I have loved living at my Sterling Creek Properties house the past 2 years! The landlord is extremely responsive and fixed my maintenance requests immediately. Very nice floors and appliances. Great place to live! Allow all dogs which is very nice because my roommate and I both have them. Lease was very fair as well. -

We LOVE living here! My boyfriend and I rent a 2 bedroom for a great price with brand new flooring, appliances, etc. pretty much gutted and brand new. The property manager is so nice and extremely professional. I look forward to resigning with them this upcoming year. I highly recommend anyone looking for a cooperative, respectful, and honest company to rent a house through, these people are the way to go. -

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sterling Creek Properties. I lived in one of their homes this past year and would continue to stay with them if I wasnt moving cities. They are great people, responded to maintenance requests asap, and dont try and nickel and dime like some other property management companies in Lubbock. Their website is very easy to use to put in requests and pay rent online. -

Amazing company! I just moved into a new home I am renting with them and its wonderful. Its reasonably priced and they met everything we wanted in a house. Abbie helped us through our whole move in and she responded within the hour most of the time. I would suggest them to anyone and we plan on staying here for a long time. -

First, everyone here is VERY nice and professional. When I first moved in the house, were a couple issues that needed to be fixed. I expressed these issues to them, they called me very fast, apologized for the inconvenience and worked out a way to fix every single issue! I was NOT expecting to have the issues fixed or have them contact me in the first place. Highly recommend renting from them! -

Moved in July and have only seen the landlords 2x. Maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner, and the property manager is very professional. Will definitely be resigning for the upcoming year. Highly recommend! -
