing with them.

Diana is very professional and she clearly explained the requirements to be able to apply and have the smoothest process possible.     Sterling made it easy for me as it was my first time renting property. Any time I had a question, they got it answered right away.     We came home from vacation at 4pm on a friday to find a surge from a storm had killed part of our electrical box, garage door, and the water heater had stopped working. Called maintenance and they had somebody at the house within a couple hours to fix the panel and the water heater and the garage door opener was replaced by the following Tuesday, excellent help from the maintenance guys!

    I used to work property management for many years. I know how stressful and overwhelming the business can be at times. With that being said, I am going to leave my review of my encounter with sterling properties. We had to move asap because of my husband getting a job near norman and the sale of our home in Pauls Valley. When I say asap I mean literally days because the house we were buying fell through at last minute. My husband is a military vet and it has become so much harder to buy with a VA loan. Anyway, Bill our leasing specialist, was calm and knowledgeble. He even just smiled the whole time my boys were going crazy, and I was going crazy with stress. Also, Debra the Credit Specialist/processor was super nice and totally helpful! It was our 10 year wedding anniversary just this past friday and they were able to get us approved by EARLY This Monday morning so we could move in asap. We have to be out of our home we sold TODAY, so the people we have all encountered and service we have aquired from Sterling Properties has been nothing but top notch professionalism!
