    My experience with the Steinborn Property Management team, and in particular Tricia Clark, has been excellent. The team has served as property manager of the place I rent for the past 3 years, and since Day 1, they have been a combination of respectfully responsive and client-centric. The nature of living in a residence is that there are inherent issues that come up requiring repairs and interventions. What I look for is how quickly will the issue be remedied and what will the property management team do in the interim. The Steinborn team has ensured that I’ve always had a roof over my head whether it was the place I rent or a comfortable hotel in the meantime at no extra cost to me as the tenant. They also contract with teams that do their best to diagnose and address the residential issue, and even if something is missed on the first go-around, Steinborn is quick to send someone back to truly finish the job. Also, regarding Tricia, she has consistently ensured that if she has been unavailable to correspond, someone will be there to fill in for her. Tricia herself is very personable and professional, and I felt like she prioritized getting me in the right residence that suited me best. You can tell that the entire team knows what they’re doing, they enjoy working with each other, and they have demonstrated to me a commitment to excellence and improvement, even when things are already great. Sometimes, my interactions with other property managers in the past left me feeling like they saw me as a waste of their time, and they just wanted to herd me through the process like cattle. Not so with Steinborn. Thank you, Tricia and the team, for 3 years of premier service and 5 Stars well-earned.

    I was recently assisted by Joel Galvan in purchasing a house. He was knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything 24/7. He went out of his way several times to meet our needs. 11/10 service. I will recommend every time.

    Have rented from Steinborn for a year now and have had a great experience with them. Anytime I needed something fixed it was done within 48 hours, they kept the apartments sprayed for bugs and never had any issues, and they even sent someone over to close my windows for me while I was out of town. Otherwise they leave you alone - which is great! I highly reccommend!

    Steinborn has been amazing to work with thus far. I have had multiple maintenance issues (minor) that I had to call in and they are very on top of it. I believe the guy that has been handling my issues name is Anthony. Very great customer service from him. Would highly recommend any property maintained by Steinborn to anyone looking to rent!

Steinborn Property Management is very professional, we love working with Megan, she is very quick to respond to any concerns or needs that we have. Follows up right away.     Recently I emailed workorders. requesting repair for some minor plumbing issues. I received a quick response from Mr. Anthony Rodriquez. He informed that I would be contacted by repair personnel to schedule a repair date. Later that same day I received a call, scheduled repair for the follow day, repair personnel arrived, made necessary repairs. Im very satisfied with the outcome. Excellent service. Thank you.

    The Team at Steinborn Property Management has been so amazing with us. My wife and I have been staying at the Lofts in Alameda for the past 7 months and we have had no issues. When we have to get maintenance done, they are quick to resolve those issues and call us to check to make sure that the issue was resolved. Every time I come and visit the office everyone there is so nice and ready to help us. If you’re looking for a place to rent I strongly encourage you to stop by and see the properties that are available to rent with Steinborn.

    Megan Graham, the Property Manager, and her team are very professional and easy to work with. Steinborn is also extremely responsive to maintenance requests and they go out of their way to assure that their tenants are happy. They are fair and equitable, and I highly recommend any of the Steinborn properties.

    I have been renting from Steinborn for about 5 years now. The staff has always been courteous, kind, and professional. Email responses were quick, and Service Requests were answered even faster. In 5 years of renting, our rent was never increased. I have rented from many property management companies (Before this home, I moved every 2 years on average, never with the same property management company), and Steinborn is great. That is saying something; nobody says their landlord is great, especially me! I definitely will make an exception for Steinborn, however.The owner of our rental property is selling our home, and the office was extremely kind and apologetic to deliver the notice. They also got us a 45-day notice instead of 30-day, and were trying to get a 60-day notice even! The staff at the office tried to move heaven and earth to find us a new place, but unfortunately did not have anything available.From a landlord perspective, I feel that Steinborn has always been extremely fair and has taken great care of the property. Issues were fixed promptly, and yearly inspections allowed Steinborn to make sure nothing is amiss at the property while respecting our privacy.Id highly recommend renting from Steinborn if possible, and when its time for our next home, will be stopping by there first.UPDATE 2/16/22: We are getting our ENTIRE deposit after moving out. That is unheard of!!! What a great note to leave on. I cannot stress enough how happy I have been with my experience.

    Angelica is a fantastic person to have when you are looking for an apartment or rental to secure it. Courteous and proactive. The front desk was always helpful and make paying rent simple and always have time for you. The management has addressed all problems brought their way which were few to begin with.

    In a recent somewhat involved home refrigerator service that involved repeated follow-ups with First American Home Warranty and the service technician, Anthony Rodriguez, the Steinborn maintenance manager, went the extra mile in providing excellent service. He repeatedly followed up on all communications with the tenants, the warranty company, the technician and the landlord. He kept all channels of communication open and, in the end, helped create a positive outcome. Anthony is knowledgeable and detail oriented and seems to keep on top of things.

    Juanita does an amazing job. She is really understanding and has helped me through my rental process. Steinborn does a fantastic job, I get why some people might have had a bad experience based on rules they might not have followed but if you do it right you get treated right. Anytime there is an issue with one of their properties they put in a work order right away and call to check up on me and make sure the issue was taken care of.     I have had an amazing experience with Steinborn Property Management. I was in the area looking for a home to rent and the Property Managers made themselves readily available to show me homes I was interested in. Property Managers’ Megan and Marittza showed me homes and were very knowledgeable of what each home had to offer. Though I did not lease a home due to work changes, if reassigned to the area I would definitely go back to Steinborn.

    Marittza Ortiz was assigned to me as my Steinborn Property Manager and she did an incredible job in guiding me through the process to lease a home here in Las Cruces.I was moving in from Out of State and was looking for the ideal place to move my belongings. The second property we looked at both Marittza and I knew it was the right residence for me.Marittza followed through with everything to guide me into my new home. She met me on a Sunday afternoon to give me the keys and had taken care of all the minor things needing fixing before I ever moved in.The staff at Steinborn is always friendly and willing to help.     Kind staff. Went there to submit a deposit for my roommates, all in one check. The lady in front checked to make sure the deposit could be approved before telling me it was okay to leave, which I appreciate greatly since I walked there and would be too tired to walk back.
